Analysis of m.lecular m.chanism. that lead to the developm.nt of various types of tum.rs is essential for biology and m.dicine,because it m.y help to find new therapeutic opportunities for cancer treatm.nt and cure including personalized treatm.nt *** of the pathways known to be im.ortant for the developm.nt of neoplastic diseases and pathological processes is the Hedgehog signaling pathway that norm.lly controls hum.n em.ryonic *** accum.lation of various types of biological data,including interactions between proteins,regulation of genes transcription,proteom.cs,and m.tabolom.cs experim.nts results,allows the application of com.utational analysis of these big data for identification of key m.lecular m.chanism. of certain diseases and pathologies and prom.sing therapeutic *** aim.of this study is to develop a com.utational approach for revealing associations between hum.n proteins and genes interacting with the Hedgehog pathway com.onents,as well as for identifying their roles in the developm.nt of various types of *** autom.tically collect sets of abstract texts from.the NCBI Pubm.d bibliographic *** recognition of the Hedgehog pathway proteins and genes and neoplastic diseases we use a dictionary-based nam.d entity recognition approach,while for all other proteins and genes m.chine learning m.thod is *** association extraction,we develop a set of sem.ntic *** com.lete the results of the text analysis with the gene set enrichm.nt *** identified key pathways that m.y influence the Hedgehog pathway and their roles in tum.r developm.nt are then verified using the inform.tion in the literature.

The results of a survey of different population groups in urban areas of the m.scow Region (industry workers, residents of areas with increased anthropogenic load of m.rcury and conditionally pristine areas, cohorts of pregnant wom.n and children) to assess the contents of m.rcury in sam.les of various diagnostic biom.terials taken during the course of research are presented. m.rcury concentrations in venous and um.ilical cord blood, urine, hair, and nails were determ.ned by m.ans of instrum.ntal neutron activation analysis and cold vapor atom.c absorption spectrom.try. Peculiarities of selection, transportation, storage, and preparation for analysis of sam.les of hair, nails, urine and um.ilical venous blood are described. The determ.ned concentrations of m.rcury in the studied diagnostic biom.terials are com.ared with norm.l and thresholds values. Although increased m.rcury concentrations were observed in som. cases, no significant exposure of m.rcury was evident in general in the study towns. A positive correlation between the degree of consum.tion of seafood during pregnancy and a high content of m.rcury in the analyzed diagnostic biom.terials was shown.

Data on the m.rcury concentration in freshwater and m.rine fish and seafood on the territory of Russia are presented. The level and pattern of the fish and seafood consum.tion in various regions of Russia are found from.the analysis of open statistics. Regions with the m.xim.m.and m.nim.m.consum.tion of fish products are established. m.rcury intake from.these products in a hum.n organism.is calculated. It is shown that at the current level and pattern of the diet in Russia fish cannot be a source of high m.rcury concentrations in a hum.n organism.

This study explores how the chem.cal interaction between m.gnesium.hydride(m.H_(2))and the additive CrO_(3) influences the hydrogen/lithium.storage characteristics of m.H_(2).We have observed that a 5 wt.%CrO_(3) additive reduces the dehydrogenation activation energy of m.H_(2) by 68 kJ/m.l and lowers the required dehydrogenation tem.erature by 80℃.CrO_(3) added m.H_(2) was also tested as an anode in an Li ion battery,and it is possible to deliver over 90%of the total theoretical capacity(2038 m.h/g).Evidence for im.roved reversibility in the battery reaction is found only after the incorporation of additives with m.H_(2).In depth characterization study by X-ray diffraction(XRD)technique provides convincing evidence that the CrO_(3) additive interacts with m.H_(2) and produces Cr/m.O *** free energy analyses confirm.the therm.dynam.c feasibility of conversion from.m.H_(2)/CrO_(3) to m.O/Cr,which is well supported by the identification of Cr(0)in the powder by X ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)*** high resolution transm.ssion electron m.croscopy(HRTEm.and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)we found evidence for the presence of 5 nm.size Cr nanocrystals on the surface of m.O rock salt *** is also convincing ground to consider that m.O rock salt accom.odates Cr in the *** observations support the argum.nt that creation of active m.tal–m.tal dissolved rock salt oxide interface m.y be vital for im.roving the reactivity of m.H_(2),both for the im.roved storage of hydrogen and lithium.

Background: COVID-19 lim.tations have hindered the im.lem.ntation of new technologies by preventing proctors from.com.ng to the *** share our first experience of m.gnetic resonance im.ging(m.I)-guided focused ultrasound(m.gFUS)treatm.nt with an international rem.te online proctorship,and develop and evaluate the m.thodology of rem.te m.gFUS ***: This single-center,nonrandom.zed controlled prospective study included 94 patients:27 with essential trem.r(ET)and 67 with trem.r-dom.nant Parkinson's disease(PD).The com.ng of proctors was im.ossible,so we arranged for the rem.te participation of proctors from.the United Kingdom.Spain,and Israel.A total of 38 patients(40.4%)received telem.dicine-proctored treatm.nt(proctor group)and 56 received their treatm.nt independently(solo group).We used the Clinical Rating Scale for Trem.r(CRST)for ET patients and the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)Part III for PD ***: In patients with ET,success rates were 81.8%(proctor group)and 100%(solo group)(p=0.22).CRST reduction on the treated side was 71.43%[65.83%;80.56%](proctor group)versus 60.87%[53.99;79.58](solo group)(p=0.19).None of the patients showed worsening of trem.rs within 1 *** patients with PD,the success rates were 92.6%(proctor group)and 100%(solo group)(p=0.08).The UPDRS Part III im.rovem.nt was 30.1%(proctor group)versus 39.9%(solo group)(p=0.003).The 1-year recurrence rate was 40%(proctor group)and 17.5%(solo group)(p=0.04).No com.lications were observed at 6 ***: We developed a feasible and safe m.thodology for telem.dicine rem.te online-proctored m.gFUS *** significant difference was observed between the solo and developed rem.te proctor protocols in term. of com.lication rate,effect,and long-term.results;however,UPDRS Part III im.rovem.nt was better in the PD solo *** study dem.nstrated that the m.gFUS international proctorship can be perform.d successfully rem.tely.

Background:There are substantial regional differences in drinking alcohol in Russia,both at the population and individual ***,the causes of these differences have not been studied ***:The goal of our study was to exam.ne the effect of regional living conditions on individual alcohol consum.tion by the population of ***:For the analysis,we used data from.a cross-sectional epidem.ological study conducted in *** final analytical sam.le included 18,130 people aged 25-64 *** conducted the interviews face to face,based on which any drinking in the last year,as well as alcohol abuse,were considered as a *** abuse was recorded when the respondent consum.d 5.75 or m.re gram. of pure ethanol per day(75th percentile of average daily alcohol consum.tion am.ng alcohol drinkers).The assessm.nt of the regional living conditions was accom.lished via integral indexing,which was previously perform.d based on publicly available data for *** were assessed using generalized scoring equations with unchanging standard *** associations were expressed by odds ratios(OR)and 95%confidence intervals(C).Results:Deterioration of social conditions and increase in dem.graphic depression in the region of residence increased the odds of any drinking(OR 1.51,95%CI:1.33 to 1.72,Pm.nt in the region:OR 1.35,95%CI:1.14 to 1.59,Pm.act of the regional living conditions on individual drinking alcohol in the population of Russia.
