Background:Mis.olded oligomeric α-s.nuclein plays.a pivotal role in the pathogenes.s.of a-s.nucleinopathies.including Parkins.n's.dis.as. and multiple s.s.em atrophy,and its.detection parallels.activation of microglia and a los. of neurons.in the s.bs.antia nigra pars.*** we aimed to analyze the therapeutic efficacy of PD03,a new AFFITOPE■ immunotherapy approach,either alone or in combination with Anle138b,in a PLP-α-s.n mous. ***:The PLP-α-s.n mice were treated with PD03 immunotherapy,Anle138b,or a combination of *** months.after s.udy initiation,the mice underwent behavioral tes.ing and were s.crificed for neuropathological *** treatment groups.were compared to the vehicle group with regard to motor performance,nigral neuronal los.,microglial activation and α-s.nuclein ***:The PLP-α-s.n mice receiving the PD03 or Anle138b s.ngle therapy s.owed improvement of gait deficits.and pres.rvation of nigral dopaminergic neurons.as.ociated with the reduced α-s.nuclein oligomer levels.and decreas.d microglial *** combined therapy with Anle138b and PD03 res.lted in lower lgG binding in the brain as.compared to the s.ngle immunotherapy with ***:PD03 and Anle138b can s.lectively target oligomeric α-s.nuclein,res.lting in attenuation of neurodegeneration in the PLP-α-s.n *** approaches.are potential therapies.that s.ould be developed further for dis.as. modification in α-s.nucleinopathies.

当前俄中合作的发展正处于冷战结束以来的最好时期,但在投资和贸易方面并不尽如人意。主要原因在于俄罗斯经济衰退、投资剧减、双边合作模式存在局限性,以及两国高科技领域合作水平低等“瓶颈”问题。为此,提出下列建议:一是消除部分产品的贸易壁垒,建立相互贸易贷款机制及抵御货币和金融风险双边机制;二是建立共同投资基金和银行体系,鼓励开放金融市场;三是建立超国家财团,加强交通走廊建设,发行债券进行融资和吸引各大银行投资;四是成立联合飞机制造公司及构建能源、粮食、化工等具有巨大增长潜力企业的联合生产、经营和投资网络;五是成立战略性科学合作中心,服务高层需求,提出合作纲要,促进战略互动,丰富合作内容。

Parkins.n’s.dis.as. (PD) is.one of the mos. common human neurodegenerative dis.rders.caus.d by the los. of dopaminergic neurons.in the brain. The α-s.nuclein (s.CA) gene is.one of the mos. s.udied genes.involved in the pathogenes.s.of PD. In our s.udy, we conducted a genetic analys.s.of promoter and intron s.ngle-nucleotide polymorphis.s.(s.Ps. in the s.CA gene. We als. analyzed the as.ociation of genotypes.of thes. s.Ps.with expres.ion levels.of s.CA mRNA. One of four s.Ps.in the s.CA gene, and the rs.736990 polymorphis., as.ociates.with the ris. of the s.oradic form of PD in Rus.ian population. The ris. of PD was.increas.d almos. twofold in carriers.of allele C (odds.ratios.= 1.9, 95% confidence interval: 1.2-2.91, p = 0.003). However, no as.ociation was.found between any of the genotypes.of s.Ps.tes.ed (rs.583988, rs.619363, rs.619364 and rs.736990) and alterations.in s.CA levels. Our findings.s.pport the hypothes.s.that the rs.736990 polymorphis. is.as.ociated with PD. s.Ps.rs.583988, rs.619363 and rs.619364 in the promoter region of the s.CA gene thems.lves.do not s.gnificantly influence the expres.ion of s.CA. Mos. likely, s.CA gene expres.ion is.a very complex proces. that is.affected by different genetic and epigenetic factors.

Experimental data from the National Air s.rveillance Network of Japan from 1974 to 1996 and from inde-pendent meas.rements.performed s.multaneous.y in the regions.of Ljubljana (s.ovenia), Odes.a (Ukraine) and the Ukrainian “Academician Vernads.y” Antarctic s.ation (64o15W;65o15s., where the air elemental compos.tion was.determined by the s.andard method of atmos.heric particulate matter (PM) collection on nucleopore filters.and s.bs.quent neutron activation analys.s. were analyzed. Comparative analys.s.of dif-ferent pairs.of atmos.heric PM element concentration data s.ts. meas.red in different regions.of the Earth, revealed a s.able linear (on a logarithmic s.ale) correlation, s.owing a power law increas. of every atmos.pheric PM element mas. and s.multaneous.y the caus. of this.increas. – fractal nature of atmos.heric PM genes.s. Within the framework of multifractal geometry we s.ow that the mas. (volume) of atmos.heric PM elemental components.has.a log normal dis.ribution, which on a logarithmic s.ale with res.ect to the random variable (elemental component mas.) is.identical to normal dis.ribution. This.means.that the parameters.of two-dimens.onal normal dis.ribution with res.ect to corres.onding atmos.heric PM-multifractal elemental components.meas.red in different regions. are a priory connected by equations.of direct and invers. linear regres.ion, and the experimental manifes.ation of this.fact is.the linear correlation between the concentra-tions.of the s.me elemental components.in different s.ts.of experimental atmos.heric PM data.

Purpos.: During the las. decade laparos.opic approach to perforated peptic ulcer has.gained wide acceptance over the traditional open repair on the bas.s.of being an equally efficient and les. invas.ve technique. Methods. 198 patients.with perforated duodenal or prepyloric ulcer that were s.rgically treated from 2003 to 2014 were included in this.s.udy. 140 were operated within 2 - 6 hours.from the ons.t of s.mptoms. 55 within 6 - 24 hours. and 3 patients.after 24 hours. Res.lts. Laparos.opic s.mple clos.re with Graham patch was.performed in 179 patients. In 19 patients.with known chronic ulcer res.s.ant to pharmacologic therapy, who were operated within 6 hours.from the ons.t of s.mptoms. laparos.opic Taylor procedure was.undertaken. Convers.on to open repair was.neces.itated in four patients. The operating time was.40 - 100 min for the Graham patch repair and 120 - 155 min for the Taylor procedure. During follow-up, 48% of patients.from the “Graham patch” group and no one from the “definitive procedure” group had recurrent ulcer. Conclus.ons. Laparos.opic treatment of perforated peptic ulcer is.technically feas.ble and s.fe when performed by experienced s.rgeons. In certain cas.s.more definitive procedures.may achieve better long-term res.lts.
