As the cornerstone mission of the fourth phase of the Chinese Lunar Exploration Program, Chang'E-7(CE-7) was officially approved, and implementation started in 2022, including a main probe and a communication relay satellite. The main probe, consisting of an orbiter, a lander, a rover and a mini-flying probe, is scheduled to be launched in 2026. The lander will land on Shackleton crater's illuminated rim near the lunar south pole, along with the rover and mini-flying probe. The relay satellite(named Queqiao-2) will be launched in February 2024 as an independent mission to support relay communication during scientific exploration undertaken by Chang'E-4, the upcoming Chang'E-6 in 2024 and subsequent lunar missions.The CE-7 mission is mainly aimed at scientific and resource exploration of the lunar south pole. We present CE-7's scientific objectives, the scientific payloads configuration and the main functions for each scientific payload with its key technical specifications.

不同界面剂对湿接缝混凝土黏结性能影响

为研究界面剂对湿接缝黏结性能的影响,首先通过力学性能试验,确定硅灰水泥净浆界面剂中硅灰的最佳掺量,再通过劈裂抗拉强度试验、三点弯曲试验和抗剪强度试验,探究普通水泥净浆、硅灰最佳掺量下的水泥净浆、环氧树脂作为界面剂时,对湿接缝黏结性能的影响效果。结果表明:硅灰最佳掺量为8%时水泥净浆力学性能最优,从抗拉角度和抗剪角度进行分析,不同界面剂对湿接缝黏结性能的影响,由大到小排序均为:环氧树脂界面剂>掺8%硅灰水泥净浆界面剂>普通水泥净浆界面剂>无界面剂。可见,普通水泥净浆界面剂对湿接缝黏结性能提升较小,而环氧树脂界面剂和掺8%硅灰水泥净浆界面剂对湿接缝黏结性能提升效果较为明显。

从1870年代开始,恩格斯十分重视对俄国社会发展道路问题的研究,在相关著作和书信中,提出了这样三个重要理论观点:一是处于低级发展阶段的社会不能解决高级社会发展阶段才遇到的问题;二是农村公社是东方专制制度的自然基础;三是须从大历史的尺度看待资本主义导致的后果。恩格斯的这些理论观点既体现了唯物史观的精神要义,也是对俄国等落后国家社会发展道路特点的深刻洞察,对于我们中国正在进行的现代化建设事业能提供有益的借鉴与启示。

Understanding the foraging behavior is essential for investigating seabird ecology and conservation,as well as monitoring the well-being of the marine environment.Breeding seabirds adopt diverse foraging strategies to maximize energy gains and cope with the intensified challenges of parenting and self-maintenance.Such tradeoff may stem from the heterogeneity of food resources and the constraints of central place foraging.Nevertheless,abundant marine productivity could alleviate the energy limitation for seabirds,resulting in a consistent foraging approach.Here,we investigated the foraging strategy during the breeding season of a cryptic small-sized seabird,Swinhoe’s Storm-petrel(Hydrobates monorhis),in the Yellow Sea,a productive marginal sea of the Northwest Pacific.Using GPS tracking,we evaluated habitat preference,quantified the foraging strategy,and tested if environmental conditions and individual traits influence foraging trips.We found that Swinhoe’s Storm-petrels preferred nearshore areas with shallow water and engaged in primarily short foraging trips.Distinctive southeastward and southwestward strategies emerged when combining trip metrics,including foraging direction,duration,and maximum distance.The bathymetry,proximity to the coastline,and sea surface temperature differed in two foraging strategies.Foraging strategies exhibited flexibility between individuals,potentially explained by wing morphology,in which longer-winged birds are more likely to embark on longer-distance foraging trips.These findings highlight the impact of environmental factors and individual traits on seabirds’foraging decisions in productive marginal sea ecosystems.Our study also provides valuable insights into the foraging ecology of this Asian endemic storm-petrel.

First-line chemoimmunotherapy(with or without bevacizumab)has improved outcomes in advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Here,this open-label,multi-cohort phase II study(NCT05329025)was done to investigate the safety and efficacy of QL1706(a single bifunctional MabPair product against PD-1 and CTLA-4)and chemotherapy with or without bevacizumab in this population.Patients were enrolled into five different cohorts based on genotype(cohorts 1-4,epidermal growth factor receptor[EGFR]wild-type;cohort 5,EGFR-mutant and progressed on EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitors[TKIs]).Between June 11,2021 and December 29,2021,91 patients were enrolled.Most frequent treatment-related adverse events(TRAEs)included decreased appetite(60[65.9%]),anemia(60[65.9%]),infusion-related reactions(48[52.7%]),and pruritus(44[48.4%]).Grade≥3 TRAEs occurred in 30(33.0%)patients.Twenty-seven(45%)patients with wild-type EGFR achieved partial response(PR)(objective response rate[ORR]=45%)and had a median progression-free survival(mPFS)of 6.8 months(95%CI:5.2-9.7).For 31 patients harboring mutated EGFR,17(54.8%)achieved PR(ORR=54.8%),with an mPFS of 8.5 months(95%CI:5.72-not evaluable).Overall,QL1706 plus chemotherapy,regardless of having bevacizumab,was generally tolerable and had promising antitumor activity for EGFR wild-type advanced NSCLC in first-line setting.Moreover,QL1706 plus chemotherapy and bevacizumab showed favorable antitumor activity for patients who had EGFR mutated NSCLC but failed in TKI therapy,demonstrating a potential for treating this population.

