m.st children and elderly people worldwide die from.pneum.nia,which is a contagious illness that causes lung *** diagnosing pneum.nia from.chest X-ray im.ges,m.ny deep learning m.dels have been put *** goal of this research is to develop an effective and strong approach for detecting and categorizing pneum.nia *** varying the deep learning approach,three pre-trained m.dels,GoogLeNet,ResNet18,and DenseNet121,are em.loyed in this research to extract the m.in features of pneum.nia and norm.l *** addition,the binary dipper throated optim.zation(DTO)algorithm.is utilized to select the m.st significant features,which are then fed to the K-nearest neighbor(KNN)classifier for getting the final classification *** guarantee the best perform.nce of KNN,its m.in param.ter(K)is optim.zed using the continuous DTO *** test the proposed approach,six evaluation m.trics were em.loyed nam.ly,positive and negative predictive values,accuracy,specificity,sensitivity,and ***,the proposed approach is com.ared with other traditional approaches,and the findings confirm.d the superiority of the proposed approach in term. of all the evaluation *** m.nim.m.accuracy achieved by the proposed approach is(98.5%),and the m.xim.m.accuracy is(99.8%)when different test cases are included in the evaluation experim.nts.

In this paper, we consider the static output feedback （SOF） H∞-synthesis problem.posed as a nonlinear sem.-definite program.ing （NSDP） problem. Two num.rical algorithm. are developed to tackle the NSDP problem.by solving the corresponding Karush- Kuhn-Tucker first-order necessary optim.lity conditions iteratively. Num.rical results for various benchm.rk problem. illustrating the perform.nce of the proposed m.thods are given.

Effects of Nickel Distribution on the Strengthening and Toughening of Alum.na Ceram.cs

Three types of com.osite m.terials were designed and fabricated by hot pressing powder blends of alum.na with 20 vol. pct nickel particles. The com.osites differ in the shape, size and distribution of the nickel particles. Com.osite m.crostructures are described and m.asurem.nts of density, hardness, flexure strength, and fracture toughness are reported. The results showed that the fracture strength of the com.osite with dispersed nickel particles is higher than the other two com.osites （network m.crostructure and m.xed m.crostructure） and the alum.na m.trix. For all the com.osites studied, tougher m.terials than the m.nolithic alum.na were produced. The fracture toughness of the com.osite with a network m.crostructure is m.ch higher than that of the other com.osites. The toughening m.chanism. were described based on the observation of the fracture surfaces and the crack-particle interactions. m.reover, the param.ters for m.crostructural tailoring of these m.terials have been deduced. The toughening of the produced com.osites was explained in light of the interracial bond strength.

Traffic prediction of wireless networks attracted m.ny researchersand practitioners during the past decades. However, wireless traffic frequentlyexhibits strong nonlinearities and com.licated patterns, which m.kes it challengingto be predicted accurately. m.ny of the existing approaches forpredicting wireless network traffic are unable to produce accurate predictionsbecause they lack the ability to describe the dynam.c spatial-tem.oralcorrelations of wireless network traffic data. In this paper, we proposed anovel m.ta-heuristic optim.zation approach based on fitness grey wolf anddipper throated optim.zation algorithm. for boosting the prediction accuracyof traffic volum.. The proposed algorithm.is em.loyed to optim.ze the hyperparam.tersof long short-term.m.m.ry (LSTm. network as an efficient tim.series m.deling approach which is widely used in sequence prediction *** prove the superiority of the proposed algorithm. four other optim.zationalgorithm. were em.loyed to optim.ze LSTm. and the results were *** evaluation results confirm.d the effectiveness of the proposed approachin predicting the traffic of wireless networks accurately. On the other hand,a statistical analysis is perform.d to em.hasize the stability of the proposedapproach.

