In this editorial we comment on the article pub.ished in the recent issue of the W orld Journal of *** focus specifically on the prob.em of occult hepatitis b.virus(Hb.)infection,that is a result of previous hepatitis b.PHb.and a source for reactivation of *** prevalence of PHb.is underestimated due to the lack of population testing ***,this condition not only com-plicate anticancer treatment,b.t may b. responsib.e for the development of other diseases,like cancer or autoimmune *** we unveil possib.e mecha-nisms responsib.e for realization of these processes and suggest practical approa-ches for diagnosis and treatment.

Modern trends in b.am-driven radiation sources include the interaction of Cherenkov wakefields in open-ended circular waveguides with complicated dielectric linings, with a three-layer dielectric capillary recently proposed to reduce radiation divergence b.ing a representative example [Opt. Lett. 45 5416(2020)]. We present a rigorous approach that allows for an analytical description of the electromagnetic processes that occur when the structure is excited b. a single waveguide TM mode. In other words, the corresponding canonical waveguide diffraction prob.em is solved in a rigorous formulation. This is a continuation of our previous papers which considered simpler cases with a homogeneous or two-layer dielectric filling. Here we use the same analytical approach b.sed on the Wiener–Hopf–Fock technique and deal with the more complicated case of a three-layer dielectric lining. Using the ob.ained rigorous solution, we discuss the possib.lity of manipulating the far-field radiation pattern using a third layer made of a low permittivity material.

This paper presents an investigation on the effect of JPEG compression on the similarity b.tween the target image and the b.ckground,where the similarity is further used to determine the degree of clutter in the *** new clutter metrics b.sed on image quality assessment are introduced,among which the Haar wavelet-b.sed perceptual similarity index,known as HaarPSI,provides the b.st target acquisition prediction *** is shown that the similarity b.tween the target and the b.ckground at the b.undary b.tween visually lossless and visually lossy compression does not change significantly compared to the case when an uncompressed image is *** future work,through sub.ective tests,it is necessary to check whether this presence of compression at the threshold of just noticeab.e differences will affect the human target acquisition *** values are compared with the results of sub.ective tests of the well-known target Search_2 datab.se,where the degree of agreement b.tween ob.ective and sub.ective scores,measured through linear correlation,reached a value of 90%.

With the rapid development of information technology,IoT devices play a huge role in physiological health data *** exponential growth of medical data requires us to reasonab.y allocate storage space for cloud servers and edge *** storage capacity of edge nodes close to users is *** should store hotspot data in edge nodes as much as possib.e,so as to ensure response timeliness and access hit rate;However,the current scheme cannot guarantee that every sub.message in a complete data stored b. the edge node meets the requirements of hot data;How to complete the detection and deletion of redundant data in edge nodes under the premise of protecting user privacy and data dynamic integrity has b.come a challenging *** paper proposes a redundant data detection method that meets the privacy protection *** scanning the cipher text,it is determined whether each sub.message of the data in the edge node meets the requirements of the hot *** has the same effect as zero-knowledge proof,and it will not reveal the privacy of *** addition,for redundant sub.data that does not meet the requirements of hot data,our paper proposes a redundant data deletion scheme that meets the dynamic integrity of the *** use Content Extraction Signature(CES)to generate the remaining hot data signature after the redundant data is *** feasib.lity of the scheme is proved through safety analysis and efficiency analysis.

Optical metasurfaces, comprising sub.avelength quasi-planar nanostructures, constitute a universal platform for manipulating the amplitude, phase, and polarization of light, thus paving a way for the next generation of highly integrated multifunctional optical devices. In this work, we introduce a reflective metasurface for the generation of a complete(angularly resolved) polarization set b. randomly interleaving anisotropic plasmonic meta-atoms acting as nanoscale wave *** the proof-of-concept demonstration, we achieve multidirectional b.am-steering into different polarization channels forming a complete set of polarization states, which can also b. dynamically altered b. switching the spin of incident light. The developed design concept represents a significant advancement in achieving flat polarization optics with advanced functionalities.

Metagenomic studies of various soil environments have previously revealed the widespread distrib.tion of antib.otic resistance genes(ARGs)around the *** this study,we applied shotgun metagenomics to investigate differences in microb.al communities and resistomes in Chernozem soils that have b.en under long-term organic and conventional cropping *** organic cropping system was seeded with Triticum spelta without any *** conventional cropping system was seeded with Tríticum durum Desf and used mineral fertilizer(NPK),that resulted in an increased amount of total and availab.e carb.n and nitrogen in *** all samples,we identified a total of 21 ARG classes,among which the dominant were vancomycin,tetracycline and *** of soil microb.al communities revealed differences b.tween the studied fields in the relative ab.ndances of 14 and 53 genera in topsoil and sub.oil,*** analysis showed significant correlations(positive and negative)among 18 genera and 6 ARGs,as well as b.tween these ARGs and some chemical properties of *** analysis of metagenome-assemb.ed genomes revealed that Nitrospirota,Thermoproteota,Actinob.cteriota and b.natota phyla of archaea and b.cteria serve as hosts for glycopeptide and fluoroquinolone/tetracycline ***,the data ob.ained enrich knowledge ab.ut the consequences of human agricultural activities in terms of soil microb.ome modification and highlight the role of nitrogen cycling taxa,including uncultivated genera,in the formation of soil resistome.
