目的对维泊妥珠单抗(Pola)与德曲妥珠单抗(T-Dxd)不良事件(ADE)进行数据挖掘与分析,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法基于美国食品药品管理局公开数据项目(openFDA)数据库,提取2004-01-01—2023-06-07呈报的以Pola/T-Dxd为首要怀疑药物的ADE。用OpenVigil 2.1数据平台筛选可疑风险信号按信号强度和发生频次排序,并参照《国际医学用语词典》(MedDRA 26.0)进行ADE分类。结果分别获得Pola和T-Dxd相关ADE报告7164和22870份,检查到可疑ADE信号分别为104和95个。按信号强度排序,Pola的巨细胞病毒肠炎[比值比(ROR)=416.94]和T-Dxd的间质性肺病(ROR=82.55)位列首位,均可见其药品说明书;按发生频次排序,2种药物最常发生的ADE分别是死亡(n=111)、恶心(n=285)。Pola用药风险涉及12个系统/器官,其中26个风险信号是药品说明书中尚未记载的;T-Dxd用药风险涉及13个系统/器官,其中18个风险信号是药品说明书中尚未记载的。结论通过挖掘Pola和T-Dxd真实世界用药后的ADE,提示医师在临床用药中注意药物不良反应的发生风险,积极采取预防与治疗措施,保障患者用药安全。

【目的】明确低浓度吡虫啉对多异瓢虫Hippodamia variegata成虫嗅觉行为的影响。【方法】采用Y型嗅觉仪测定多异瓢虫成虫在摄入低浓度(LC_(20)和LC_(50))吡虫啉后对健康棉株和棉蚜Aphis gossypii成蚜为害棉株挥发物的行为反应;并通过固相微萃取收集健康棉株和棉蚜成蚜为害棉株的挥发物,以气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析鉴定挥发物成分;进而测试多异瓢虫成虫对棉株挥发物单一组分的选择行为。【结果】未摄入吡虫啉的多异瓢虫成虫对棉蚜成蚜为害的棉株具有显著的正趋性,但对健康棉株和清洁空气均无显著的趋向性;摄入低浓度吡虫啉的多异瓢虫成虫对棉蚜成蚜为害的棉株、健康棉株以及清洁空气均无显著的趋向性。对比健康棉株,从棉蚜成蚜为害棉株的挥发物中鉴定出8种挥发量显著增加的化合物,分别为月桂烯、柠檬烯、1-癸炔、3-蒈烯、(3E)-4,8-二甲基-1,3,7-壬三烯[(3E)-4,8-dimethyl-1,3,7-nonatriene. DMNT]、β-石竹烯、α-葎草烯、(3E, 7E)-4,8,12三甲基十三碳-1,3,7,11-四烯[(3E, 7E)-4,8,12-trimethyltrideca-1,3,7,11-tetraene. TMTT]。利用Y型嗅觉仪测定多异瓢虫成虫对以上8种物质的嗅觉选择行为发现,未摄入吡虫啉的多异瓢虫成虫对TMTT具有显著的正趋性,对其他7种挥发性化合物无显著趋性,而摄入低浓度吡虫啉的多异瓢虫成虫对8种挥发性化合物均无显著正趋性。在行为选择测试中,低浓度吡虫啉处理后的多异瓢虫成虫对棉株挥发物及单一组分的未选择个体数量均显著多于对照组。【结论】研究结果证实低浓度吡虫啉削弱了多异瓢虫成虫对棉花植株挥发物的嗅觉识别功能,为新疆棉田多异瓢虫的保护利用及棉田农药的合理使用提供科学依据。

Lactic acid is an important organic acid that is widely used in the food,pharmaceutical,and cosmetic *** acid was produced from coffee ground waste which contains fermentable sugars and is increasingly gene.ated from our daily dietary *** 114 strains of Lactobacillus species,Lactobacillus rhamnosus ATCC 10863 was selected for the production of lactic acid from coffee ground *** alkali pretreatment and saccharification,cellulose and hemicellulose in coffee ground waste were converted into fermentable *** experiments were conducted at various alkali solution,concentrations,and *** pretreatment with 35 g/L of KOH at 121oC for 60 min,the highest concentration of fermentable sugars was *** optimum concentration of Viscozyme L was 2%when saccharification was proceeded at 55oC for 7 *** productivity of lactic acid fermentation was the highest(0.59 g/L/h)at 100 g of coffee ground waste(1x concentration),whereas the lactic acid concentration was the highest at 600 g of coffee ground waste(6x concentration).As the concentration of coffee ground increased,the lactic acid concentration was also increased,however,the amount was not proportional to the coffee ground waste *** this study,it was found that coffee ground waste could be used as a culture medium for Lactobacillus rhamnosus ATCC 10863 through pretreatment and saccharification for the production of lactic acid.

Background Sarcopenia is a risk factor for metabolic disorders and cardiovascular disease, but the association between sarcopenia and cardiovascular risk factors according to age and obesity status in the gene.al population remains unknown. We thus investigated these associations in the Korean population. Methods We included 8,958 and 8,518 subjects from the fifth Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey （KNHAne.）（from 2010 and 2011, respectively）. The study was restricted to participants 〉 20 years old who had completed the health examination survey, including whole body dual-ene.gy X-ray absorptiometry scans. After exclusion, 7,366 subjects （3,188 men, 4,178 women） were included in our final analysis. Age was categorized according to three age groups （20-39, 40-59, mad 〉 60 years）, and subjects were catego- rized according to their sarcopenic and obesity status. Cardiovascular risk was assessed with Framingham risk score （FRS）. Results The sarco- penic obese group had a higher FRS than the non-sarcopenic obese group, which had a higher FRS than the non-sarcopenic non-obese group. Age-wise, the 20-39 year-old group showed a non-significant association between sarcopenia and FRS. In the 40-59 year-old group, regardless of obesity status, sarcopenic subjects had a higher FRS than non-sarcopenic subjects. In the 〉 60 year-old group, sarcopenic subjects had a higher FRS than non-sarcopenic subjects for the non-obese group. Conclusions Sarcopenia was associated with cardiovascular disease and may be an early predictor of its susceptibility in both elderly and middle-aged subjects. Thus, management of sarcopenia is ne.essary to prevent cardiovascu- lar disease.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects and molecular targets of Schisandrae Fructus(SF)methanol extract(SFme)in mice with hyperlipidemia induced by high fat ***:We observed changes in body weight,blood serum content of total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein(HDL)-cholesterol,and *** extent of accumulation of lipid peroxide due to lipid metabolism disorder also evaluated by measuring malondialdehyde(MDA)*** addition,after getting gene.expression in hepatic tissues,target protein of SFme was identified using a protein interaction ***:SFme significantly decreased total cholesterol and triglyceride levels without alteration of body weight in mice,and the livercontent of MDA was statistically decreased by *** expression changes of cyclindependent kinase 1(Cdk1)and leucine.rich repeat kinase 2(Lrrk2)were restored by ***:The effect of SFme on the highfat-diet induced hyperlipidemia via decreasing total cholesterol and triglyceride levels may involve the expression of Cdk1 and Lrrk2 proteins.
