Egyptian species of.the leaf.opper genus Exitianus Ball,1929,***(St?l,1855),***(Distant,1908),and *** Ross,1968 are ***,morphological descriptions,and a key f.r their identif.cation are *** this study,we used molecular techniques to conf.rm morphological identif.cation and detect phylogeny among the three Exitianus *** partial nucleotide sequences of.the amplif.ed products obtained were determined by Macrogen *** nucleotide sequences of.28S rDNA and COX genes of.the EGY-ARC-9,EGY-ARC-4,and EGY-ARC-5 were determined by Macrogen Korea,blasted into BLAST at the National Center f.r Biotechnology Inf.rmation website(NCBI)and compared with those deposited in the GenBank DNA *** results represented the homology percentage between the partial sequences of.the 28S rRNA and COX genes f.om each species and related species obtained f.om GenBank DNA *** morphological identif.cations of.the three Exitianus species were conf.rmed by molecular characterization and sequencing of.28S rDNA and COX genes and identif.ed as ***,***,and ***,their sequences of.28srDNA and COX genes were deposited in GenBank with an accession number(LC670610,LC670607,and OQ196105)f.r 28srDNA gene and(LC775357,LC775358,and LC775359)f.r the COX gene.

In this study,green zinc oxide(ZnO)/polypyrrole(Ppy)/cellulose acetate(CA)f.lm has been synthesized via solvent *** f.lm was used as supporting material f.r glucose oxidase(GOx)to sensitize a glucose *** nanoparticles have been prepared via the green route using olive leaves extract as a ***/Ppy nanocomposite has been synthesized by a simple in-situ chemical oxidative polymerization of.pyrrole(Py)monomer using f.rric chloride(f.Cl3)as an oxidizing *** produced materials and the composite f.lms were characterized using X-ray dif.raction analysis(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),f.urier transf.rm inf.ared(f.IR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).Glucose oxidase was successf.lly immobilized on the surf.ce of.the prepared f.lm and then ZnO/Ppy/CA/GOx composite was sputtered with platinum electrode f.r the current determination at dif.erent initial concentrations of.*** measurements proved the suitability and the high sensitivity of.the constructed biosensor f.r the detection of.glucose levels in dif.erent *** perf.rmance of.the prepared biosensor has been assessed by measuring and comparing glucose concentrations up to 800 *** results af.irmed the reliability of.the developed biosensor towards real samples which suggests the wide-scale application of.the proposed biosensor.

f.sobacterium nucleatum is an anaerobic, commensal, gram-negative oral bacterium that is carcinogenic and causes a wide range of.human diseases. The present study f.cused on the analysis of.the hypothetical protein, HMPREf.221_01179, derived f.om f. nucleatum strain MJR7757B, employing various computational methods to anticipate both its structure and f.nctional characteristics. NCBI conserved domain analysis, NCBI BLASTp and MEGA Phylogenetic tree study characterize the target protein as an outer membrane ef.lux protein (ToIC f.mily) which f.cilitate the bacterial transmembrane transport. With a molecular weight of.52120.02 Da, an isoelectric point (pI) of.8.33, and an instability index of.29.47, the protein is anticipated to exhibit good solubility in the extracellular space and crucial stability f.r pharmaceutical applications. The protein’s structure meets quality standards during the construction and ref.nement of.its 3D model. The ef.lux inhibitor Arginine beta-naphthylamide exhibits a signif.cant binding af.inity (-7.1 kcal/mol) to the binding site of.the target protein. The in-silico analysis improves the understanding of.the protein and f.cilitates f.ture investigations into therapeutic medication.

Humic acid(HA)can adsorb onto mineral surf.ces,modif.ing the physicochemical properties of.the ***,understanding the sorption behavior of.HA onto mineral surf.ces is of.particular interest,since the f.te and transport of.many organic and inorganic contaminants are highly correlated to HA adsorbed onto clay *** to the extreme heterogeneity of.HA,the extracted IHSS Leonardite humic acid(LHA)used in this work was f.actionated using an ultraf.ltration technique(Uf.into dif.erent molecular size f.actions(f.1,>0.2μm;f.2,0.2 pm-300,000 daltons;f.3,300,000-50,000 daltons;f.4,50,000-10,000 daltons;f.5,10,000-1000 daltons).Equilibrium and the kinetics of.LHA and f.action adsorption onto kaolinite and montmorillonite were *** results demonstrated that the maximum adsorption capacity of.LHA,f.l,f.2,f.3,f.4,and f.5 was 5.99,13.69,10.29,7.02,5.9&and 5.09 on kaolinite while it was 8.29,22.62,13.17,8.91,8.62,and 5.69 on montmorillonite,*** adsorption equilibrium data showed that the adsorption behavior of.LHA and its f.actions could be described more practically by the Langmuir model than the f.eundlich *** rate of.humic acid f.action adsorption onto clays increased with decreasing molecular size f.action and increasing carboxylic group ***-f.rst-and second-order models were used to assess the kinetic data and the rate *** results explained that LHA and its f.actions adsorption on clay minerals conf.rmed more to pseudosecondo rder.

Potential alpha emitters are of.prime concern to the ventilation engineer due to their rapid concentration increasing once radon released in the mine atmosphere, causing tissue irradiation and lung *** of.the time based variations of.the natural ventilation in tunnels and their relationship to the external parameters contribute to the air circulation assessment. Due to the continuous and high f.uctuation of.the meteorological conditions af.ecting the air circulation and intensity through the underground workings, there is a dif.iculty in the natural ventilation assessment by only the ordinary meteorological measurements. So, in this paper, the possibility of.using the radioactive measurements, allowing f.r the air aging and ventilation quality to be qualif.ed, is investigated through three dif.erent underground structures. Ref.rring to the most conf.ned structure of.them, results show that one structure has a better exchange rate by a f.ctor 1.8 and the other has the best rate by a f.ctor 2.1. This parameter can be linked to the operating costs and size of.a f.ture ventilation system.

Superparamgnetic f._3O_4 and RE:f._3O_4(RE=Dy,Nd,La)nanoparticles with an average crystallite size in the range of.15–24 nm,were synthesized by co-precipitation *** samples were characterized using X-ray dif.raction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM),UV–Vis spectroscopy,LCR bridge,and two-probe technique.X-ray dif.raction patterns of.all the investigated samples reveal the typical phase of.magnetite structure,with a small contribution of.orthof.rrite(Ndf.O_3)as a secondary phase in Nd:f._3O_4 *** saturation magnetization(M_s)of.the samples has values in the range f.om 41.8 to 52.3 emu/g,and decreases with RE ion doping depending on the ionic *** values of.the coercivity H_c and remanenceM_r,indicate the superparamagnetic nature of.the investigated *** calculated values of.indirect optical band gap of.f._3O_4 and RE:f._3O_4 nanoparticles are in the range of..9–1.25 *** dielectric constant of.the samples decreases,while their activation energy increases with the increasing of.ionic radii of.dopants.
