Egyptian species of the leafhopper genus Exitianus Ball,1929,***(St?l,1855),***(Distant,1908),and *** Ross,1968 are ***,morphological descriptions,and a key for their identification are *** this study,we used molecular techniques to confirm morphological identification and detect phylogeny among the three Exitianus *** partial nucleotide sequences of the amplified products obtained were determined by Macrogen *** nucleotide sequences of 28S rDNA and COX genes of the EGY-ARC-9,EGY-ARC-4,and EGY-ARC-5 were determined by Macrogen Korea,blasted into BLAST at the National Center for Biotechnology Information website(NCBI)and compared with those deposited in the GenBank DNA *** results represented the homology percentage between the partial sequences of the 28S rRNA and COX genes from each species and related species obtained from GenBank DNA *** morphological identifications of the three Exitianus species were confirmed by molecular characterization and sequencing of 28S rDNA and COX genes and identified as ***,***,and ***,their sequences of 28srDNA and COX genes were deposited in GenBank with an accession number(LC670610,LC670607,and OQ196105)for 28srDNA gene and(LC775357,LC775358,and LC775359)for the COX gene.

In this study,green zinc oxide(ZnO)/polypyrrole(Ppy)/cellulose acetate(CA)film has been synthesized via solvent *** film was used as supporting material for glucose oxidase(GOx)to sensitize a glucose *** nanoparticles have been prepared via the green route using olive leaves extract as a ***/Ppy nanocomposite has been synthesized by a simple in-situ chemical oxidative polymerization of pyrrole(Py)monomer using ferric chloride(feCl3)as an oxidizing *** produced materials and the composite films were characterized using X-ray diff.a.tion analysis(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),fourier transform inf.a.ed(fTIR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).Glucose oxidase was successfully immobilized on the surface of the prepared film and then ZnO/Ppy/CA/GOx composite was sputtered with platinum electrode for the current determination at different initial concentrations of *** measurements proved the suitability and the high sensitivity of the constructed biosensor for the detection of glucose levels in different *** performance of the prepared biosensor has been assessed by measuring and comparing glucose concentrations up to 800 *** results affirmed the reliability of the developed biosensor towards real samples which suggests the wide-scale application of the proposed biosensor.

fusobacterium nucleatum is an anaerobic, commensal, gram-negative oral bacterium that is carcinogenic and causes a wide range of human diseases. The present study focused on the analysis of the hypothetical protein, HMPREf3221_01179, derived from f. nucleatum strain MJR7757B, employing various computational methods to anticipate both its structure and functional characteristics. NCBI conserved domain analysis, NCBI BLASTp and MEGA Phylogenetic tree study characterize the target protein as an outer membrane efflux protein (ToIC family) which facilitate the bacterial transmembrane transport. With a molecular weight of 52120.02 Da, an isoelectric point (pI) of 8.33, and an instability index of 29.47, the protein is anticipated to exhibit good solubility in the extracellular space and crucial stability for pharmaceutical applications. The protein’s structure meets quality standards during the construction and refinement of its 3D model. The efflux inhibitor Arginine beta-naphthylamide exhibits a significant binding affinity (-7.1 kcal/mol) to the binding site of the target protein. The in-silico analysis improves the understanding of the protein and facilitates future investigations into therapeutic medication.

Potential alpha emitters are of prime concern to the ventilation engineer due to their rapid concentration increasing once radon released in the mine atmosphere, causing tissue irradiation and lung *** of the time based variations of the natural ventilation in tunnels and their relationship to the external parameters contribute to the air circulation assessment. Due to the continuous and high fluctuation of the meteorological conditions affecting the air circulation and intensity through the underground workings, there is a difficulty in the natural ventilation assessment by only the ordinary meteorological measurements. So, in this paper, the possibility of using the radioactive measurements, allowing for the air aging and ventilation quality to be qualified, is investigated through three different underground structures. Referring to the most confined structure of them, results show that one structure has a better exchange rate by a factor 1.8 and the other has the best rate by a factor 2.1. This parameter can be linked to the operating costs and size of.a.future ventilation system.

Superparamgnetic fe_3O_4 and RE:fe_3O_4(RE=Dy,Nd,La)nanoparticles with an average crystallite size in the range of 15–24 nm,were synthesized by co-precipitation *** samples were characterized using X-ray diff.a.tion(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM),UV–Vis spectroscopy,LCR bridge,and two-probe technique.X-ray diff.a.tion patterns of.a.l the investigated samples reveal the typical phase of magnetite structure,with a small contribution of orthoferrite(NdfeO_3)as a secondary phase in Nd:fe_3O_4 *** saturation magnetization(M_s)of the samples has values in the range from 41.8 to 52.3 emu/g,and decreases with RE ion doping depending on the ionic *** values of the coercivity H_c and remanenceM_r,indicate the superparamagnetic nature of the investigated *** calculated values of indirect optical band gap of fe_3O_4 and RE:fe_3O_4 nanoparticles are in the range of0.9–1.25 *** dielectric constant of the samples decreases,while their activation energy increases with the increasing of ionic radii of dopants.

The unique adsorption performance of metal-organic f.a.eworks(MOfs) indicates a new direction for gas separation and purification. The low-temperature distillation, as a traditional technique for hydrogen isotope separation, is limited as it is a high energy-and cost-intensive process. Instead of utilizing such a conventional separation route, we use ordered microporous f.a.eworks based on a physical adsorption mechanism to solve the challenge of hydrogen isotope separation. Herein we analyze M-MOf-74(M=Co, Ni, Mg, Zn), f.a.uring a hexagonal channel about 11 ? and high density of open metal sites, for their ability to separate and purify deuterium from the hydrogen isotope mixture by dynamic column breakthrough experiments. Our results show that the combination of the strength of binding sites, density of coordinatively unsaturated metal sites and hydrogen isotope adsorption capacity of materials renders Co-MOf-74 as an optimal adsorbent for the capture of deuterium from hydrogen isotope mixtures in a simulated industrial process.

Digital image security is a fundamental and tedious process on shared communication *** methods have been employed for accomplishing security on digital image transmission,such as encryption,steganography,and *** stenography and encryption are commonly used models to achieve improved ***,optimal pixel selection process(OPSP)acts as a vital role in the encryption *** this motivation,this study designs a new competitive swarmoptimization with encryption based stenographic technique for digital image security,named CSOES-DIS *** proposed CSOES-DIS model aims to encrypt the secret image prior to the embedding *** addition,the CSOES-DIS model applies a double chaotic digital image encryption(DCDIE)technique to encrypt the secret image,and then embedding method was ***,the OPSP can be carried out by the design of CSO algorithm and thereby increases the secrecy *** order to portray the enhanced outcomes of the CSOES-DIS model,a comparative examination with recent methods is performed and the results reported the betterment of the CSOES-DIS model based on different measures.
