The.inte.actions of HSA with DA have.re.e.ve. gre.t atte.tion nowadays due.to its significant e.fe.t in the.biom.0}ical fie.d and ove.all he.lth. The.m.in aim.of this work is to e.am.ne.the.inte.action be.we.n DA and HSA at physiological conditions. Upon addition of DA to HSA, the.fluore.ce.ce.e.ission was que.che. with que.ching constant Kq = 1.32 × 109 L⋅m.l&m.nus;1⋅s&m.nus;1 and the.binding constant of DA with HSA is found to be.K = 4.4 × 102 m.inly indicating dynam.c que.ching. The.HSA conform.tion was alte.e. upon binding of DA to HSA with an incre.se.in α-he.ix and a de.re.se.in β-she.ts sugge.ting unfolding of HSA se.ondary structure.due.to we.k inte.m.le.ular inte.action with HSA. In vie. of the.e.ide.ce.pre.e.te., it is im.ortant to unde.stand the.de.ails of the.inte.actions of HSA with DA which will be.crucial in the.de.ign of ne. Four ne. com.le.e. we.e.synthe.ize. by dire.t che.ical re.ctions of m.l2 (m.= Co2+ and Cu2+) with m.D in absolute.e.OH. The.isolate. solid com.le.e. we.e.use. as starting com.ounds to synthe.ize.anothe. four ne. com.le.e. using triboche.ical te.hnique.by grinding the.pre.ious com.le.e. in the.solid state.with e.ce.s KI in agate.m.rtar. The.re.ults of the.isolate. com.le.e. indicate.the.substitution of the.chloride.by iodide.ions during grinding and e.traction of the.com.le.e. by a m.xture.of solve.ts (e.OH + m.0}H).