In order to achieve a highly accurate estim.tion of solar energy resource potential,a novel hybrid ensem.le-learning approach,hybridizing Advanced Squirrel-Search Optim.zation Algorithm.ASSOA)and support vector regression,is utilized to estim.te the hourly tilted solar irradiation for selected arid regions in ***-term.m.asured m.teorological data,including m.an-air tem.erature,relative hum.dity,wind speed,alongside global horizontal irradiation and extra-terrestrial horizontal irradiance,were obtained for the two cities of Tam.nrasset-and-Adrar for two *** com.utational algorithm. were considered and analyzed for the suitability of *** two new algorithm.,nam.ly Average Ensem.le and Ensem.le using support vector regression were developed using the hybridization *** accuracy of the developed m.dels was analyzed in term. of five statistical error m.trics,as well as theWilcoxon rank-sum.and ANOVA *** the previously selected algorithm.,K Neighbors Regressor and support vector regression exhibited good ***,the newly proposed ensem.le algorithm. exhibited even better *** proposed m.del showed relative root m.an square errors lower than 1.448%and correlation coefficients higher than *** was further verified by benchm.rking the new ensem.le against several popular swarm.intelligence *** is concluded that the proposed algorithm. are far superior to the com.only adopted ones.

Plants have to cope with several abiotic stresses,including salinity and heavym.tals(Hm.).Under these stresses,several extracts have been used as effective natural biostim.lants,however,the use of Spirulina platensis(SP)extract(SPE)rem.ins *** effects of SPE were evaluated as soil addition(SA)and/or foliar spraying(FS)on antioxidant defenses and Hm. content of com.on bean grown in saline soil contam.nated with ***(40 or 80 m. SPE/hill added as SA or 20 or 40 m. SPE/plant added as FS)or integrative(SA+FS)applications of SPE showed significant im.rovem.nts in the following order:SA-80+FS-40>SA-80+FS-20>SA-40+FS-40>SA-40+FS-20>SA-80>SA-40>FS-40>FS-20>***,the integrative SA+FS with 40 m. SP/plant was the m.st effective treatm.nt in increasing plant growth and production,overcom.ng stress effects and m.nim.zing contam.nation of the edible *** significantly increased plant growth(74%–185%)and yield(107%–227%)by enhancing net photosynthetic rate(78.5%),stom.tal conductance(104%),transpiration rate(124%),and contents of carotenoids(60.0%),chlorophylls(49%–51%),and NPK(271%–366%).These results were concurrent with the m.rked reductions in m.londialdehyde(61.6%),hydrogen peroxide(42.2%),nickel(91%–94%),lead(80%–9%),and cadm.um.74%–91%)contents due to the im.roved contents of glutathione(87.1%),ascorbate(37.0%),andα-tocopherol(77.2%),and the activities of catalase(18.1%),ascorbate peroxidase(18.3%),superoxide dism.tase(192%),and glutathione reductase(52.2%)as reinforcing ***,this m.st effective treatm.nt is recom.ended to m.tigate the stress effects of salinity and Hm. on com.on bean production while m.nim.zing Hm. in the edible part.

Processing of Ceram.c Based Nanocom.osite Usingα-Al_2O_3 Powder and FeCl_2 Solution as Starting m.terials

Alum.na-iron nanocom.osite powders were prepared by a two-step process. In the first step, α-Al2O3-FeCl2 powder m.xture was form.d by m.xing α-Al2O3 powders with FeCl2 solution followed by drying. In the second step, the FeCl2 in the dry power m.xture was selectively reduced to iron particles. A reduction tem.erature of 750℃ for 15 m.n in dry H2 was chosen based on the therm.dynam.c calculations. The concentration of iron in FeCl2 solution was calculated to be 20 vol. pct in the final com.osite. Two techniques were used to produce com.osite bulk m.terials. The Al2O3 nanocom.osite powders were divided to two batches. The first batch of the produced m.xture was hot pressed at 1400℃ and 27 m.a for 30 m.n in a graphite die. To study the effect of oxygen on the Al2O3/Fe interface bonding and m.chanical properties of the com.osite, the second batch was heat treated in air at 700℃ for 20 m.n to partially oxidize the iron particles before hot pressing. Characterization of the com.osites was undertaken by conventional density m.asurem.nts, X-ray diffractom.try （XRD）, scanning electron m.croscopy （SEm., transm.ssion electron m.croscopy （TEm. and electron probe m.cro analysis （EPm.）. The suggested processing route （m.xing, reduction and hot pressing） produces ceram.c-m.tal nanocom.osite m.ch tougher than the pure Al2O3. The fracture strength of the produced Al2O3/Fe nanocom.osite is nearly twice that of the pure Al2O3. The presence of spinel phase, FeAl204, as thick layer around the Fe particles in the Al2O3 m.trix has a detrim.ntal effect on interfacial bonding between Fe and AI203 and the fracture properties of the com.osite.

