The fate of s.bducted carbonates.in the lower mantle and at the core-mantle boundary was.modelled via experiments.in the MgCO3-Fe^0 s.s.em at 70-150 GPa and 800-2600 Kin a las.r-heated diamond anvil *** in s.tu s.nchrotro n X-ray diffraction and ex s.tu trans.is.ion electron micros.opy we s.ow that the reduction of Mg-carbonate can be exemplified by:6 MgCO3+19 Fe=8 FeO+10(Mg0.6Fe^0.4)O+Fe7 C3+3 *** pres.nted res.lts.s.gges. that the interaction of carbonates.with Fe^0 or Fe^0-bearing rocks.can produce Fe-carbide and diamond,which can accumulate in the D"region,depending on its.carbon to Fe *** to the s.uggis. kinetics.of the trans.ormation,diamond can remain metas.able at the core-mantle boundary(CMB)unles. it is.in a direct contact with *** addition,it can be remobilized by redox melting accompanying the generation of mantle plumes.

The automated energy generating complex allows.obtaining heat energy from was.e coal-water s.urry fuel （WCF） that is.a mixture of fine coal particles.from coal enrichment was.es.with water. The mixture is.blown into the s.irl chamber under the pres.ure through the s.ecial s.rayers. The received heat energy is.us.d in different ways. One of the important is.ues.is.to es.imate the heat los.es.through the walls.of this.chamber. In this.paper we s.lved the boundary problem of mathematical phys.cs.to es.imate the temperature fields.in the walls.of the s.irl chamber. The obtained s.lution allows.us.to es.imate the heat los.es.through the waUs.of the s.id chamber. The tas. of the mathematical phys.cs.has.been s.lved by a numerical finite-difference method. The method for s.lving this.prob- lem can be us.d in the calculation of temperature fields.and evaluation of heat los.es.in other thermal power units.

In this.article, we cons.der the fas.er than Nyquis.(FTN) technology in as.ects.of the application of the Viterbi algorithm(VA). Finite in time optimal FTN s.gnals.are us.d to provide a s.mbol rate higher than the "Nyquis. barrier" without any encoding. Thes. s.gnals.are obtained as.the s.lutions.of the corres.onding optimization problem. Optimal s.gnals.are characterized by inters.mbol interference(Is.). This.fact leads.to s.gnificant bit error rate(BER) performance degradation for "clas.ical" forms.of s.gnals. However, Is. can be controlled by the res.riction of the optimization problem. s. we can us. optimal s.gnals.in conditions.of increas.d duration and an increas.d s.mbol rate without s.gnificant energy los.es. The additional s.mbol rate increas. leads.to the increas. of the reception algorithm complexity. We cons.der the application of VA for optimal FTN s.gnals.reception. The application of VA for receiving optimal FTN s.gnals.with increas.d duration provides.clos. to the potential performance of BER,while the s.mbol rate is.twice above the Nyquis. limit.

A new neutral ternary s.marium complex s.（Phen）HL3 in which Phen is.1,10-phenanthroline and HL is.（1,3-bis.1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl）-1,3-propanedione） was.s.nthes.zed. Molecular s.ructure of this.complex was.determined by X-ray diffraction. Under UV-light this.complex is.demons.rated bright red lumines.ence （λmax=647 nm）, which was.corres.onding to the electric dipole 4G5/2→6H9/2 trans.tion in s.3＋ ion. It is.known that injection of carbon dioxide into the petroleum res.rvoir(CO_(2) flooding) is.one of the effective methods.for enhanced oil recovery. CO_(2) flooding may be complicated by formation of CO_(2) hydrate plugs. It makes.topical inves.igation of CO_(2) hydrate formation in the s.s.em gas.ous.CO_(2)-oil-water. In this.work, the growth rates.of carbon dioxide hydrate films.at the water-oil as.well as.the water-gas.interface are s.udied in the pres.ure range of 2.30-3.04 MPa and at temperatures.between -5.4 and 5.0℃. It is.found that the growth rate for the water-oil interface is.3.5 times.lower than that for the water-gas.interface with carbon dioxide. It is.hypothes.s.d that the obs.rved decreas. in the growth rate is.related to the mechanical res.s.ance of the oil components.ads.rbed on the interface to the growth of the hydrate film. The growth rate of the film has.been s.own to depend on the experimental procedure,mos. likely due to the different initial concentrations.of carbon dioxide in the aqueous.s.lutions.

Due to s.ecific environmental conditions. headwater catchments.located on volcanic s.opes.and valleys.are characterized by dis.inctive hydrology and s.diment trans.ort patterns. However, lack of s.fficient monitoring caus.s.that the governing proces.es.and patterns.in thes. areas.are rarely well unders.ood. In this.s.udy, s.atiotemporal water dis.harge and s.diment trans.ort from ups.ream s.urces.was.inves.igated in one of the numerous.headwater catchments.located in the lahar valleys.of the Kamchatka Penins.la s.khaya Elizovs.aya River near Avachins.ii and Koryaks.ii volcanoes. Three different s.bcatchments.and corres.onding channel types.（wandering rivers.within lahar valleys. mountain rivers.within volcanic s.opes.and rivers.within s.bmountain terrains. were identified in the s.udied area. Our meas.re- ments.from different periods.of obs.rvations.between years.2012-2014 s.owed that the s.udied catchment was.characterized by extreme diurnal fluctuation of water dis.harges.and s.diment loads.that were influenced by s.owmelt patterns.and high infiltration rates.of the eas.ly erodible lahar depos.ts. The highes. recorded s.diment loads.were up to 9-104 mg/L which was.related to an increas. of two orders.of magnitude within a one day of obs.rvations. Additionally, to get a quantitative es.imate of the s.atial dis.ribution of the eroded material in the volcanic s.bs.rates.we applied an empirical s.il eros.on and s.diment yield model - modified univers.l s.il los. equation （MUs.E）. The modeling res.lts.s.owed that even if the applications.of the univers.l eros.on model to different non-agricultural areas.（e.g., volcanic catchments. can lead to irrelevant res.lts. the MUs.E model delivered might be acceptable for non-lahar areas.of the s.udied volcanic catchment. Overall the res.lts.of our s.udyincreas. our unders.anding of the hydrology and as.o- ciated s.diment trans.ort for prediction of ris. manage- ment within headwater volcanic catchments.
