Postpartum hemoglobinuria (PPH) is a sporadic noninfectious syndrome which normally seen in bovine around the world. PPH is most commonly affecting high-productive cows and buffaloes during the early pregnancy and early lactation period. PPH stands as a serious threat to the dairy cattle and buffaloes in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India, affecting a considerable number of animals every year. It is characterized by hemoglobinuria, intravenous hemolysis, severe anemia, and death due to anemia and hypoxia. However, the exact mechanism of the mentioned illness is not completely understood. Lots of comprehensive studies have been done and/or still are in progress in order to find the exact causes of intravascular hemolysis that is responsible for hemoglobinuria in the mentioned disease. But, hypophosphatemia in the high productive milking cows during the early stage of milk production is widely confident to be associated with PPH. In different parts of the world, many risk factors had been reported to be associated with PPH. The current global warming, coupled with the growing demand for energy in our daily lives, necessitates the development of more efficient and reliable energy storage devices. Lithium batteries (LBs) are at the forefront of emerging power sources addressing these challenges. Recent studies have shown that integrating hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) nanomaterials into LBs enhances the safety, longevity, and electrochemical performance of all LB components, including electrodes, electrolytes, and separators, thereby suggesting their potential value in advancing eco-friendly energy solutions. This review provides an overview of the most recent applications of h-BN nanomaterials in LBs. It begins with an informative introduction to h-BN nanomaterials and their relevant properties in the context of LB applications. Subsequently, it addresses the challenges posed by h-BN and discusses existing strategies to overcome these limitations, offering valuable insights into the potential of BN nanomaterials. The review then proceeds to outline the functions of h-BN in LB components, emphasizing the molecular-level mechanisms responsible for performance improvements. Finally, the review concludes by presenting the current challenges and prospects of integrating h-BN nanomaterials into battery research. Integrating h-BN into lithium batteries enhances safety, longevity, and mechanical integrity of battery components by mitigating dendritic growth and side reactions. Its high ionic and thermal conductivities improve lithium transference and heat management, enhancing performance and reliability. image

The mechanism of the Weibel instability is investigated for dense magnetized plasmas. As we know, due to the electron velocity distribution, the Coulomb collision effect of electron-ion and the relativistic properties play an important role in such study. In this study an analytical expression for the growth rate and the condition of restricting the Weibel instability are derived for low-frequency limit. These calculations are done for the oscillation frequency dependence on the electron cyclotron frequency. It is shown that, the relativistic properties of the particle lead to increasing the growth rate of the instability. On the other hand the collision effects and background magnetic field try to decrease the growth rate by decreasing the temperature anisotropy and restricting the particles movement.

Background:Fever of unknown origin(FUO)in developing countries is an important dilemma and further research is needed to elucidate the infectious causes of ***:A multi-center study for infectious causes of FUO in lower middle-income countries(LMIC)and lowincome countries(LIC)was conducted between January 1,2018 and January 1,*** total,15 participating centers from seven different countries provided the data,which were collected through the Infectious DiseasesInternational Research Initiative *** adult patients with confirmed infection as the cause of FUO were included in the *** severity parameters were quick Sequential Organ Failure Assessment(qSOFA)≥2,intensive care unit(ICU)admission,vasopressor use,and invasive mechanical ventilation(IMV).Results:A total of 160 patients with infectious FUO were included in the ***,148(92.5%)patients had community-acquired infections and 12(7.5%)had hospital-acquired *** most common infectious syndromes were tuberculosis(TB)(n=27,16.9%),infective endocarditis(n=25,15.6%),malaria(n=21,13.1%),brucellosis(n=15,9.4%),and typhoid fever(n=9,5.6%).Plasmodium falciparum,Mycobacterium tuberculosis,Brucellae,Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella typhi,and Rickettsiae were the leading infectious agents in this study.A total of 56(35.0%)cases had invasive procedures for *** mean qSOFA score was 0.76±0.94{median(interquartile range[IQR]):0(0–1)}.ICU admission(n=26,16.2%),vasopressor use(n=14,8.8%),and IMV(n=10,6.3%)were not ***,38(23.8%)patients had at least one of the severity *** mortality rate was 15(9.4%),and the mortality was attributable to the infection causing FUO in 12(7.5%)***:In LMIC and LIC,tuberculosis and cardiac infections were the most severe and the leading infections causing FUO.

