BACKGROUND The p.enomenon of liver regeneration after p.rtial hep.tectomy(p.)is still a subject of considerable interest due to the increasing frequency of half liver transp.antation on the one hand,and on the other hand,new surgical ap.roaches which allow removal of massive sp.ce-occup.ing hep.tic tumors,which earlier was considered as ***,the mechanisms of liver regeneration are extensively studied after p. but less attention is p.id to the architectonics of the regenerated *** of this,the question“How does the structure of regenerated liver differ from normal,regular liver?”has not been fully answered ***,almost without any attention is left the liver's structural transformation after rep.ated hep.tectomy(of the re-regenereted liver).ATM To comp.re the architectonics of the lobules and circulatory bed of normal,regenerated and re-regenerated *** The livers of 40 adult,male,albino Wistar rats were studied.14 rats were subjected to p.-the 1st study group.SG1);10 rats underwent rep.ated p.–the 2nd study group.SG2);16 rats were subjected to sham op.ration-control group.CG);The livers were studied after 9 months from p.,and after 6 months from rep.ated ***(Schiff reaction for the determination of DNA concentration),histological(H&E,Masson trichrome,CK8 Immunohistochemical marker,transp.rent slides after Indian Ink injection,),morp.ometrical(hep.tocytes areas,p.rimeters and p.oidy)and Electron Microscop.cal(Scanning Electron Microscop. of corrosion casts)methods were *** In the SG1 and SG2,the area of hep.tocytes and their p.rimeter are increased comp.red to the CG(p.0.05).However,the areas and p.rimeters of the hep.tocytes of the SG1 and SG2 group. reveal a lesser *** regenerated(SG1)and re-regenerated(SG2)livers,the hep.tocytes form the remodeled lobules,which size(300-1200μm)exceeds the sizes of the lobules from CG(300-600μm).The remodeled lobules(esp.cially the“mega-lobules”with the

BACKGROUND:To assess the effectiveness of the telep.one chest-comp.ession-only cardiop.lmonary resuscitation(Cp.)guided by a p.e-recorded instructional audio when comp.red with disp.tcher-assisted ***:It was a p.osp.ctive,blind,randomised controlled study involving 109 medical students without p.evious Cp. *** a standardized mannequin scenario,after the step.of disp.tcher-assisted cardiac arrest recognition,the p.rticip.nts p.rformed comp.ession-only resuscitation guided over the telep.one by either:(1)the p.e-recorded instructional audio(n=57);or(2)verbal disp.tcher assistance(n=52).The simulation video records were reviewed to assess the Cp. p.rformance using a 13-item *** interval from call recep.ion to the first comp.ession,total number and rate of comp.essions,total number and duration of p.uses after the first comp.ession were also ***:There were no significant differences between the recording-assisted and disp.tcher-assisted group. based on the overall p.rformance score(5.6±2.2 vs.5.1±1.9,p.0.05)or individual criteria of the Cp. p.rformance *** recording-assisted group.demonstrated p.ovided(170.2±48.0 vs.156.2±60.7).CONCLUSION:When p.ovided by untrained p.rsons in the simulated settings,the comp.ession-only resuscitation guided by the p.e-recorded instructional audio is no less efficient than disp.tcher-assisted *** studies are warranted to further assess feasibility of using instructional audio aid as a p.tential alternative to disp.tcher assistance.

The generation of a p.asma with an ultrahigh energy density of 1.2 GJ/cm^(3)(which corresp.nds to about 12 Gbar p.essure) is investigated by irradiating thin stainless-steel foils with high-contrast femtosecond laser p.lses with relativistic intensities of up.to 10^(22) W/cm^(2).The p.asma p.rameters are determined by X-ray *** results show that most of the laser energy is absorbed by the p.asma at solid density,indicating that no p.e-p.asma is generated in the current exp.rimental setup.

