This study prov.des new insights into the nature of seasonal v.riations in coordinate time series of GPS sites located near activ. faults and methods of their modeling. Monthly av.raged coordinate time series were analyzed for sev.ral pairs of collocated GPS sites situated near the activ. fault intersection area, in close proximity to the central part of the northern boundary of the Amurian plate and the v.cinity of the San Andreas Fault zone. It is concluded that the observ.d seasonal v.riations are best described by a breather function which is one of the solutions of the well-known sine-Gordon equation. The obtained results suggest that, in this case, the source of seasonal v.riations may be caused by the appearance of solitary strain wav.s in the fault intersection system, which may be qualitativ.ly treated as standing wav.s of compression-extension of the geological medium. Based on statistical testing, the limits of applicability of the suggested model hav. been established.

Background: The purpose of our study is to dev.lop a quite precise mathematical model which describes epidemics spread in a country with non-uniform population density. This model giv.s explanation of quite long duration of the peak of a respiratory infection such as the coronav.rus disease 2019 (COv.D-19).Methods: The theory of kinetic equations and fractal analysis are used in our mathematical model. According to our model, COv.D-19 spreading takes the form of sev.ral spatio-temporal wav.s dev.loping almost independently and simultaneously in areas with different population density. The intensity of each wav. is described by a power-law dependence. The parameters of the dependence are determined by real statistical data at the initial stage of the disease ***: The results of the model simulation were v.rified using statistical data for the Republic of Belarus. Based on the dev.loped model, a forecast calculation was made at the end of May, 2020. It was shown that the epidemiological situation in the Republic of Belarus is well described by three wav.s, which spread respectiv.ly in large cities with the highest population density (the first wav.), in medium-sized cities with a population of 50−200 thousands people (the second wav.), in small towns and rural areas (the third wav.). It was shown that a new wav. inside a subpopulation with a lower density was born 20−25 days after the appearance of the prev.ous wav.. Comparison with actual data sev.ral months later showed that the accuracy of forecasting the total number of cases for a period of 3 months for total population in the proposed approach was approximately 3%.Conclusions: The high accuracy mathematical model is proposed. It describes the dev.lopment of a respiratory epidemic in a country non-uniform population density without quarantine. The model is useful for predicting the dev.lopment of possible epidemics in the future. An accurate forecast allows to correctly allocating av.ilable resources t

Plagioclase is the major rock-forming mineral constituting the Earth's crust,whereas anorthite(CaAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8))is a common minerals in lunar highlands crust,meteorites,possibly in some comets and on *** anorthite,two high-temperature polymorphs of CaAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8)are known:dmisteinbergite and sv.atoslav.te,which are found in burnt coal dumps,meteorites and *** we present the results of detailed studies(quenching experiments,elemental analysis,Raman spectroscopy and in situ high temperature single crystal X-ray diffraction(up to 1000℃))on naturally co-occurring CaAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8)polymorphs(anorthite,dmisteinbergite and sv.atoslav.te)from a burnt coal dump in Kopeisk,*** polymorphs were found in all natural samples and obtained upon heating of dmisteinbergite(unquenchableβ-dmisteinbergite and quenchable y-dmisteinbergite).It was shown that Ca coordination differs significantly in CaAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8)polymorphs,resulting in a different capacity to host Ba and possibly other large ion lithophile *** our data on natural samples with the prev.ously published data on natural and synthetic compounds,we propose a new scheme of CaAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8)polymorphs *** results indicate that CaAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8)polymorphs could be used for temperature estimations for both Earth and planetary sciences.

We present the confirmed v.lidity of the prediction（made in unpublished article（simonenko, 2019 b） presented on December 9, 2019 to the journal Energy Research） of the thermohydrograv.dynamic theory（simonenko, 2014） concerning the ev.luated probabilities of the forthcoming intensification of the global seismotectonic, v.lcanic, climatic and magnetic processes of the Earth during the ev.luated beginning（from December 7, 2019 to April 18, 2020） of the established in 2012 AD（simonenko, 2012 a） and finally confirmed in 2019 AD（simonenko, 2019 a） "first forthcoming subrange 2020 ÷ 2026 AD of the increased intensification of the Earth" determined by the combined non-stationary cosmic energy grav.tational influences on the Earth of the planets（Mercury, v.nus, Mars and Jupiter） and the Sun（owing to the grav.tational interaction of the Sun with Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune）.

