The bifunctional a-amylase/subtilisin inhibitor(BASI) encoded by the Isa gene on barley chromosome 2HL could inhibit wheat a-amylase activity,thereby reducing sprouting and improving the quality of *** our work,Regenerated plants were derived from immature embryo culture of hybrids of common wheat varieties Zhengmai 9023,CB037 and Zhongmai 16 with the wheat-barley 2H alien substituion lines 2H(A) and 2H(B) after callus induction,subculture and differentiation. The presence of barley 2H chromatin was detected in regenerated plants(SC1) and their selfing progenies(SC2-5) using SSR molecular markers of the barley second homology group and further more were identified in selected SC4 and SC5 lines using genomic in situ hybridization that barley genomic DNA as probe and CS genomic DNA for *** Isa gene from the identified SC4 and SC5 lines was also amplified by Isa specific ***,we identified lines with barley 2HL chromosome including a homozygous translocation line,heterozygotic translocation lines,monotelosomic substitution lines,double telocentric substitution lines,and an isochromosome substitution line earring the Isa *** chromosome configurations of the homozygous translocation line 32-4-11 and two heterozygotic translocation lines 32-4-9 and 32-4-18 in meiosis were also analyzed.

The paper investigates the relationship between changes in asset wealth and the trend movements of household consumption in urban china. Using the vector error correction cointegration model we demonstrate that there is a unique long-run cointegrating relationship between household consumption, disposable income, financial wealth and housing wealth in urban china. We find that housing wealth is the only factor that restores the long-run equilibrium relationship when the cointegrated system is disturbed by an external shock. In addition, our permanent-transitory variance decomposition analysis indicates that nearly all variance in the movement of consumption is permanent, supporting the classical random walk hypothesis of consumption behavior. However, a large proportion of variance in the short-run movements of housing wealth is found to be transitory.

An alkaline precipitation method was introduced to produce hydrous cerium *** prepared powder was characterized by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller（BET） nitrogen adsorption-desorption,X-ray diffraction（XRD）,Fourier transform infrared（FTIR） spectrometry,and thermal gravimetry（TG） *** adsorbent has a chemical formula of CeO2·nH2O（n 2） and a cubic fluorite-type structure after high temperature *** capacity of different temperature treated hydrous cerium oxides does not directly correlate with BET specific surface *** adsorption isotherms follow the Langmuir equation below the treatment temperature of 800°*** adsorption causes no change on the structure of a hydrous cerium oxides,and no signs of CePO4 precipitates are *** ion-exchanging structure of hydrous cerium oxide plays a fundamental role in phosphate *** structure is highly temperature resistant and forms adsorption sites which adsorb both water and some *** loss of adsorption ability cannot be achieved unless the treatment temperature is higher than 1200°*** study shows that the adsorption of phosphates is mainly an anion-exchange process.

In this paper we report geochemical and Nd-Sr isotopic data for a late Archean gneissic granitic pluton （Hengling pluton）, an early Paleoproterozoic complex （Xipan complex） and a late Paleoproterozoic granitic pluton （Yunzhongshan granites） from the Liiliang-Wutai terrain, North china, to trace the source of these late Archean-Paleoproterozoic granitoids and, particularly, to understand the nature and mechanism of continental growth at that time. The Hengling granitic gneisses （ca. 2.51 Ga） are characterized by high Na2O and LILEs, TTG-like REE patterns （highly depleted HREE and minor Eu anomalies） and moderately depleted Nd-Sr isotopic compositions （εNd（t） =1.2-2.7, ISr=0.7015-0.7019）, and were considered as being products of arc magmatism that was developed upon the North china craton. The Xipan complex （ca. 2.2 Ga） contain gabbroic diorite and monzonite, mostly being Na2O-rich, highly fractionated REE patterns and isotopically enriched （εNd（t） =-1.5 to -4.1, Isr=0.7038-0.706）. The gabbroic diorites probably originated from melting of an enriched mantle source, but significantly contaminated by lower crustal material, and the monzonites probably represent a product of a mixture between the gabbroic dioritic magma and granitic melts of crustal origin. The Yunzhongshan post-collisional granitoids （ca. 1.8 Ga） are characterized by high-K affinity and highly-enriched and homogeneous Nd isotopic compositions （εNd（t）=-4.9 to -5.7）, although they split into two groups in terms of REE patterns： one group showing elevated HREE （and Sc, Y and Zr） with significant negative Eu anomalies and the other showing highly depleted HREE and, to a lesser extent, mid-REE with negligible Eu anomalies. These granites are genetically related to a process of extensional collapse of a thickened orogen. They formed through magma mixing between mantle-derived basaltic magmas and crust-derived granitic melts, followed by significant fractionation of ferromagnesian phases （like hornblende and C

A type of high visible-light active titanium oxinitride(TiO2-xNx) powder was prepared by a simple proc-ess:the calcination of the hydrated titanium dioxide at the atmosphere of ammonia-argon using a tu-bular electric furnace at high temperatures. The hydrated titanium dioxide was synthesized as the precursor of TiO2-xNx using titanic acid as raw material,which came from sulfate technique of produc-ing titanium white. The effects of temperature and reaction time on the nitrogen content,grain size and crystal structure were studied. The visible-light activity and photocatalysis capability of the powder were also investigated.