sentinel-1A卫星数据覆盖范围广、重访周期快、获取成本低,通过合成孔径雷达干涉测量(interferometric synthetic aperture radar,InSAR)技术能够高效获取管道沿线大面积地表形变信息。但是山区管道所处地形复杂、起伏大、植被茂盛,监测中易存在叠掩、阴影、失相干等现象,sentinel-1A卫星数据在管道不同区段的适用性有差异。为了对sentinel-1A在山区管道地表形变测量中的适用程度进行评价,以三段不同山区地形的管道为研究区,结合sentinel-1A数据、sentinel-2数据、ALOS DEM数据进行相关性分析,构建适用性评价指标。结果显示:管道沿线sentinel-1A影像的叠掩阴影占总面积的比例与坡度的Pearson相关系数为-0.914,Spearman相关系数为-1,呈显著负相关;影像相干性和归一化植被指数的Pearson相关系数为-0.972,Spearman相关系数为-0.99,呈显著负相关。使用回归分析和归一化的方法建立了山区管道沿线sentinel-1A数据的坡度适用性指标和植被适用性指标,指标可对山区管道沿线域使用sentinel-1A数据进行形变监测的适用性进行评价。

Chemical vapor deposition(CVD)graphene film is a promising electrode-modifying material for fabricating high-performance glucose sensor due to its high electrical conductivity and two-dimensional structure over large area.However,the use of typical metal-based CVD graphene suffers from the residue contamination of polymer transfer-support and heavy metal ions.In this work,we directly grew fewlayer graphene on the SiO2/Si substrate without transfer process and then fabricated graphene-based glucose sensors by sequentially immobilizing glucose oxidase and depositing Nafion layer on its surface that was functionalized by oxygen-plasma treatment.Our transfer-and metal-free process shows distinct advantage over the common metal-CVD method in improving the electrochemical performance by eliminating the contamination of transfer-residue.Thus-obtained glucose sensor shows a high sensitivity(16.16μA mM-1cm-2)with a detection limit of 124.19μM.This method is simple and promising for the development of highly sensitive glucose sensors.

BACKGROUND Thiopurine-induced leucopenia significantly hinders the wide application of thiopurines.Dose optimization guided by nudix hydrolase 15(NUDT15)has significantly reduced the early leucopenia rate,but there are no definitive biomarkers for late risk leucopenia prediction.AIM To determine the predictive value of early monitoring of DNA-thioguanine(DNATG)or 6-thioguanine nucleotides(6TGN)for late leucopenia under a NUDT15-guided thiopurine dosing strategy in patients with Crohn’s disease(CD).METHODS Blood samples were collected within two months after thiopurine initiation for detection of metabolite concentrations.Late leucopenia was defined as a leukocyte countsensitivity 83%,specificity 81%),and in NUDT15/TPMT normal metabolizers,the predictive performance of a threshold of 315.72 fmol/μg DNA was much more remarkable with an AUC of 0.902(sensitivity 88%,specificity 85%).6TGN had a relatively poor correlation with late leucopenia whether in the entire sample(P=0.021)or NUDT15/TPMT normal or intermediate metabolizers(P=0.018,P=0.55,respectively).CONCLUSION Proactive therapeutic drug monitoring of DNATG could be an effective strategy to prevent late leucopenia in both NUDT15/TPMT normal and intermediate metabolizers with CD,especially the former.

BACKGROUND Gastric cancer(GC)is the most common malignant tumor and ranks third for cancer-related deaths among the worldwide.The disease poses a serious public health problem in China,ranking fifth for incidence and third for mortality.Knowledge of the invasive depth of the tumor is vital to treatment decisions.AIM To evaluate the diagnostic performance of double contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(DCEUS)for preoperative T staging in patients with GC by comparing with multi-detector computed tomography(MDCT).METHODS This single prospective study enrolled patients with GC confirmed by preoperative gastroscopy from July 2021 to March 2023.Patients underwent DCEUS,including ultrasonography(US)and intravenous contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS),and MDCT examinations for the assessment of preoperative T staging.Features of GC were identified on DCEUS and criteria developed to evaluate T staging according to the 8th edition of AJCC cancer staging manual.The diagnostic performance of DCEUS was evaluated by comparing it with that of MDCT and surgical-pathological findings were considered as the gold standard.RESULTS A total of 229 patients with GC(80 T1,33 T2,59 T3 and 57 T4)were included.Overall accuracies were 86.9%for DCEUS and 61.1%for MDCT(P<0.001).DCEUS was superior to MDCT for T1(92.5%vs 70.0%,P<0.001),T2(72.7%vs 51.5%,P=0.041),T3(86.4%vs 45.8%,P<0.001)and T4(87.7%vs 70.2%,P=0.022)staging of GC.CONCLUSION DCEUS improved the diagnostic accuracy of preoperative T staging in patients with GC compared with MDCT,and constitutes a promising imaging modality for preoperative evaluation of GC to aid individualized treatment decision-making.
