Objective:Junctional ectopic tachycardia is common after cardiac surgery for congenital heart ***,its incidence and related risk factors in infants after cardiac surgery are not well *** objective of this study was to determine the overall incidence and related risk factors for junctional ectopic tachycardia in neonates and ***:We enrolled a total of 271 patients agedseverance Cardiovascular Hospital from January 2018 to December *** criteria were immediate postoperative mortality,other arrhythmias detected in the perioperative period,and ***:The overall incidence of junctional ectopic tachycardia was 12.9%.The logistic regression analysis revealed that longer cardiopulmonary bypass time,surgery involving atrioventricular node stretching,and the presence of early repolarization on preoperative electrocardiography increased the risk of junctional ectopic *** with junctional ectopic tachycardia had longer intubation time and intensive care unit ***:Junctional ectopic tachycardia is a common arrhythmia after cardiac surgery for congenital heart disease in ***,infants developing junctional ectopic tachycardia after cardiac surgery have specific preoperative electrocardiography *** risk factors for junctional ectopic tachycardia were associated not only with surgical procedural factors but also with preoperative electrocardiographic parameters.

selexipag as Add-on Therapy for Patients with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension Associated with Congenital Heart Disease:A Single-Center Retrospective Study

Purpose:This study examined the efficacy and safety of selexipag in treating pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH)associated with congenital heart disease(CHD).Materials and Methods:We conducted a retrospective study of patients with CHD-associated PAH,treated with selexipag since December *** adult patients(mean age,45.4 years;women,77%)were treated with selexipag as add-on *** characteristics,World Health Organization functional class,6-minute walking distance(6MWD)test results,N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide levels,echocardiographic data,and incidence of side effects were ***:The majority of patients(12/13,92.3%)experienced more than one treatment-associated complication;one patient dropped out of the study due to intolerable *** results of 6MWD test(from 299.2±56.2 m to 363.8±86.5 m,p=0.039)and tricuspid regurgitation(TR)pressure gradient(from 84.7±20.5 mmHg to 61.6±24.0 mmHg,p=0.018)improved and remained improved after selexipag treatment in 12 *** on the results of a non-invasive risk assessment,8(66.7%)patients showed improvement,3(25.0%)showed no interval change,and the status of one patient(8.3%)***,compared to patients treated with a low dosage,patients treated with a medium-to-high dosage showed a greater increase in 6MWD results(88.3±26.4 m vs.55.3±27.6 m,p=0.043)and a greater reduction in the TR pressure gradient(-33.7±10.9 mmHg vs.-12.5±12.0 mmHg,p=0.015).Conclusion:selexipag is an efficient pulmonary vasodilator as add-on therapy in treating CHD-associated PAH.

Recurrent Neural Networks(RNNs)have been widely applied to deal with temporal problems,such as flood forecasting and financial data *** the one hand,traditional RNNs models amplify the gradient issue due to the strict time serial dependency,making it difficult to realize a long-term memory *** the other hand,RNNs cells are highly complex,which will signifi-cantly increase computational complexity and cause waste of computational resources during model *** this paper,an improved Time Feedforward Connections Recurrent Neural Networks(TFC-RNNs)model was first proposed to address the gradient issue.A parallel branch was introduced for the hidden state at time t−2 to be directly transferred to time t without the nonlinear transforma-tion at time t−*** is effective in improving the long-term dependence of ***,a novel cell structure named Single Gate Recurrent Unit(SGRU)was *** cell structure can reduce the number of parameters for RNNs cell,consequently reducing the computational ***,applying SGRU to TFC-RNNs as a new TFC-SGRU model solves the above two ***,the performance of our proposed TFC-SGRU was verified through sev-eral experiments in terms of long-term memory and anti-interference *** results demonstrated that our proposed TFC-SGRU model can cap-ture helpful information with time step 1500 and effectively filter out the *** TFC-SGRU model accuracy is better than the LSTM and GRU models regarding language processing ability.

