随着中国社会的发展和变化,在汉语中产生了很多新词语。这些新词语及时反映着中国社会的飞速发展和变化,但很多韩国汉语学习者却知之甚少,从而让他们在中国留学或工作时遇到不少交际困难。造成这种交际困难的主要原因有二,其一是因为韩国汉语教材收录的新词语数量明显不足,其二没有及时收录那些使用频率高、应用范围广的新词语。基于以上情况,本研究拟以韩国汉语教材新词语收录现状为基础,通过问卷调查、访谈和数据统计等研究方法进行考察与分析,并尝试提出若干应对策略。第一章通过文献综述阐释对新词语教学和教材的相关研究,论述本论文的研究意义。第二章在借鉴文献的基础上,对教材中的“新词语”范围进行了界定。本文以《新词语大词典》的新词语为基础,进行问卷调查和教材统计分析。第三章对韩国四套汉语教材《美味的汉语》、《新攻略汉语》、《汉语口语》和《多乐园汉语精通》所收录的新词语进行了具体分析。第四章以韩国汉语学习者为对象,对学习者初次接触新词语的方式和新词语收录方式进行问卷调查。为了深入了解对教材的具体建议,以4位汉语教师和3位韩国汉语学习者为对象进行访谈,考察他们对四套教材的评价和建议。通过第三章和第四章内容得出以下的结论:第一、韩国汉语教材新词语在数量有待增加,范围还有待拓展,新词语的生命力还有待观察。第二、韩国汉语教材新词语的收录,既要考虑收录方式,也要考虑它的语义透明度和常用度。由于教材修订是一件较为困难的事情,需要考虑时间和费用的限制,因此,不建议把整套教材都进行修订。我们提出以下两个可行的方法:第一、删掉已过时的课文,增加最新的课文。在教材编写时需要删掉过时的课文,也要增加能反映社会变化的新课文,里面要包含新词语。这不仅可以提高课文的时效性,也能够增加学习者的新词语输入。第二、在原有教材文化模块中增加含有新词语的短文。本研究的韩国汉语教材中往往出现重复性内容。因此,可以在文化模块中减少重复性的内容,增加充分反映现代中国的文化内容,并增加适量新词语附注,提供新词语产生的背景、相关例子等相关内容。

Introduction Antibiotic use for acute otitis media(AOM)is one of the major sources of antimicrobial ***,the effective minimal antibiotic duration for AOM remains ***,guidelines often recommend broad ranges(5-10 days)of antibiotic use,yet the clinical impact of such a wide window has not been *** We systematically searched PubMed/MEDLINE,Embase,Scopus,Web of Science,and Cochrane Library from database inception to 6 October *** meta-analysis was conducted on randomized controlled trials that assessed antibiotic treatment for AOM in children(PROSPERO CRD42020196107).Results For amoxicillin and amoxicillin-clavulanate,7-day regimens were noninferior to 10-day regimens in clinical responses[amoxicillin:risk ratio(RR)0.919(95%CI 0.820-1.031),amoxicillin-clavulanate:RR 1.108(0.957-1.282)],except for≤2 *** the third-generation cephalosporins,7-day and 10-day regimens had similar clinical responses compared to placebo[7-day:RR 1.420(1.190-1.694),10-day:RR 1.238(1.125-1.362)compared to placebo].However,5-day regimens of amoxicillin-clavulanate and third-generation cephalosporins were inferior to 10-day *** to amoxicillin,a shorter treatment duration was tolerable with *** Our findings indicated that 1O days of antibiotic use may be unnecessarily long,while the treatment duration should be longer than 5 ***,5-day regimens would be sufficient for a modest treatment *** findings revealed that the current wide range of recommended antibiotic durations may have influenced the clinical outcome of AOM,and a narrower antibiotic duration window should be re-established.

AIM To investigate the temporal trends in the misdiagnosis rate between Crohn's disease(CD) and intestinal tuberculosis(ITB) in South Korea. METHODS We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of patients managed for CD or ITB at Asan Medical Center, a tertiary referral hospital, Seoul, Korea between 1996 and 2014. The temporal trends in the misdiagnosis rates between the two diseases were analyzed. The demographic and clinical characteristics were compared between CD patients who were initially misdiagnosed as ITB(final CD group) and vice versa(final ITB group). Final diagnostic criteria for ITB and medication for CD before definite diagnosis of TB were also analyzed in final ITB *** In total, 2760 patients were managed for CD and 772 patients for ITB between 1996 and 2014. As well, 494 of the 2760 CD patients(17.9%) were initially misdiagnosed as ITB and 83 of the 772 ITB patients(10.8%) as CD. The temporal trend in misdiagnosing CD as ITB showed a decrease(OR = 0.89, 95%CI: 0.87-0.91, P < 0.001), whereas the temporal trend in misdiagnosing ITB as CD showed an increase(OR = 1.06, 95%CI: 1.01-1.11, P = 0.013). Age at diagnosis, presenting symptoms, and proportion of patients with active/past perianal fistula and active/inactive pulmonary tuberculosis(TB) were significantly different between final CD group and final ITB group. Forty patients(48.2%) in final ITB group were diagnosed by favorable response to empirical anti-TB treatment. Seventeen patients(20.5%) in final ITB group had inappropriately received corticosteroids and/or thiopurines due to misdiagnosis as CD. However, there were no mortalities in both groups. CONCLUSION Cases of CD misdiagnosed as ITB have been decreasing, whereas cases of ITB misdiagnosed as CD have been increasing over the past two decades.

Renewable Biofuel Production Using Red Ginseng Marc in Microbial Fuel Cells

Microbial fuel cell (MFC) is one of the clean and sustainable energy technologies, often referred to as renewable energy, and directly chemical energy contained in organic matter into electrical energy by using the catalytic activity of microorganisms. Cellulosic biomass is a particularly attractive renewable resource for its abundant supply at low cost and its neutral carbon balance. However, methanogenesis had been negatively linked to anaerobic cellulosic power generation in MFCs. Ginseng root is a saponin-rich plant material and red ginseng marc (RGM) has not been reused as a high-value resource for industry although its residue contained both electron donors and saponin, the potential power generation enhancers for MFC. In this study, RGM was supplemented into MFC to evaluate its effects on methanogenesis and power generation. Two-chamber H-type MFCs were established using rumen fluid as anolyte to ferment cellulose at 2% (w/v). RGM, the residue from the steam and press process for red ginseng beverage preparation, was freeze-dried and ground to pass 0.5 mm sieve and added to the anode of MFC at 1% (w/v;Exp. 1) or 0.1% (Exp. 2) dose for treatment. Open circuit voltage, voltage and current across an external resistor were measured daily for 10d. On d10 of operation, collected biogases were measured for total gas production and analyzed for its components. In Exp. 1, power density was between 44.0 and 97.2 with an average of 83.8 mW/m2 in 1% RGM MFCs and was between 45.2 and 76.3 with an average of 61.5 mW/m2 in control. In Exp. 2, power density was between 44.8 and 75.6 with an average of 60.9 mW/m2 in 0.1% RGM MFCs and was between 45.1 and 54.1 with an average of 49.7 mW/m2 in control. Total gas production for 10d was 563 and 523 mL for RGM and control, respectively, in Exp 1, and was 546 and 477 mL for RGM and control, respectively, in Exp 2.
