DüzlerçamıWildlife Reserve Area(WRA)is the last natural habitat of fallow deer(Dama dama)in the *** deer is native to Turkey,however,its geographical range is currently confined to DüzlerçamıWRA,*** date,a detailed habitat investigation of fallow deer dis-tribution has not been *** study is vital for the last surviving populations of fallow deer in ***-fore,we studied the habitat suitability and utilization of fal-low deer in the Düzlerçamı*** and wildlife inventory was surveyed across a total of 304 sample areas between 2015 and *** species were recorded accord-ing to the Braun-Blanquet method and wildlife surveys were based on footprints,feces,and other signs of fallow *** and regression tree techniques,as well as MAXENT,were used to model vegetation and fallow deer *** position index,terrain ruggedness index,roughness index,elevation,and bedrock formation were also calculated and included in the *** on our results,we drafted a habitat protection map for fallow *** ensure sustainability of habitats where populations of fallow deer are found in Turkey,we developed recommen-dations such as closuring human access of the 1st-degree Protection Area and reintroduction of the species to other potential habitats.

The complete and incomplete fusion cross sections for ^(6)Li+^(209)Bi were measured using the in-beamγ-ray method around the Coulomb *** cross sections of(deuteron captured)incomplete fusion(ICF)products were re-quantified experimentally for this reaction *** results reveal that the ICF cross section is equivalent to that of complete fusion(CF)above the Coulomb barrier and dominant near or below the Coulomb barrier.A theoretical calculation based on the continuum discretized coupled channel(CDCC)method was performed for the aforementioned CF and ICF cross sections;the result is consistent with the *** universal fusion function(UFF)was also compared with the measured CF cross section for different barrier parameters,demonstrating that the CF suppression factor is significantly influenced by the choice of potential,which can reflect both dynamic and static effects of breakup on the fusion process.

Natural Walls of Anatolia: formation and development of Diş Kayalıkları as a structural landform (Sivas, Türkiye)

The Diş Kayalıkları is one of the largest and most striking examples of crests in the world and is located between Eskidere and Boğazören villages of the İmranlı district of the Sivas province in Turkey. The crests, which resemble castle walls when viewed from afar, have a real wall pattern due to the right-angled crack system of the bedrock when viewed closely. This study aims at investigating the geomorphological features of the Diş Kayalıkları and determining how the geological and geomorphological evolution of the Diş Kayalıkları took place and how the current formation mechanism continues. In the region, the mid-latitude continental climate prevails with cold humid winters and warm dry summers. The bedrock consists of Miocene bedded deposits of different resistance, folded by young tectonic movements. Diş Kayalıkları was formed by selective erosion of less resistant terrain around a pack of resistant rock on the steeper southern slope of an asymmetrical anticline. It has a length of 4750 m in the approximately northwest-southeast direction, a maximum height of 30 m, and a width varying between 5 and 8 m. In the present morphological appearance of the Diş Kayalıkları, it can be stated that the structure formed after the tectonic formation process was eroded under the control of the local climate and crest formation was realized. In the following process, the crest experienced a polycyclic process where different landforms were formed. There are smaller landforms such as karren, cave and rock window on Diş Kayalıkları, and macrofossil beds in some places. This highly attractive geomorphosite, unknown to wider public, should be investigated from various scientific aspects and should be brought to regional tourism by making the necessary infrastructure and promotion studies.

RELIABILITY OF LINEAR (n,f,k) SYSTEMS WITH WEIGHTED COMPONENTS

The （n,f, k）： F（G） system consists ofn components and the system fails （works） if and only if there are at least flailed （working） components or at least k consecutive failed （working） components. These system models can be used in electronic equipment, automatic payment systems in banks, and furnace systems. In this paper we introduce and study the （n, f, k）：F and （n, f, k）： G systems consisting of weighted components. Recursive equations are presented for reliability evaluation of these new models. We also provide some conditions on the weights to represent weighted-（n,f, k） systems as usual （n,f, k） systems.

Theoretical demonstration of the hybrid focusing points of sonic crystal flat lenses and possible applications

We demonstrate the hybrid focusing points of sonic crystals for a multi-source array applied to flat sonic crystal lenses. The contributions of different point source couples form hybrid focusing points. Ray-trace analyses are conducted for acoustic flat lenses with multi-source configurations. The finite-difference time-domain （FDTD） simulation of flat lenses with multi-source configurations demonstrates the establishment of pure and hybrid focusing points in a pyramidal constellation. The number of focusing points in the pyramidal constellation depends on the number of point sources. We propose an acoustic device for fine-tuning the location of a far-field hybrid focusing point and discuss its benefits for acoustic energy focusing application.

Management of floor heave at Bulga Underground Operations – A case study

This paper presents an overview of the floor heave management at the Glencore Bulga Underground Operations and investigates the contributing factors to the behaviour of the floor. The mine experienced a number of major floor heave events in gateroads on development. As the longwall face approached the roadways, the magnitude of floor heave frequently increased, while new floor heave also ***, severe floor heave events took place along the longwall face. The most observed failure mode was buckling. While regular floor measurements were conducted to better understand the nature of the phenomenon, and various measures were considered to control the deformation of floor, the mining height was increased for the predicted floor heave domains, which facilitated effective management of the floor issues. The experience in the mine indicates that mainly high horizontal stresses with greater depths of cover and certain types of floor lithology configuration are likely to contribute to the failures of floor strata.

On Some New Paranormed Euler Sequence Spaces and Euler Core

In this paper, the sequence spaces e0^τ（u, p） and ec^τ（u, p） of non-absolute type which are the generalization of the Maddox sequence spaces have been introduced and it is proved that the spaces e0^τ（u,p） and ec^τ（u,p） are linearly isomorphic to spaces co（p） and c（p）, respectively. Furthermore, the α-, β- and γ-duals of the spaces 0^τ（u,p） and ec^τ（u,p） have been computed and their bases have been constructed and some topological properties of these spaces have been investigated. Besides this, the class of matrices （e0^τ）（u, p）： μ） has been characterized, where μ is one of the sequence spaces l∞, c and co and derives the other characterizations for the special cases of μ. In the last section, Euler Core of a complex-valued sequence has been introduced, and we prove some inclusion theorems related to this new type of core.

Lamina cribrosa thickness in children with hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia

AIM：To determine lamina cribrosa thickness（LCT）in the optic nerve head region of the eyes in children with hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia and to compare this thickness with that of fellow eyes,hyperopic nonamblyopia,and age-matched ***：Thirty-two patients（12.0±1.8y,mean±standard deviation）with hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia,31 subjects with age-and refractive error-matched hyperopic non-amblyopia（10.7±2.2y）,and 32 age-matched controls（11.2±2.0y）were included in this prospective,crosssectional *** was measured using an enhanced depth-imaging program of a spectral domain optical coherence tomographic instrument in all participants,and the correlation between LCT and axial length was ***：The mean LCT was 180.9±29.4μm in amblyopic eyes,247.7±19.0μm in fellow eyes,251.6±27.3μm in hyperopic non-amblyopic eyes,and 240.2±15.8μm in control *** cribrosa in amblyopic eyes was significantly thinner than fellow,hyperopic non-amblyopic,and control eyes（P〈0.05）.There was no significant correlation in LCT and axial length between amblyopic（P=0.16）and control（P=0.31）***：Lamina cribrosa of eyes with hyperopic anisometropic amblyopia is significantly thinner than that of fellow eyes,hyperopic non-amblyopia,and age-matched *** LCT profile in amblyopic eyes is different from that observed in fellow,hyperopic non-amblyopic,and control eyes.