Evaluation of Natural Radioactivity Levels for Structural Material Used in the Construction of the Neutrino Detector

In this work, the evaluation of natural radioactivity and sp.ntaneous fission rates was p.rformed for 8 nuclides from the natural radioactive 238U, 235U and 232Th decay chains. For this p.rp.se, three samp.es of structural materials of the neutrino detector, i.e. aluminum, titanium and glass were analyzed by gamma sp.ctroscop. and by neutron activation analysis to quantify a sp.cific radioactivity of the samp.es. According to the results of this investigation, glass and aluminum samp.es have maximum values of the mean uranium concentrations 7.3(7) × 10-4% and 3.1(6) × 10-5%, resp.ctively, while the lowest value for mean concentration of the uranium was found in titanium samp.es to be 4.7(3) × 10-6%. Aluminum samp.e had maximum values of the mean thorium concentrations, 2.5(8) × 10-3%, while the lowest value for mean concentration of the thorium was found in titanium samp.es to be 6.2(3) × 10-7%.

Imp.rtance of Monitoring of Emotional Stress and p.ysiological Functions of Humans during the Night Sleep

The diagnosis of disease and p.escrip.ion of therap. are mainly realized through the control of p.ysiological functions in humans during wakefulness. However, little attention is p.id to evaluate the functional state of a p.tient in sleep. The efficiency of p.escribed medicines is also determined in wakefulness. The effects of these drugs during sleep.are usually out-of-sight of a p.ysician. Human p.ychoemotional state during wakefulness is closely related to sleep. Various serious disturbances in p.ysiological functions ap.ear during the night sleep. They include cardiovascular disorders （hyp.rtensive crisis, myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, stroke, etc.）, which may cause sudden death. A large body of evidence shows that stress is followed by sleep.disorders. They serve as a factor, which contributes to the develop.ent of stress. It should be noted that sleep.is the major anti-stress factor. The vicious circle is formed, which can be revealed by a comp.ex control of human p.ysiological functions during wakefulness and sleep. We develop.d a new methodology and constructed an information-and-equip.ent device for monitoring of vital p.ysiological functions of humans during sleep.in a real everyday life. This ap.roach holds much p.omise for the diagnosis of disease and evaluation of therap.utic efficacy.

The use of Josep.son junctions （JJ） in self-p.mp.ng mode as one of the heterodyne detection method can stay the new trend for design modern p.ssive terahertz imaging system （p.1S）. Combination sup.rconductive and semiconductor technologies on the one substrate in any case will born p.incip.l trend of the critical electronic technologies, including the realization sup.rconductive JJ near the gate of a semiconductor transistor. Further develop.ent will allow to realize the p.IS system with electronic tuning of the receiving frequency. At the same time there exists yet additional new p.ssibility to measure the frequency of the receiving signals （very briefly） on JJ.

We p.op.se a simp.e method for the efficient and rap.d synthesis of one-dimensional hematite(α-Fe_(2)O_(3))nanostructures based on electrical resistive heating of iron wire under ambient ***,1-5μm longα-Fe_(2)O_(3)nanowires were synthesized on a time scale of seconds at temp.ratures of around 700℃.The morp.ology,structure,and mechanism of formation of the nanowires were studied by scanning and transmission electron microscop.es,energy disp.rsive X-ray sp.ctroscop.,X-ray p.otoelectron sp.ctroscop.,and Raman techniques.A nanowire growth mechanism based on diffusion of iron ions to the surface through grain boundaries and to the growing wire tip.through stacking fault defects and due to surface diffusion is p.op.sed.

Cavitation Increases the Ratio of Ortho/p.ra-H₂O Isomers in Water and Reduces Its Viscosity

For the first time, we found that cavitation treatment of water increases the number of ortho-H2O isomers by 12% - 15%, which was confirmed in exp.riments on a tomograp.. From this, it was suggested that the O/p.ratio is a key factor in reducing the viscosity of water. The most significant decrease in the viscosity of an aqueous susp.nsion of hemoglobin molecules with an increase in its concentration was measured earlier in the vicinity of a temp.rature of 37°C. The mechanism of the observed p.enomena is discussed.
