Present a.ticle discusses the physiologica. mecha.isms of the sta.e employees a.a.ta.ion during a.tive tra.ning in tempora.y groups. It is suggested tha. a.a.tive mecha.isms to a.verse effects ma. be studied ba.ing on the concept of functiona. isomorphism of the psychic a.d immune systems. a.a.tive mecha.isms were studied through the monitoring of the stress fa.tors’ impa.t upon the la. enforcement officers when tra.ning outside the pla.es of perma.ent deployment. The specific purpose of present study wa. to eva.ua.e the physiologica. indica.ors of the psychic, immune a.d endocrine systems dyna.ics a. different sta.es of a.a.ta.ion of the live orga.ism to a.stressful situa.ion, hoping to get better insight into possible rela.ions between psychic a.d immune doma.ns. Through monitoring of the dyna.ics of the endocrine a.d immune responses to the psychic stimuli, it wa. possible to correla.e the sta.es of the stress onset to the pha.es of specific immune rea.tions. Strong correla.ions between the pa.a.eters cha.a.terizing a.tiva.ion of the psychic a.d immune responses support the hypothesis of the presence of “strong coopera.ion” between psychic a.d immune doma.ns. It supports ea.lier hypothesis tha. we a.e monitoring different ma.ifesta.ions of the functioning of a.complex insepa.a.le psycho-immune meta.system.

In this study,we present a. investiga.ion of the newly discovered dwa.f nova.a.a.SN-19oc during its superoutburst on 2019 June *** ca.ried out deta.led UBVRcIc-photometric observa.ions a.d a.so obta.ned a.spectrum on da. 7 of the outburst,which shows the presence of hydrogen a.sorption lines commonly found in dwa.f nova.*** of photometric da.a.revea.s the occurrence of ea.ly superhumps in the initia. da.s of observa.ions,followed by ordina.y a.d la.e *** ha.e a.cura.ely ca.cula.ed the period of the ordina.y superhumps a. Pord=0.05681(10)da.s a.d determined the periods a. different sta.es,a. well a. the ra.e of cha.ge of the superhump period(P_(dot)=(5)P/P=8.1×10^(-5)).a.ditiona.ly,we ha.e derived the ma.s ra.io of the components(q=0.09),a.d estima.ed the color tempera.ure during the outburst a.~11,000 K,the dista.ce to the system(d=560 pc)a.d a.solute ma.nitude of the system in outburst(MV=5.3).We ha.e shown tha. outbursts of this sta. a.e very ra.e:ba.ed on brightness mea.urements on 600 a.chiva. photogra.hic pla.es,we found only one outburst tha. occurred in *** fa.t,a. well a. the properties listed a.ove,convincingly shows tha. the va.ia.le a.a.SN-19oc is a.dwa.f nova.of WZ Sge type.

Molecula. structure of this complex wa. determined by X-ra. diffra.tion. Under UV-light this complex is demonstra.ed bright red luminescence （λma.=647 nm）, which wa. corresponding to the electric dipole 4G5/2→6H9/2 tra.sition in Sm3＋ ion. UV-a.sorption, excita.ion a.d emission spectra.of the title compound were investiga.ed.

目的观察淋巴管内介入疗法预防下肢骨折术后感染的临床疗效。方法前瞻性研究接受手术治疗的严重下肢骨折住院患者160例。随机分为研究组和对照组，每组各80例。研究组采用淋巴管内介入疗法，对照组采用传统的抗生素静脉注射法。结果通... 详细信息

目的观察淋巴管内介入疗法预防下肢骨折术后感染的临床疗效。方法前瞻性研究接受手术治疗的严重下肢骨折住院患者160例。随机分为研究组和对照组，每组各80例。研究组采用淋巴管内介入疗法，对照组采用传统的抗生素静脉注射法。结果通过对淋巴小管收缩活性的评价证明，创伤和术后下肢大部分淋巴床的改变是功能性的、可逆的。研究组并发局部伤口感染5例（6．3％）、化脓性骨关节感染1例（1．3％），相应的对照组为16例（20．0％）和7例（8．8％）。研究组和对照组的住院时间分别为（15．6±0．6）d和（21．5±0．5）d。研究组使用头孢唑啉（5．0±0．54）g或林可霉素（1．5±0．14）g，而对照组使用相应抗生素（20．64±1．23）g或（6．19±0．15）g。结论淋巴管内介入疗法较传统的抗生素静脉注射疗法能更有效地预防下肢创伤及手术后感染。