Soil texture affects the conversion factor of electrical conductivity from 1:5 soil-water to saturated paste extracts

Electrical conductivity(EC)of soil-water extracts is commonly used to assess soil ***,its conversion to the EC of saturated soil paste extracts(ECe),the standard measure of soil salinity,is currently required for practical *** many regression models can be used to obtain ECe from the EC of soil-water extracts,the application of a site-specific model to different sites is not straightforward due to confounding soil factors such as soil *** study was conducted to develop a universal regression model to estimate a conversion factor(CF)for predicting EC_(e) from EC of soil-water extracts at a 1:5 ratio(EC_(1:5)),by employing a site-specific soil texture(i.e.,sand content).A regression model,CF=8.9105e^(0.0106sand)/1.2984(r^(2)=0.97,Psed on the results of coastal saline soil surveys(n=173)and laboratory experiments using artificial saline soils with different textures(n=6,sand content=10%-65%)and salinity levels(n=7,salinity=1-24 dS m^(-1)).Model performance was validated using an independent dataset and demonstrated that EC_(e) prediction using the developed model is more suitable for highly saline soils than for low saline *** feasibility of the regression model should be tested at other *** soil factors affecting EC conversion factor also need to be explored to revise and improve the model through further studies.

Nephrotic syndrome(NS)is a kidney disease characterized by hypertriglyceridemia,massive proteinuria,hypo-albuminemia and peripheral ***-gamibang(SKHGMB)was recorded in a traditional Chinese medical book named“Bangyakhappyeon(方藥合編)”and its three prescriptions Sinkihwan,Geumgwe-sinkihwan,and Jesaeng-sinkihwan belong to *** study confirmed the effect of SKHGMB on renal dysfunction in an NS model induced by puromycin aminonucleoside(PAN).The experimental NS model was induced in male Sprague Dawley(SD)rats through injection of PAN(50 mg·kg^(-1))via the femoral *** not only reduced the size of the kidneys increased due to PAN-induced NS,but also decreased proteinuria and *** addition,SKHGMB significantly ameliorated creatinine clearance,creatinine,and blood urea *** relieved glomeruli dilation and tubules fibrosis in the glomeruli of the NS *** inhibited the protein and mRNA levels of the NLRP3 inflammasome including NLRP3,ASC,and pro-caspase-1 in NS *** reduced the protein and mRNA levels of fibrosis regulators in NS *** results indicated that SKHGMB exerts protective effects against renal dysfunction by inhibiting of renal inflammation and fibrosis in NS rats.

Neural Machine Translation(NMT)is an end-to-end learning approach for automated translation,overcoming the weaknesses of conventional phrase-based translation *** NMT based systems have gained their popularity in commercial translation applications,there is still plenty of room for *** the most popular search algorithm in NMT,beam search is vital to the translation ***,traditional beam search can produce duplicate or missing translation due to its target sequence selection *** to alleviate this problem,this paper proposed neural machine translation improvements based on a novel beam search evaluation *** we use reinforcement learning to train a translation evaluation system to select better candidate words for generating *** the experiments,we conducted extensive experiments to evaluate our *** corpus and the 1,000,000 pairs of bilingual corpora of NiuTrans are used in our *** experiment results prove that the proposed methods can effectively improve the English to Chinese translation quality.

BACKGROUND Aortic intramural hematoma(IMH) associated with aortic branch tear and intramurally located pseudoaneurysm after blunt trauma has not been ***,we report a case of progressive type A aortic IMH associated with a pseudoaneurysm arising from the injured proximal renal artery after blunt *** SUMMARY During logging operations,a 66-year-old man experienced blunt force trauma after being injured by a fallen *** arrived at our trauma center with a left flank pain *** tomography(CT) revealed a pseudoaneurysm arising from the proximal renal artery(localized within the aortic media) and Stanford type A IMH.A covered stent was deployed along the left main renal artery,bridging the pseudoaneurysm and covering the parent artery,successfully excluding the pseudoaneurysm as confirmed using ***,although the degree of the pseudoaneurysm decreased,follow-up CT revealed remnant pseudoaneurysm,likely caused by an ***,a covered stent was additionally installed through the previously deployed covered *** exclusion of the pseudoaneurysm was confirmed using final *** the 7-mo follow-up CT scan,the IMH and pseudoaneurysm completely disappeared with no evidence of stent-related *** Endovascular treatment such as stent-graft placement can be an effective and safe treatment for traumatic renal artery injury.
