A new model-based human body tracking framework with learning-based theory is introduced in this *** propose a variable structure multiple model (VSMM) framework to address challenging problems such as uncertainty of motion styles,imprecise detection of feature points,and ambiguity of joint *** human joint points are detected automatically and the undetected points are estimated with Kalman *** motion models are learned from motion capture data using a ridge regression *** model set that covers the total motion set is designed on the basis of topological and compatibility relationships,while the VSMM algorithm is used to estimate quaternion vectors of joint *** using real image sequences and simulation videos demonstrate the high efficiency of our proposed human tracking framework.

As remote control for electric home appliances thro ug h the Internet becomes more common, many compannies today launched a new corpora te initiative to develop advanced embedded solutions for Internet connectivity t hat can be applied to a boundless number of products such as information applian ces and non-PC devices. The most representative products are CMX-MicroNet which provides true TCP/IP ca pabilities for 8-bit and 16-bit microprocessors and eZ80Internet Engine which provides easy Internet connectivity for 8-bit devices. Pushed by the extraordinary success of these products, we have developped a kin d of embedded TCP/IP chip based on DW8051 *** some significant features su ch as establishing several connections at a same time, low-cost and high speed, we hope it will possess its own "embedded Internet" market. There are three most common application fields of the embedded TCP/IP chip. a) connection embedded microcontroller-based devices such as electric home appl iances to Internet b) allowing the remote control and monitoring of devices in the field via the In ternet c) allowing a remote device to send messages via email to, for example, a servic e centre. The working process of communication with embedded TCP/IP chip is described as f *** it starts to work, it keeps on waiting the connection request from t he host and getting the requisite information such as destination IP address,des tination port through the host *** it should connect to the ISP. A di al-up modem makes the connection and then the connection is negotiated. When bo th end systems begin to communicate, the chip keeps on transmitting datagram bet ween them and inspecting every phase of the connection to ensure the communicati on. The innovation of this design is the successful usage of separate CRC module and UART module, as can improve the speed and performance of this chip greatly. Compared with the RSA, the elliptic curve cryptosystem has advantages of shorter key, efficient, high safety and so on. In the field of the network communication system security has increasingly gained concern and become a research focus. The security of elliptic curve algorithm was realized through the difficulty of solving the discrete logarithm problem. The algorithm of big-step small-step algorithm for solving the discrete logarithm was improved. Hashing function was introduced when establishing list. This not only reduced the list quantity but also reduced the storage space. Operation efficiency was improved significantly. At last the improved algorithm was implemented with C language.

Designated Router （DR） is the key for the quality of an Open Shortest Path First （OSPF） network and it enables a reduction in the number of adjacencies,which in turn reduces the amount of routing protocol traffic and the size of the Link State Database （LSDB）.In this paper,we analyze the principle of OSPFv2’s DR election algorithm and carry out the simulation based on *** simulation can provide a reference for building an OSPF *** the simulations,we focus on two types of DR Election process:Normal DR Election and DR *** results show that the election of DR and BDR can reduce the amount of OSPF traffic and ensure an orderly transition from Backup Designated Router to Designated ***,through the simulation we also learn that lots of unnecessary DR election operations are executed,which consume the routers’ CPU resource and occupy their processing *** improve the election algorithm,we offer several *** detach and subdivide the NeighborChange event that invokes the election algorithm into more specific *** these measures,the DR election algorithm is expected to dispense with the extra election,reduce network convergence speed,and thereby improve network performance.

neural networks are widely used in different ***,fixed architecture is difficult to use in practice for its pre-determined neurons and *** architecture is proposed in this paper for neural network based on idea of human’s cognition where each neuron has its own priority number and evolution of learning process with *** prediction theory,risk bound of the architecture with multi-weighted neurons are *** results show that the propose method outperforms the SVM method using limited *** proposed method is constructive and this work can provide a very useful method for neural network learning model.

Because an electro-hydraulic servo system is nonlinear,its parameters are difficult to measure and control accuracy is needed highly,a backstepping control method with sliding state observer is *** this strategy,state observer is designed by sliding method,velocity sensor and press sensor aren’t needed,and position sensor is needed *** reducing chattering with sliding method,the saturation function is used to replace signal *** order to deal with system’s uncertainty,controller is designed with backstepping *** uniformly ultimately bounded（UUB）stabilities of all signals are proved by Lyapunov stability *** method can guarantee the stabilization of the closed-loop ***,simulation results are presented to illustrate the effective and the applicability of the suggested method.

This paper presents a fault diagnosis method for power *** diagnosis plays an importance role in the efforts for transformer diagnosis to shift form "preventive maintenance"to"condition based maintenance"（CBM）,and consequently to reduce the maintenance *** since its birth,numerous techniques have been researched in this field,each method however,has its own advantages and *** diagnosis is a challenging problem because there are numerous fault situations that can possibly happen to a electrical *** is one of the most importance parameters for the diagnosis of electrical transformers fault *** on the appearance information of temperature,a fault monitoring system can make diagnosis intelligently,therefore it can provide a rapid scientific treatment options for the field *** the problem of transformer fault diagnosis based on temperature information,we use Bayesian probability density theory method to explain the equipment fault diagnosis *** maximum membership probability principle will be adapted to judge whether the equipment is *** results shows that when the working temperature is between 64～72 oC,the diagnosis results without compensation is working on normal state,while the diagnosis results with compensation is general fault ***,the diagnosis results without compensation have large error with the actual *** proposed methodology in this paper was testified having important significance in improving the reliability and the information level of transformer operation.