A new Al-based am.rphous alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and high therm.l stability was produced in the Al-Co-RE(Ce-La)*** this regard,two different am.rphous-nanocrystalline ribbons:Al_(87.6)-Co_(6.4)-Ce_(3.8-)La_(2.2)(m.(1))and Al_(82.3)-Co_(10.1)-Ce_(4.8)-La_(2.8)(m.(2))were prepared using m.lt *** results reveal the supercooled liquid region(ATx)of 218℃which shows that the m.alloy has higher therm.l stability in com.arison to the *** m.ribbons present the superior corrosion resistance because of the form.tion of am.rphous *** icorr,Ecorr,Epit,and Epit-Ecorrvalues of fully am.rphous Al-Co-Ce-La m.tallic ribbons have a better trend of anti-corrosion perform.nce com.ared to other crystalline and am.rphous alum.num.alloys.

The shape transition between the vibrational U(5)and deform.d c-unstable O(6)dynam.cal sym.etries of sd interacting boson m.del has been investigated by considering a m.dified O(6)Ham.ltonian,providing that the coefficients of the Casim.r operator of O(5)are N-dependent,where N is the total num.er of *** m.dified O(6)Ham.ltonian does not contain the num.er operator of the d boson,which is responsible for the vibrational *** addition,the deform.tion features can be achieved without using the SU(3)lim.t by adding to the O(6)dynam.cal sym.etry the three-body interaction[QQQ]^(0),where Q is the O(6)sym.etric quadrupole ***,triaxiality can be generated through the inclusion of the cubic d-boson interaction[d+d+d+]^(3)·∣ddd∣^(3).The classical lim.t of the potential energy surface(PES),which represents the expected value of the total Ham.ltonian in a coherent state,is studied and *** m.dified O(6)m.del is applied to the even–even^124-132 Xe *** param.ters for the Ham.ltonian and the PESs are calculated using a sim.lated search program.to obtain the m.nim.m.root m.an square deviation between the calculated and experim.ntal excitation energies and B(E2)values for a num.er of low-lying levels.A good agreem.nt between the calculations and experim.nt results is found.

Rainfall plays a significant role in m.naging the water level in the *** unpredictable am.unt of rainfall due to the clim.te change can cause either overflow or dry in the *** individuals,especially those in the agricultural sector,rely on rain *** rainfall is challenging because of the changing nature of the *** area of Jim.a in southwest Orom.a,Ethiopia is the subject of this research,which aim. to develop a rainfall forecasting *** estim.te Jim.a's daily rainfall,we propose a novel approach based on optim.zing the param.ters of long short-term.m.m.ry(LSTm.using Al-Biruni earth radius(BER)optim.zation algorithm.for boosting the fore-casting accuracy.N ash-Sutcliffe m.del eficiency(NSE),m.an square error(m.E),root m.E(Rm.E),m.an absolute error(m.E),and R2 were all used in the conducted experim.nts to assess the proposed approach,with final scores of(0.61),(430.81),(19.12),and(11.09),***,we com.ared the proposed m.del to current m.chine-learning regression m.dels;such as non-optim.zed LSTm.bidirectional LSTm.BiLSTm.,gated recurrent unit(GRU),and convolutional LSTm.ConvLSTm..It was found that the proposed approach achieved the lowest Rm.E of(19.12).In addition,the experim.ntal results show that the proposed m.del has R-with a value outperform.ng the other m.dels,which confirm. the superiority of the proposed *** the other hand,a statistical analysis is perform.d to m.asure the significance and stability of the proposed approach and the recorded results proved the expected perfom.nce.
