针对数控滚机床ГМС-1工序校正控制程序设计复杂的问题,分析发生挤压块偏离其弯曲数控滚轧机的原因,给出辊轧过程的数学描述。结果表明:校正的数控程序能够根据组件检查设备的状态,可以提高零件的几何精度。

A method of medical implants (biocomposites) preparation based on nanostructured titanium with nanocrystalline bioactive hydroxylapatite coatings is developed. The operative treatment using these implants improves the regeneration of bone tissue for rats, as compared to the “false-operated” animals. The morphological data at 7, 14, 21, 45 days are obtained by means of scanning electron microscopy and discussed.

Although considerable conservation resources have been committed to develop and use law enforcement monitoring and management tools such as SMART,measures of success are ill-defined and,to date,few reports detail results ***,we present 4 case studies from protected areas with Amur tigers(Panthera tigris altaica)in Russia,in which indicators of success were defined and evaluated at *** ultimate goal was an increase in tiger numbers to 1 individual/100 km^(2)at each *** predicted that improvements in law enforcement effectiveness would be followed by increases in prey numbers and,subsequently,tiger *** used short-term and long-term indicators of success,including:(i)patrol team effort and effectiveness;(ii)catch per unit effort indicators(to measure reductions in threats);and(iii)changes in target species *** addition to implementing a monitoring system,we focused on improving law enforcement management using an adaptive management *** 4 years,we noted clear increases in patrol effort and a partial reduction in *** we did not detect clear trends in ungulate numbers,tiger populations remained stable or increased,suggesting that poaching of tigers may be more limiting than prey *** effectiveness is needed before a clear reduction in threats can be noted,and more time is needed before detecting responses in target ***,delineation of concrete goals and indicators of success provide a means of evaluating progress and *** monitoring should be a central component of law enforcement strategies for protected areas.

Modern achievements of interventional cardiology in treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) have significantly increased frequency of interventions and volume of contrast media (CM). Contrast-induced acute kidney injury (CIAKI) associated with CM administration is determined by 26.5 μmol/l increase in serum creatinine (SCr) within 48 - 72 hours or >?1.5-fold SCr increase versus its known or estimated level in the previous 7 days. Without effective disease management, prevention with early CIAKI risk stratification and cessation of nephrotoxic medications taken by patients are important. Given significant complexity in existing CIAKI treatment, modern therapeutic options are limited only to adequate renal injury prevention. The problem’s significance and diagnostic limitations associated with SCr definition require search for clinically and diagnostically significant AKI biomarkers. In terms of coronarography and percutaneous coronary interventions, several studies have been conducted on clinical and diagnostic significance of some biomarkers. This article characterizes and discloses prospective practical use of neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL), liver-type fatty acid binding protein (L-FABP), kidney injury molecule-1 (KIM-1), cystatin C (CysC) and interleukins-6,8,18 (IL-6,8,18) in interventional cardiology.

Colorectal cancer(CRC)represents a molecularly heterogeneous disease and one of the most frequent causes of cancer-related death *** traditional classification of CRC is based on pathomorphological and molecular character-istics of tumor cells(mucinous,ring-cell carcinomas,etc.),analysis of mechanisms of carcinogenesis involved(chromosomal instability,microsatellite instability,CpG island methylator phenotype)and mutational statuses of commonly altered genes(KRAS,NRAS,BRAF,APC,etc.),as well as expression signatures(CMS 1-4).It is also suggested that the tumor microenvironment is a key player in tumor progression and metastasis in *** to the latest data,the immune microenvironment can also be predictive of the response to immune checkpoint *** this review,we highlight how the immune environment influences CRC prognosis and sensitivity to systemic therapy.

Objectives:An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and colloidal gold-based immunochromatographic(ICG)strip assay will be developed for the rapid and high-throughput detection of atrazine(ATZ)in medicinal ***:A monoclonal antibody against ATZ was obtained after the immunization of mice,cell fusion,and hybridoma screening,and the antibody was used to develop direct competitive ELISA(dcELISA)and the ICG strip ***:Both dcELISA and ICG strip methods were established,optimized,and validated for the detection of ATZ in Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizome,Astragali radix,and Isatidis *** had a half-maximum inhibition concentration of 10.56 ng/m L(Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizome),7.6 ng/m L(Astragali radix),and 8.15 ng/m L(Isatidis radix).The limit of detection(LOD)of the ICG strip assay was 12.5 ng/mL(Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizome),12.5 ng/mL(Astragali radix),and 6.25 ng/mL(Isatidis radix)in different herb *** to the recognition characteristics of the monoclonal antibody for the pesticides ATZ,propazine,sebuthylazine,and prometryn,the detection results of real samples by the two immunoassays were confirmed by liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry,which proved the accuracy and reliability of the established ***:The proposed dcELISA and ICG strip methods were suitable for the rapid,convenient,and high-throughput detection of ATZ in these medicinal herbs.

Background: The temperature preferences of cold-blooded animals are different for different groups of animals and are closely related to their evolutionary status and level of adaptive capabilities. The range of preferred temperatures for reptiles (28°C - 32°C) coincides with the zone of temperature-dependent increase in the rate of the M-cholinergic reaction in the brain, which was previously found in warm-blooded neurons. The growth of the M-cholinergic process contributes to the transition of adaptive behavior to a higher level. Of the cold-blooded, only reptiles actively use thermoregulatory behavior as a tool to achieve a temperature optimum. This paper is devoted to the study of the behavior of red-eared turtles aimed at reaching the range of preferred temperatures. Temperature conditions necessary for the survival of different groups of cold-blooded animals are compared and the reason for temperature preferences is discussed. Methods: The behavior of turtles was studied under conditions of variable solar radiation and in a 3-section terrarium with gradual temperature ranges: 23°C - 24°C;28°C - 31°C and 45°C - 50°C. Results: It was found that prolonged (up to 1.5 hours) heating at a temperature of 45°C - 50°C was the best way to achieve the preferred temperatures. This method of heating results in increasing the temperature of the shell to an average of 37°C, followed by a very slow decrease during 4 - 6 hours within the limits that closely coincided with the preferred level. Conclusion: The results obtained demonstrate that the main function of the turtle shell is to accumulate heat and keep it for a long time in a variable climate. The preferred temperature achieved in this case is necessary for the temperature-dependent transition of the rate of the M-cholinergic reaction in the brain to a higher level, which creates more significant adaptive capabilities. Novel in-situ reduction approach was applied for the synthesis of palladium nanoparticles in the pores of mesoporous silica materials with grafted siliconhydride groups. Matrices possessing different structural properties (MCM-41, SBA-15 and Silochrom) were used. Samples were studied by nitrogen adsorption-desorption method, low-angle X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and FT-IR/PAS spectroscopy. The temperature-programmed oxidation (TPO) and reduction (TPR) methods were applied to examine reducibility of palladium species. Palladium containing catalysts were tested in methane oxidation reaction. It was demonstrated that relatively large pores in SBA-15 type silica facilitated formation of well-dispersed palladium nanoparticles confined in the pores channels. In the case of MCM-41 support, metallic palladium nanoparticles were formed on the external surface. The obtained materials showed high catalytic activity. Lower activity of the samples containing small crystallites located in the pore volume at high temperatures was related to worse accessibility of active sites to the reation mixture.
