The paper proposes a methodological scheme that thoroughly accounts for natural-climatic conditions which can impair the stability and longevity of transport facilities （roadways）, to ensure the best possible quality of the initial road design. Factors determining the formation of water-heating mode subgrade soils are allocated, and an information database for mathematical modeling of geocomplexes is shown. values of strength and deformability of clay soils are calculated within the limits of the defined, homogeneous road districts in Western Siberia to provide the required level of reliability of design solutions.

AIM:To analyze the anatomical and functional outcomes in the inferior recurrences of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD)depending on the surgical ***:Eighty-one eyes of 81 patients(47 males and 34 females with a mean age of 54.8±14.1y)who demonstrated at least one inferior recurrence of RRD were included in this retrospective *** patients were categorized as having received either circular scleral buckling(SB),pars plana vitrectomy(PPv),a combination of SB and PPv(SB+PPv),PPv with retinotomy(PPv+RT),or PPv+RT and short-term postoperative perfluorocarbon liquid tamponade(PPv+RT+pPFCL).All cases were followed up until successful retinal reattachment or third *** primary outcome measures were the achievement of the surgical goal without recurrence of RRD and bestcorrected visual acuity(BCvA).RESULTS:After the treatment of the first recurrence,the recurrence rate in the PPv+SB group was statistically significantly lower than that of the PPv(P=0.0012),PPv+RT(P=0.028),or PPv+RT+pPFCL(P=0.047)*** was no statistically significant difference between PPv+SB,PPv+RT,and PPv+RT+pPFCL groups in the recurrence rate after treatment of the second recurrence(42 eyes).However,there was a statistically significant(P=0.016)trend towards a decrease of recurrence rate after PPv+RT+*** was no statistically significant improvement of BCvA in either study group(P>0.05)after both first and second recurrence *** mean time follow-up was 109.0±91.0d before the first recurrence and 210.0±186.6d between previous surgery at second ***:Patients with first inferior recurrence of RRD may benefit from SB as an adjunct to *** and short-term pPFCL tamponade in the second recurrence may allow better anatomical outcomes,however,without functional improvement.

Under certain conditions, ultrafast pulsed laser interaction with matter leads to the formation of self-organized conical as well as periodic surface structures （commonly reffered to as, laser induced periodic surface structures, LIPSS）. The purpose of the present investigations is to explore the effect of fsec laser fluence and ambient environments （vacuum ＆ 02） on the formation of LIPSS and conical structures on the Ti surface. The surface morphology was investigated by scanning electron microscope （SEM）. The ablation threshold with single and multiple （N = 100） shots and the existence of an incubation effect was demonstrated by SEM investigations for both the vacuum and the 02 environment. The phase analysis and chemical composition of the exposed targets were performed by x-ray diffraction （XRD） and energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy （EDS）, respectively. SEM investigations reveal the formation of LIPSS （nano ＆ micro）. FFT d-spacing calculations illustrate the dependence of periodicity on the fluence and ambient environment. The periodicity of nano-scale LIPSS is higher in the case of irradiation under vacuum conditions as compared to 02. Furthermore, the 02 environment reduces the ablation threshold. XRD data reveal that for the 02 environment, new phases （oxides of Ti） are formed. EDS analysis exhibits that after irradiation under vacuum conditions, the percentage of impurity element （A1） is reduced. The irradiation in the 02 environment results in 15% atomic diffusion of oxygen.

We present the explanation (in the frame of the established thermohydrogravidynamic technology) of the maximal magnitude M = 8.1 (according to the U.S. Geological Survey) of the strongest earthquake of the Earth occurred in Kermadec Islands, New Zealand on March 4, 2021 AD (during the considered range from October 27, 2020 to May 17, 2021 AD). This strongest earthquake occurred near the calculated date 2021.1 AD corresponding (in the frame of the thermohydrogravidynamic theory) to the local maximal combined planetary and solar integral energy gravitational influence on the internal rigid core of the Earth. To obtain this explanation, we have analyzed the strongest earthquakes of the Earth (according to the U.S. Geological Survey) occurred near the dates of the local maximal combined planetary and solar integral energy gravitational influences on the internal rigid core of the Earth.

We,for the first time,report the nanoscopic imaging study of anomalous infrared(IR)phonon enhancement of bilayer graphene,originated from the charge imbalance between the top and bottom layers,resulting in the enhancement of E1u mode of bilayer graphene near 0.2 *** modified the multifrequency atomic force microscope platform to combine photo-induced force microscope with electrostatic/Kelvin probe force microscope constituting a novel hybrid nanoscale optical-electrical force imaging *** enables to observe a correlation between the IR response,doping level,and topographic information of the graphene *** the nanoscale spectroscopic image measurements,we demonstrate that the charge imbalance at the graphene interface can be controlled by chemical(doping effect via Redox mechanism)and mechanical(triboelectric effect by the doped cantilever)***,we can also diagnosis the subsurface cracks on the stacked few-layer graphene at nanoscale,by monitoring the strain-induced IR phonon *** approach provides new insights into the development of graphene-based electronic and photonic devices and their potential applications.

We present (on the 13th International Conference on Geology and Geophysics) the convincing evidence that the strongest earthquakes (according to the U.S. Geological Survey) of the Earth (during the range 2020 - 2023 AD) occurred near the predicted (calculated in advance based on the global prediction thermohydrogravidynamic principles determining the maximal temporal intensifications of the global seismotectonic, volcanic, climatic and magnetic processes of the Earth) dates 2020.016666667 AD (Simonenko, 2020), 2021.1 AD (Simonenko, 2019, 2020), 2022.18333333 AD (Simonenko, 2021), 2023.26666666 AD (Simonenko, 2022) and 2020.55 AD, 2021.65 AD (Simonenko, 2019, 2021), 2022.716666666 AD (Simonenko, 2022), respectively, corresponding to the local maximal and to the local minimal, respectively, combined planetary and solar integral energy gravitational influences on the internal rigid core of the Earth. We present the short-term thermohydrogravidynamic technology (based on the generalized differential formulation of the first law of thermodynamics and the first global prediction thermohydrogravidynamic principle) for evaluation of the maximal magnitude of the strongest (during the March, 2023 AD) earthquake of the Earth occurred on March 16, 2023 AD (according to the U.S. Geological Survey). .

Background: The purpose of our study is to develop a quite precise mathematical model which describes epidemics spread in a country with non-uniform population density. This model gives explanation of quite long duration of the peak of a respiratory infection such as the coronavirus disease 2019 (COvID-19).Methods: The theory of kinetic equations and fractal analysis are used in our mathematical model. According to our model, COvID-19 spreading takes the form of several spatio-temporal waves developing almost independently and simultaneously in areas with different population density. The intensity of each wave is described by a power-law dependence. The parameters of the dependence are determined by real statistical data at the initial stage of the disease ***: The results of the model simulation were verified using statistical data for the Republic of Belarus. Based on the developed model, a forecast calculation was made at the end of May, 2020. It was shown that the epidemiological situation in the Republic of Belarus is well described by three waves, which spread respectively in large cities with the highest population density (the first wave), in medium-sized cities with a population of 50−200 thousands people (the second wave), in small towns and rural areas (the third wave). It was shown that a new wave inside a subpopulation with a lower density was born 20−25 days after the appearance of the previous wave. Comparison with actual data several months later showed that the accuracy of forecasting the total number of cases for a period of 3 months for total population in the proposed approach was approximately 3%.Conclusions: The high accuracy mathematical model is proposed. It describes the development of a respiratory epidemic in a country non-uniform population density without quarantine.
