In this paper,we propose a robust perceptual hashing algorithm by using video luminance histogram in *** underlying robustness principles are based on three main aspects:1) Since the histogram is independent of position of a pixel,the algorithm is resistant to geometric deformations; 2) the hash is extracted from the spatial Gaussian-filtering low-frequency component for those common video processing operations such as noise corruption,low-pass filtering,lossy compression,etc.; 3) a temporal Gaussian-filtering operation is designed so that the hash is resistant to temporal desynchronization operations,such as frame rate change and *** a result,the hash function is robust to common geometric distortions and video processing *** results show that the proposed hashing strategy can provide satisfactory robustness and uniqueness.

The isotope shifts（TSs） for the 2s2S（1/2） to 2p2PJ（J = 1/2,3/2） transitions of the lithium nuclei including the stable and short-lived isotopes are calculated based on the multi-configuration Dirac-Hartree-Fock method and the relativistic configuration interaction *** results are in good agreement with the previous theoretical and experimental results within a deviation less than 0.05%.The methods used here could be applied to the IS calculations for other heavier Li-like ions and few-electron systems.

The synthesis of the Toffoli gate, Fredkin gate, three-qubit Inversion-on-equality gate and D(α) gate, as well as their implementation in a three spins system coupled with Ising interaction are investigated. The sequences of the control pulse and the drift process to implement these gates are given. It is revealed that the implementation of some three-qubit gates in a circular spin chain is much better than in a linear spin chain, and every two measurements of the quantum computation complexity are not always consistent. It is significant to directly study the implementation of the multi-qubit gates and even more complicated components of quantum information processing without resorting to their synthesis.

Sea-level is closely linked to the Earth's climate and its change is important as a metric for global and regional climate change. Identifying, extracting, and revealing such information through detailed analysis is the prerequisite for understanding the mechanisms of sea-level change. The monthlyaverage tide-change records reported and examined in this paper are from 10 tide gauge stations distributed in the northwest margin of the Pacific Ocean, registered during the period 1965-2005. In particular, we have utilized the Second Order Blind Identification (SOBI) method to identify and the Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) method to extract the El Nio-southern Oscillation (ENSO) signals imprinted in those tide gauge records; and subsequently, we have investigated the spa-tial-temporal characteristics of the extracted ENSO signals using wavelet analysis methods. The following results are obtained: (1) the ENSO events recorded by each tide gauge series are of different types and intensity, which show considerable temporal-spatial variation characteristics, with sea-level responses to ENSO signals remarkably stronger in low latitude areas than in medium-high latitude areas; (2) due to the influences of ocean currents, topographical conditions, and other factors, there exist variations in the type of relationship between the sea-level changes and the recorded ENSO events at different latitudes; (3) sea-level changes can also denote scale-variation characteristics of ENSO events, and particularly, since 1980s, all the tide gauges located south of Kanmen show intense responses to ENSO and the timescale of ENSO events extended gradually from around 4 years to 2-8 years, reflecting variations in the intensity and frequency of ENSO events; and (4) reverse changes of certain scale were noted before and after strong ENSO events recorded by sea-level changes, supporting the research findings about the interaction (mutual coupling and superimposition) between the probability of

The objectives of this work are the development and design of disturbance observers (DO’s) for a team of agents that accomplish consensus on agents’ states in the presence of exogenous disturbances. A pinning control strategy is designed for a part of agents of the multiagent systems without disturbances, and this pinning control can bring multiple agents’ states to reaching an expected consensus value. Under the effect of the disturbances, nonlinear disturbance observers are developed for disturbances generated by an exogenous system to estimate the disturbances. Asymptotical consensus of the multiagent systems with disturbances under the composite controller can be achieved. Finally, by applying an example of multiagent systems with switching topologies and exogenous disturbances, the design of the parameters of DO’s are illuminated.

With the assistance of nonionic surfactant （OP-10） and surface-selective surfactant （CH3COOH）, anatase TiO2 was prepared as an anode material for lithium ion batteries. The morphology, the crystal structure, and the electrochemical properties of the prepared anatase TiO2 were characterized by scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, X-ray diffraction （XRD）, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy （EIS）, and galvanostatic charge and discharge test. The result shows that the prepared anatase TiO2 has high discharge capacity and good cyclic stability. The maximum discharge capacity is 313 mAh.g^-1, and there is no significant capacity decay from the second cycle.

In a traditional (t,n)-threshold secret sharing scheme,t or more honest participants can reconstruct the secret *** the reconstruction process,the individual shares and the secret key K are revealed,hence K is shared once *** this paper,we firstly give the definition of leakproof secret sharing scheme which is composed of a distribution protocol and a proof protocol,then propose two leakproof secret sharing protocols,a computationally secure protocol and an information-theoretically secure *** our protocols,t or more participants can jointly prove that they hold the secret K by using a multi-prover zero-knowledge argument of *** a result,the secret K will be shared for as many times as ***,each participant can detect the dealer in the distribution protocol from cheating,and any verifier can prevent non-qualified set of participants in proof protocol from *** an example of the practical impact of our work we use our techniques to construct group identification schemes with zero-knowledge.

For steganalysis of JPEG images, features derived in the embedding domain appear to achieve a preferable performance. However, with the existing JPEG steganography, the minor changes due to the hidden secret data are not easy to be explored directly from the quantized block DCT （BDCT） coefficients in that the energy of the carrier image is much larger than that of the hidden signal. In this paper, we present an improved calibration-based universal JPEG steganalysis, where the microscopic and macroscopic calibrations are combined to calibrate the local and global distribution of the quantized BDCT coefficients of the test image. All features in our method are generated from the difference signal be- tween the quantized BDCT coefficients of the test image and its corresponding microscopic calibrated image, or calculated as the difference between the signal extracted from test image and its corresponding macroscopic calibrated image. The extracted features will be more effective for our classification. Moreover, through using the Markov empirical transition matrices, both magnitude and sign dependencies along row scanning and column scanning patterns existed in intra-block and inter-block quantized BDCT coefficients are employed in our method. Experimental results demonstrate that our proposed scheme outperforms the best effective JPEG steganalyzers having been presented.
