Nanocrystalline NH4ZrH（PO4）2·H2O was obtained by grinding ZrOC12·8H2O and （NH4）2HPO4 in the presence of surfactant PEG-400 via solid-state reaction at room temperature. The product NH4ZrH（PO4）2·H2O and its product of thermal decomposition were characterized using thermogravimetry and differential thermal analyses （TG/DTA）, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FT-IR）, X-ray powder diffraction （XRD）, and transmission electron microscopy （TEM）. Nanocrystalline NHaZrH（PO4）2·H2O with an average particle size of 17 nm was obtained when the product was kept at80℃ for 3 h. Its crystalline framework was stable at temperatures below 250℃. In addition, the catalytic performance of NH4ZrH（PO4）2·H2O in the synthesis of butyl acetate was investigated. The results show that NH4ZrH（PO4）2·H2O behaved as an excellent heterogeneous catalyst in the synthesis of butyl acetate.

Precursor of nanocrystalline ***2O4 was obtained by grinding mixture of ZnSO4.7H2O, NiSO4.6H2O, FeSO4.7H2O, and Na2CO3.10H2O under the condition of suffactant polyethylene glycol （PEG）-400 being present at room temperature, washing the mixture with water to remove soluble inorganic salts and drying it at 373 K. The spinel Zn0.5Ni0.5Fe2O4 was obtained via calcining precursor above 773 K. The precursor and its calcined products were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry （DSC）, Fourier transform infrared （FF-IR）, X-ray diffraction （XRD）, and vibrating sample magnetometer （VSM）. The result showed that ***204 obtained at 1073 K had a saturation magnetization of 74 ***-1. Kinetics of the crystallization process of Zn0.5Ni0.5Fe2O4 was studied using DSC technique, and kinetic parameters were determined by Kissinger equation and Moynihan et al. equation. The value of the activation energy associated with the crystallization process of Zr0.5Ni0.5Fe2O4 is 220.89 kJ-mol-1. The average value of the Avrami exponent, n, is equal to 1.59±0.13, which suggests that crystallization process of Zn0.5Ni0.5Fe2O4 is the random nucleation and growth of nuclei reaction.

Simultaneously improving Fusarium head blight(FHB)resistance and grain yield is challenging in wheat *** correlations between spikelet compactness(SC),grain number per spike(GNS),thousandgrain weight(TGW)and FHB resistance remains unclear in common *** of major quantitative trait loci(QTL)conferring FHB resistance and yield components,and development of breeder-friendly markers for the QTL are prerequisites for marker-assisted selection(MAS).Here,a recombinant inbred line(RIL)population derived from a cross between a resistant cultivar Yangmai 12(YM12)and a susceptible cultivar Yanzhan 1(YZ1)was used to map QTL for FHB resistance and yield components.A total of 22 QTL were identified;among these,six are likely to be new for corresponding traits.A QTL cluster(***-2D)for FHB type II resistance,SC,GNS,and TGW was detected on chromosome ***-friendly kompetitive allele-specific PCR(KASP)markers flanking the interval of ***-2D were developed and validated in a diverse panel of 166 wheat cultivars and advanced *** YM12 alleles of ***-2D significantly increased FHB resistance,SC,and GNS but decreased TGW in the validation *** KASP markers developed for ***-2D have great potential for breeding high-yielding wheat cultivars with enhanced FHB resistance.

Nano-sized cerium-titanium pyrophosphates Ce1-xTixP2O7 （with x = 0, 0.2, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9, and 1.0） were obtained by grinding a mixture of Ce（SO4）2·4H2O, Ti（SO4）2, and Na4P2O7·10H2O in the presence of surfactant PEG-400 at room temperature, washing the mixture with water to remove soluble inorganic salts, and drying at 100℃. The products and their calcined samples were characterized using ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy （UV-vis）, thermogravimetry and differential thermal analyses （TG/DTA）, X-ray powder diffraction （XRD）, and transmission electron microscopy （TEM）. The results show that nano-sized Ce1-xTixP2O7 behave as an excellent UV-shielding material. Thereinto, the CeP2O7 has the most excellent UV-shielding effect, and the amorphous state of Ce0.8Ti0.2P2O7 can keep at a higher temperature than CeP2O7. Therefore, the stabilization of the amorphous state of the cerium pyrophosphates was carded out by doping titanium. This stabilization is a significant improvement, which enables to apply these amorphous pyrophosphates not only to cosmetics and paints, but also plastics and films.

Fusarium head blight(FHB)is one of the most detrimental wheat diseases which greatly decreases the yield and grain quality,especially in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River of ***1 and Fhb2 are two major resistance loci against Fusarium *** 15(YM15)is one of the most popular varieties in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,and it has good weak gluten characters but poor resistance to *** we used Fhb1 and Fhb2 to improve the FHB resistance of YM15 by a molecular marker-assisted selection(MAS)backcrossing *** selection of agronomic traits was performed for each *** successfully selected seven introgressed lines which carry homozygous Fhb1 and Fhb2 with significantly higher FHB resistance than the recurrent parent *** of the introgressed lines had agronomic and quality characters that were similar to *** study demonstrates that the pyramiding of Fhb1 and Fhb2 could significantly improve the FHB resistance in wheat using the MAS approach.

A tetrametallotricyclic molecule is constructed by the spontaneous self-assembly of six components altogether consisting of two types of ligands and one type of metal ion. The unprecedented dimension and topology of the complex is derived from the flexible behavior of the ligands. The π-π interactions facilitate the formation of box-like cavity by rigid quinoline rings, while the soft oligoethylene glycol skeleton makes it easy to wrap around to form a macrocycle.

With strong alkaline anion-exchange resin 717 as the sorbent and NaOH solution as the eluent, a study on the sorption from alkaline solution and elution of vanadium（V）, silicon（iv）, and aluminium（III） was carried out. Different parameters affecting the sorption and elution process, including temperature, pH values as well as the ratio of resin to solution, were investigated. The results show that sorption degree of vanadium（V） increases with a decrease ofpH values, and V（V） ions are easier sorbed than Si（IV） and AI（III） ions under the same conditions. The sorption degree ofV（V）, Si（IV）, and AI（III） at pH 9.14 for 15 man are 90.6%, 33.5%, and 21.6%, respectively. Si（IV）, AI（III）, and V（V） ions sorbed on 717 resin were eluted by use of 2 mol·L^-1 NaOH solution; the desorption degree ofV（V）, Si（IV）, and AI（III） for 5 min are 81.7 %, 99.1%, and 99.3%, respectively.
