目的观察腰椎骨髓MR T1 mapping影像组学预测儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)临床危险度的价值。方法前瞻性对77例初诊ALL患儿采集腰椎骨髓T1 mapping,以3D Slicer软件分割L3椎体感兴趣体积(VOI)、提取2060个影像组学特征并筛选最佳特征。以8∶2比例将患儿分为训练集与测试集,分别以逻辑回归(LR)、支持向量机(SVM)及随机森林(RF)分类器基于最佳特征建立影像组学模型,于训练集进行训练、于测试集进行验证;结合初诊危险度及MR检查后患儿对于化学治疗的反应评估其临床危险度,以采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线及曲线下面积(AUC)评估模型预测效能。结果低-中危组52例、高危组25例。训练集含44例低-中危及17例高危,测试集含8例低-中危及8例高危患儿。共获得12个最佳影像组学特征,以之建立的RF模型在训练集中的敏感度及准确率均为100%,在测试集的敏感度(50.00%)及准确率(75.00%)均较低,提示存在过拟合;LR模型在测试集AUC(0.95)稍高于SVM模型(0.92)但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而其准确率一致。结论腰椎骨髓T1 mapping LR及SVM影像组学模型均可用于预测儿童ALL临床危险度;LR模型预测效能较佳。

BACKGROUND： At present, inhalation of nitrogen monoxidum （NO） or other angiotenic is widely used to cure hypoxic pulmonary artery hypertension. In addition, recent researches demonstrate that postganglionic fiber of stellate ganglion can regulate contents of blood vessel endothelium-calcitonin gene-related peptide （BVE-CGRP） and nitricoxide synthase （NOS） in lung tissue. Therefore, stellate ganglion which is blocked with the local anesthetic may cause therapeutic effects on hypoxic pulmonary artery hypertension. OBJECTIVE： To observe the effects of stellate block on calcitonin gene-related peptide （CGRP） of vasodilation factors, prostacyclin, endothelin-i of vasoconstriction factors, thromboxan, blood vessel endothelium-nitricoxide synthase （BVE-NOS） and mean arterial pressure of lung tissue in rabbits with hypoxic pulmonary artery hypertension. DESIGN： Randomly controlled animal study. SETTING： Neurological Institute of Taihe Hospital Affiliated to Yunyang Medical College. MATERIALS： A total of 24 adult Japanese rabbits of both genders and weighing 2.3 - 2.6 kg were provided by Animal Experimental Center of Hubei Academy of Medical Science. SP kit was provided by Beijing Zhongshan Biotechnology Co., Ltd.; moreover, kits of endothelin-1, CGRP, prostacyclin and thromboxan were provided by Radioimmunity Institute, Scientific and Technological Developing Center, General Hospital of Chinese PLA, and color image analytical system （Leica-Q500IW） was made in Germany. METHODS：The experiment was carried out in the Neurological Institute of Taihe Hospital affiliated to Yunyang Medical College from February to December 2002. ① Rabbits were performed with aseptic manipulation to exposure left stellate ganglion and then it was put in epidural catheter for 1 week. Neural stem/progenitor cells (NSCs) could be attractive therapeutic targets for promoting adult neurogenesis, brain plasticity, and repair in stroke and neurodegenerative diseases, raising great potentials for regeneration therapy. In adult ischemic brains, NSCs have limited capacities of growth, differentiation, and generating new neurons for repairing the damaged central nervous system. However, the spontaneous brain repair seems to be insufficient to recover neurological deficits in most stroke cases. To overcome those problems, pharmacological manipulations targeting on endogenous NSCs or transplanted stem cells could be a promoting strategy for regeneration therapy. Chinese herbal medicine has great potentials for developing novel therapeutic strategies for adult neurogenesis and brain repair in poststroke treatment. Chinese herbal medicine has a long history for poststroke treatment. Recent studies create great opportunity for drug discovery for promoting neurogenesis and improving the recovery of neurological fimctions in poststroke treatment. Many active compounds or extracts from medicinal herbs have shown promising effects on regulating proliferation, self-renewal and differentiation of NSCs, and promoting neural network formation as well as neurological functional recovery with in vitro and in vivo experimental evidence. Therefore, targeting neural stem/progenitor cells can be an important opportunity for the studies of Traditional Chinese Medicine in regeneration medicine. Due to the complex interactions of herbal ingredients in network regulation, huge challenge remains to be resolved for further study.