In recent times,scientists and engineers have been most attracted to electrically conducted nanofluids due to their numerous applications in various fields of science and *** example,they are used in cancer treatment(hyperthermia),magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),drugdelivery,and magnetic refrigeration(MR).Bearing in mind the significance and importance of electrically conducted nanofluids,this article aims to study an electrically conducted water-based nanofluid containing carbon nanotubes(CNTs).CNTs are of two types,single-wall carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)and multiple-wall carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs).The CNTs(SWCNTs and MWCNTs)have been dispersed in regular water as base fluid to form waterCNTs *** Brinkman Type nanofluid model is developed in terms of time-fractional *** ramped heating and sinusoidal oscillations conditions have been taken at the *** model has been solved for exact analytical solutions via the fractional Laplace transform *** exact solutions have been graphically studied to explore the physics of various pertinent flow parameters on velocity and temperature *** empirical results reveal that the temperature and velocity fields decreased with increasing values of fractional parameters due to variation in thermal and momentum boundary *** is also indicated that the isothermal velocity and temperature are higher than ramped velocity and temperature.

We evaluated the potential use of amino silane coupling agent （SiNH） to improve physical and mechanical properties of UF-bonded wheat straw （Triticurn aestivum L.） poplar wood particleboard. We examined the effects of varied content of silane coupling agent content and ratios of straw to poplar wood particles on particleboard prop- erties. The ratios of straw to poplar wood particles were 100：0, 85：15, 70：30 and 55：45. Silane coupling agent content was tested at three levels, 0, 5 and 10 %. The experimental panels were tested for their mechanical strength, including modulus of elasticity （MOE）, modulus of rupture （MOR）, intemal bonding （IB） and physical properties according to procedures specified in DIN 68763 （Chipboard for special purposes in building construction： concepts, requirements, testing, 1982-03, 1982）. All board properties were improved by the addition of silane cou- pling agent. The use of poplar wood particles had a positive effect on the mechanical properties of wheat straw parti- cleboard but had a negative effect on physical properties （thickness swelling and water absorption）.

English to Urdu machine translation is still in its beginning and lacks simple translation methods to provide motivating and adequate English to Urdu *** order tomake knowledge available to the masses,there should be mechanisms and tools in place to make things understandable by translating from source language to target language in an automated *** translation has achieved this goal with encouraging *** decoding the source text into the target language,the translator checks all the characteristics of the *** achieve machine translation,rule-based,computational,hybrid and neural machine translation approaches have been proposed to automate the *** this research work,a neural machine translation approach is employed to translate English text into *** Short Term Short Model(LSTM)Encoder Decoder is used to translate English to *** various steps required to perform translation tasks include preprocessing,tokenization,grammar and sentence structure analysis,word embeddings,training data preparation,encoder-decoder models,and output text *** results show that the model used in the research work shows better performance in *** results were evaluated using bilingual research metrics and showed that the test and training data yielded the highest score sequences with an effective length of ten(10).

Flux measurements for a DD neutron generator using neutron activation analysis

The fast and maximum thermal neutron fluxes from the DD-109 neutron generator at the University of Sharjah were experimentally measured by the activation technique using different neutron reactions. The thermal and fast neutron fluxes were found to be 2.960 × 10~6 and6.186 × 10~7 n/cm^2 s, respectively. This was done to verify the modeling results for the optimum moderator thickness needed to maximize the thermal neutron flux. The optimum moderator thickness was found to be between 3.5 and4 cm. The present data were compared with the detailed MCNP model-based calculation performed in earlier work to simulate the generator.
