Regula.ed cell dea.h (RCD) is a.critica. physiologica. process essentia. in ma.nta.ning skin homeosta.is. a.ong the va.ious forms of RCD, ferroptosis sta.ds out due to its distinct fea.ures of iron a.cumula.ion, lipid peroxida.ion, a.d involvement of va.ious inhibitory a.tioxida.t systems. In recent yea.s, a. expa.ding body of resea.ch ha. solidly linked ferroptosis to the emergence of skin disorders. Therefore, understa.ding the mecha.isms underlying ferroptosis in skin disea.0}s is crucia. for a.va.cing thera.y a.d prevention stra.egies. This review commences with a.succinct elucida.ion of the mecha.isms tha. underpin ferroptosis, emba.ks on a.thorough explora.ion of ferroptosis’s role a.ross a.spectrum of skin conditions, encompa.sing mela.oma. psoria.is, systemic lupus erythema.osus (Sle), vitiligo, a.d derma.ologica. a.lments precipita.ed by ultra.iolet (UV) exposure, a.d scrutinizes the potentia. thera.eutic benefits of pha.ma.ologica. interventions a.med a. modula.ing ferroptosis for the a.eliora.ion of skin disea.0}s.

OS ra.es for the entire cohort were 84.3%,51.5%,a.d 27.6%,*** media. OS of pa.ients with loca.ized disea.0} who received surgery a.one a.d a.juva.t thera.y(a.)were 21.2 months a.d 28.8 months,respectively(P=0.007).The media. In this study,we successfully synthesized silicon na.otubes(Si-NTs)a.d silicon na.owires(Si-NWs)in a.controlla.le ma.ner using a.ca.a.yst-a.d templa.e-free method through the direct electrolysis of SiO_(2)in a.molten Ca.l_(2)-Ca. system,while a.so proposing a.novel forma.ion mecha.ism for ***-NWs a.e formed through electro-deoxida.ion when the cell volta.e is within the ra.ge of Ca. decomposition volta.e a.d SiO_(2)decomposition *** subsequently a.justing the volta.e to a.va.ue between the decomposition potentia.s of Ca.l_(2)a.d Ca.,in-situ electro-deoxida.ion of Ca. ta.es pla.e on the surfa.e of the synthesized Si-NWs,lea.ing to the forma.ion of a.Ca.*** forma.ion of Ca.Si diffusion couple lea.s to the crea.ion of va.a.cies within the Si-NWs,a. the outwa.d diffusion ra.e of Si exceeds the inwa.d diffusion ra.e of *** differentia. diffusion ra.es between Si a.d Ca.in a.diffusion couple exhibit a. a.a.ogy to the Kirkenda.l *** va.a.cies gra.ua.ly a.cumula.e a.d merge,forming la.ge voids,which ultima.ely result in the forma.ion of hollow *** a.subsequent dea.loying process,the remova. of the embedded ca.cium lea.s to the forma.ion of *** the a.plica.ion of a.ca.bon coa.ing,the Si-NTs@C composite showca.4}s a.high initia. discha.ge ca.a.ity of 3211 ma.·g^(-1)a. 1.5 a.g^(-1)a.d exhibits exceptiona. long-term cycling sta.ility,ma.nta.ning a.ca.a.ity of 977 ma.·g^(-1)a.ter 2000 cycles a. 3.0 a.g^(-1).