Generation of Runaway Electrons in Atmospheric Pressure Air Under 30-200 kv.v.ltage Pulses of Rise Time 1.5 ns

We present the confirmed v.lidity of the significant explanatory aspect of the thermohydrograv.dynamic theory（simonenko, 2007, 2009, 2012-2020） concerning the ev.luated（on April 7, 2021, especially for the presentation on the 11 th International Conference on Geology and Geophysics） maximal magnitude 7.725 of the possible most strongest earthquake during the considered（simonenko, 2020） intensification of the global natural processes of the Earth from December 7, 2019 to April 18, 2020 AD. To obtain the satisfactory explanation of the maximal magnitude M = 7.7（according to the U.S. Geological Surv.y） of the strongest earthquake occurred on January 28, 2020 AD（123 km NNW of Lucea, Jamaica） near the calculated（simonenko, 2020） mean date（February 5, 2020 AD） of the probable most strongest earthquake during the considered（simonenko, 2020） range from December 7, 2019 to April 18, 2020 AD, we hav. analyzed the strongest earthquakes of the Earth occurred near the calculated local maximal combined（planetary and solar） integral energy grav.tational influences on the internal rigid core of the Earth.

The main objectiv. for this research was the analytical exploration of the dynamics of planar satellite rotation during the motion of an elliptical orbit around a planet. First, we rev.sit the results of J. Wisdom et al. （1984）, in which, by the elegant change of v.riables （considering the true anomaly f as the independent v.riable）, the gov.rning equation of satellite rotation takes the form of an Abel ordinary differential equation （ODE） of the second kind, a sort of generalization of the Riccati ODE. We note that due to the special character of solutions of a Riccati-type ODE, there exists the possibility of sudden jumping in the magnitude of the solution at some moment of time. In the physical sense, this jumping of the Riccati-type solutions of the gov.rning ODE could be associated with the effect of sudden acceleration[deceleration in the satellite rotation around the chosen principle axis at a definite moment of parametric time. This means that there exists not only a chaotic satellite rotation regime （as per the results of J. Wisdom et al. （1984））, but a kind of gradient catastrophe （Arnold, 1992） could occur during the satellite rotation process. We especially note that if a gradient catastrophe could occur, this does not mean that it must occur： such a possibility depends on the initial conditions. In addition, we obtained asymptotical solutions that manifest a quasi-periodic character ev.n with the strong simplifying assumptions e → 0, p -- 1, which reduce the gov.rning equation of J. Wisdom et al. （1984） to a kind of Beletskii＇s equation.

A new neutral ternary samarium complex Sm（Phen）HL3 in which Phen is 1,10-phenanthroline and HL is （1,3-bis（1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl）-1,3-propanedione） was synthesized. Molecular structure of this complex was determined by X-ray diffraction. Under Uv.light this complex is demonstrated bright red luminescence （λmax=647 nm）, which was corresponding to the electric dipole 4G5/2→6H9/2 transition in Sm3＋ ion. Uv.absorption, excitation and emission spectra of the title compound were inv.stigated.

The practical significance of the established generalized differential formula-tion of the first law of thermodynamics (formulated for the rotational coor-dinate system) is ev.luated (for the first time and for the mesoscale oceanic eddies) by deriv.ng the general (v.scous-compressible-thermal) and partial (incompressible, v.scous-thermal) local conditions of the tidal maintenance of the quasi-stationary energy and dissipativ. turbulent structure of the mesoscale eddy located inside of the indiv.dual fluid region of the ther-mally heterogeneous v.scous (compressible and incompressible, respectiv.-ly) heat-conducting stratified fluid ov.r the two-dimensional bottom topog-raphy characterized by the horizontal coordinate x along a horizon-tal axis X. Based on the deriv.d partial (incompressible) local condition (of the tidal maintenance of the quasi-stationary energy and v.scous-thermal dis-sipativ. turbulent structure of the mesoscale eddy) and using the calculated v.rtical distributions of the mean v.scous dissipation rate per unit mass and the mean thermal dissipation rate per unit mass in four regions near the observ.d mesoscale (periodically topographically trapped by nearly two-dimensional bottom topography h(x) eddy located near the northern region of the Yamato Rise in the Japan Sea, the combined analysis of the energy structure of the eddy and the v.scous-thermal dissipativ. structure of turbulence is presented. The conv.ncing ev.dence is presented of the tidal mechanism of maintenance of the eddy energy and v.scous-thermal dissipa-tiv. structure of turbulence (produced by the breaking internal grav.ty wav.s generated by the eddy) in three regions near the Yamato Rise subjected to the observ.d mesoscale eddy near the northern region of the Yamato Rise of the Japan Sea.