Liquid crystals are a vital component of modern photonics,and recent studies have demonstrated the exceptional sensing properties of stimuli-responsive cholesteric liquid ***,existing cholesteric liquid crystal-based sensors often rely on the naked eye perceptibility of structural color or the measurement of wavelength changes by spectrometric tools,which limits their practical ***,developing a platform that produces recognizable sensing signals is *** this study,we present a visual sensing platform based on geometric phase encoding of stimuli-responsive cholesteric liquid crystal polymers that generates real-time visual patterns,rather than frequency *** demonstrate this platform’s effectiveness,we used a humidity-responsive cholesteric liquid crystal polymer film encoded with a q-plate pattern,which revealed that humidity causes a shape change in the vortex beam reflected from the encoded cholesteric liquid crystal ***,we developed a prototype platform towards remote humidity monitoring benefiting from the high directionality and long-range transmission properties of laser beams carrying orbital angular *** approach provides a novel sensing platform for cholesteric liquid crystals-based sensors that offers promising practical *** ability to generate recognizable sensing signals through visual patterns offers a new level of practicality in the sensing field with stimuli-responsive cholesteric liquid *** platform might have significant implications for a broad readership and will be of interest to researchers working in the field of photonics and sensing technology.

By thermal neutron irradiation particle tracking autoradiography(PTA)technique,the development of boron segregation at grain boundaries in ultra-low carbon micro-alloy steels was investigated during cooling from 1150°C to 850°C,and the effect of Cu on boron segregation at grain boundaries was *** positron annihilation lifetime(PAL)technique,the changes of vacancy-type defects with temperatures and the effect of Cu on vacancy-type defects in the cooling process were *** show that,the concentration of boron at grain boundaries increases rapidly at the beginning of the cooling;after that,it begins to decrease;and then,it increases gradually *** addition of Cu not only increases the concentration of boron at grain boundaries but also speeds up the development process of boron segregation at grain *** the continuous cooling process,the addition of Cu significantly affects the change of vacancy-type defects with temperatures in ultra-low carbon micro-alloy steels.

The linac based XFEL and ERL are advanced （or, say, 4th generation） light sources, with different electron beam parameters and different advantages. However, the linac used for XFEL and ERL should provide very advanced beams with high energy, high peak and/or average current, very low emittance and low energy spread, thus making the linac very complicated and expensive. To share the XFEL and ERL advantages and save the construction-operation budget, a proposal of using a common superconducting electron linac for hard X-ray XFEL and ERL is described in this paper. The interactions between the XFEL and ERL beams via the accelerating structure are studied and the result is positive.

Using scanning, transmission electron microscopy and aberration-corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy, we have studied the interactions between dislocations and twins in impact deformed polysynthetic twinned TiAl crystal. The 1/3 dislocations with the coherent twin *** abnormal stacking fault was found adjacent to the coherent twin boundary. It has the same stacking sequence but different atom species in the [110] direction with an additional displacement of 1/4[110]in two neighboring {111} layers, and is likely induced by the slip of a 1/12[112](i.e. 1/4[110] + 1/6[211])dislocation.

目的:探讨肝有效血容量(EHBF)预测肝癌术后肝功能不全发生的价值。方法:回顾123例肝细胞癌手术患者的临床资料,测得EHBF和吲哚菁绿15 min滞留率(ICG R15),并行Child-Pugh评分,观察患者术后肝功能恢复情况。比较不同肝功恢复组中ICG R15、EHBF差异及ICG R15、EHBF不同分组中术后肝功能不全的发生率。通过受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线比较ICG R15、EHBF诊断价值。结果:123例患者中共有41例(33.3%)术后发生肝功能不全。肝功能良好组ICG R15平均值为(8.95±7.18)%,EHBF平均值为(1.01±0.37)L/min;肝功能不全组ICG R15平均值为(15.88±11.55)%,EHBF平均值为(0.75±0.28)L/min。两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EHBF≥1.0 L/min组术后肝功能不全发生率13.0%,<1.0 L/min术后肝功能不全发生率45.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ICG R15 ROC曲线下面积0.710(95%CI:0.616~0.804),临界值为7.6,敏感度78.0%,特异度59.8%。EHBF ROC曲线下面积0.718(95%CI:0.624~0.813),临界值为0.35,敏感度73.2%,特异度70.7%。结论:EHBF可有效预测肝癌术后肝功能不全的发生,且可能与ICGR15具有相似检验效能。
