BACKGROUND Herpes zoster is caused by reactivation of latent varicella-zoster virus infection within the sensory nerve ganglion of the spinal or cranial *** herpes zoster is rare and involves superior laryngeal nerve,which leads to several complications such as throat pain,and *** SUMMARY Patient concerns:A 52-year old woman presented with a 70 d history of throat pain and a 67 d history of non-productive *** days after onset of pain,she was diagnosed with laryngeal herpes *** nasolaryngoscopy revealed multiple white ulcerated lesions on the left hemi epiglottis and the left supraglottic *** was prescribed with 750 mg famciclovir a day for 7 d,and 150 mg pregabalin,100 mg tramadol and 10 mg nortriptyline a day for 67 ***,despite of these medications,she complained of pain and persistent ***,superior laryngeal nerve block under ultrasound guidance was *** days after the intervention,the throat pain and cough *** patient remained symptom-free at 3 mo *** A superior laryngeal nerve block can be an effective option for treatment of pain and cough following laryngeal herpes zoster.

Objective:To examine the antiplatelet and antithrombotic activity of Rumex acetosella ***:Standard light aggregometry was used for platelet aggregation,intracellular calcium mobilization assessed using Fura-2/AM,granule secretion(ATP release)by luminometer,and fibrinogen binding to integrin α_(Ⅱb)β_(3) detected using flow *** blotting is carried out to determine the phosphorylation of mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)and phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K)/Akt ***:Rumex acetosella displayed the ability to inhibit platelet aggregation,calcium mobilization,granule secretion,and fibrinogen binding to integrin α_(Ⅱb)β_(3).Rumex acetosella has also down-regulated MAPK and PI3K/Akt phosphorylation(all Psella extract exhibits antiplatelet activity via modulating GPVI signaling,and it may protect against the development of platelet-related cardiovascular diseases.

目的对维泊妥珠单抗(Pola)与德曲妥珠单抗(T-Dxd)不良事件(ADE)进行数据挖掘与分析,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法基于美国食品药品管理局公开数据项目(openFDA)数据库,提取2004-01-01—2023-06-07呈报的以Pola/T-Dxd为首要怀疑药物的ADE。用OpenVigil 2.1数据平台筛选可疑风险信号按信号强度和发生频次排序,并参照《国际医学用语词典》(MedDRA 26.0)进行ADE分类。结果分别获得Pola和T-Dxd相关ADE报告7164和22870份,检查到可疑ADE信号分别为104和95个。按信号强度排序,Pola的巨细胞病毒肠炎[比值比(ROR)=416.94]和T-Dxd的间质性肺病(ROR=82.55)位列首位,均可见其药品说明书;按发生频次排序,2种药物最常发生的ADE分别是死亡(n=111)、恶心(n=285)。Pola用药风险涉及12个系统/器官,其中26个风险信号是药品说明书中尚未记载的;T-Dxd用药风险涉及13个系统/器官,其中18个风险信号是药品说明书中尚未记载的。结论通过挖掘Pola和T-Dxd真实世界用药后的ADE,提示医师在临床用药中注意药物不良反应的发生风险,积极采取预防与治疗措施,保障患者用药安全。

移动监测是把用于环境监测的设备安装在移动载体(汽车、自行车、无人机和船等)上,开展环境质量监测的技术。移动监测技术以其灵活、机动、及时等优势,近年来被广泛应用于大气环境监测中,但针对移动监测技术在大气环境研究中的应用场景及其存在的优缺点等缺少系统性研究。通过文献调研的方式对国内外移动监测技术在大气环境研究中的应用进行综述,重点讨论了监测设备及其搭载平台。将移动监测设备划分为传感器和大型设备2类,其中传感器以体积小、成本低等优势被大量应用在无人机、汽车等平台中。大型设备则包括监测仪和分析仪,但由于受到体积和成本的限制多被应用在飞机和船等面积较大的平台中。根据大气环境移动监测设备搭载的平台将其划分为车载移动监测、机载移动监测和船载移动监测三大类,其中车载移动监测主要用于环境质量监测、溯源分析和热点监测、汽车尾气排放监测及空气污染暴露监测等,机载移动监测主要用于环境空气质量监测、溯源分析和热点监测及大气污染物传输监测,船载移动监测主要用于海表大气组分、溯源分析和船舶尾气排放等研究。最后讨论了移动监测平台现有应用中存在的问题(例如覆盖率、续航、数据质量等),并对未来研究进行了展望。

We investigated the effects of the multilayer polymer-clay nanohybrid passivation films on the stability of pentacene organic thin-film transistors （OTFTs） exposed to air and UV irradiation. Well-ordered multilayer films were deposited by the spin-assisted layer-by-layer assembly method using photocrosslinkable poly（vinyl alcohol） with the N-methyl-4（4＇-formylstyryl）pyridinium methosulfate acetal group （SbQ-PVA） and Na＋-montmorillonite in a water-based solution process. When photocrosslinked, these SbQ-PVA/clay multilayers were found to serve as excellent barriers to 02 and UV-light. Moreover, when used as passivation layers, they enhanced the stability of pen- tacene OTFT devices exposed to air and UV radiation.

【目的】明确低浓度吡虫啉对多异瓢虫Hippodamia variegata成虫嗅觉行为的影响。【方法】采用Y型嗅觉仪测定多异瓢虫成虫在摄入低浓度(LC_(20)和LC_(50))吡虫啉后对健康棉株和棉蚜Aphis gossypii成蚜为害棉株挥发物的行为反应;并通过固相微萃取收集健康棉株和棉蚜成蚜为害棉株的挥发物,以气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析鉴定挥发物成分;进而测试多异瓢虫成虫对棉株挥发物单一组分的选择行为。【结果】未摄入吡虫啉的多异瓢虫成虫对棉蚜成蚜为害的棉株具有显著的正趋性,但对健康棉株和清洁空气均无显著的趋向性;摄入低浓度吡虫啉的多异瓢虫成虫对棉蚜成蚜为害的棉株、健康棉株以及清洁空气均无显著的趋向性。对比健康棉株,从棉蚜成蚜为害棉株的挥发物中鉴定出8种挥发量显著增加的化合物,分别为月桂烯、柠檬烯、1-癸炔、3-蒈烯、(3E)-4,8-二甲基-1,3,7-壬三烯[(3E)-4,8-dimethyl-1,3,7-nonatriene, DMNT]、β-石竹烯、α-葎草烯、(3E, 7E)-4,8,12三甲基十三碳-1,3,7,11-四烯[(3E, 7E)-4,8,12-trimethyltrideca-1,3,7,11-tetraene, TMTT]。利用Y型嗅觉仪测定多异瓢虫成虫对以上8种物质的嗅觉选择行为发现,未摄入吡虫啉的多异瓢虫成虫对TMTT具有显著的正趋性,对其他7种挥发性化合物无显著趋性,而摄入低浓度吡虫啉的多异瓢虫成虫对8种挥发性化合物均无显著正趋性。在行为选择测试中,低浓度吡虫啉处理后的多异瓢虫成虫对棉株挥发物及单一组分的未选择个体数量均显著多于对照组。【结论】研究结果证实低浓度吡虫啉削弱了多异瓢虫成虫对棉花植株挥发物的嗅觉识别功能,为新疆棉田多异瓢虫的保护利用及棉田农药的合理使用提供科学依据。
