A total of 2,376 one-day-old Ross broiler chickens were used to investigate the effect of myo-inositol(MYO) and phytase supplementation on performance and bone mineralization variables in broilers fed diets formulated to have varying concentrations of available phosphorus(P). The trial was designed as a2×2×3 factorial; with and without phytase superdosing(0 or 1,500 FTU/kg), MYO(0 or 3 g/kg), and dietary P(low, moderate or high). At 21 d, dietary phytase and MYO had no consistent benefit on bone mineralization variables. Bone ash reduced by 4.7% from the medium to low P diet(P ved bone P content by 6% in birds fed the low P diet, signifying an interaction between dietary P concentrations and phytase(P vident in the low P diet. Superdosing reduced feed conversion rate(FCR) at all P levels(P ve FCR. The significant improvement in FCR was greater with superdosing than with MYO alone, and the combination led to no further improvement in FCR compared with superdosing alone, signifying a phytase and MYO interaction(P viding around 30% to 35% of the total response to superdosing.

With key exchange protocols, a secure session key is generated between two remote users, andservers and exchanged between them. It is generally used to prevent unauthorised users fromgaining access to sensitive data. This article presents an enhanced three-party authenticated keyexchange protocols (ETP-AKE) protocol that does not depend on symmetric key encryption andinstead uses asymmetric key encryption. A key component of the proposed ETP-AKE protocol isusing elliptic curve encryption in conjunction with a one-way hash function. Its integrity certificationwas confirmed via the usage of the AvISPA tool package. Our proposed protocol is intendedto protect against various security threats, including the man-in-the-middle assault, the parallelattack, and the key-compromise attack, among others.

Broad-band and long-period magnetotelluric(MT)data were acquired along an east-west trending traverse of nearly 200 km across the Kachchh,Cambay rift basins,and Aravalli-Delhi fold belt(ADFB),western *** regional strike analysis of MT data indicated an approximate N59°E geoelectric strike direction under the traverse and it is in fair agreement with the predominant geological strike in the study *** decomposed transverse electric(TE)-and transverse magnetic(TM)-data modes were inverted using a nonlinear conjugate gradient algorithm to image the electrical lithospheric structure across the Cambay rift basin and its surrounding *** studies show a thick(~1-5 km)layer of conductive Tertiary-Mesozoic sediments beneath the Kachchh and Cambay rift *** resistive blocks indicate presence of basic/ultrabasic volcanic intrusives,depleted mantle lithosphere,and different Precambrian structural *** crustal conductor delineated within the ADFB indicates the presence of fluids within the fault zones,sulfide mineralization within polyphase metamorphic rocks,and/or Aravalli-Delhi sediments/*** observed conductive anomalies beneath the Cambay rift basin indicate the presence of basaltic underplating,volatile(CO2,H2 O)enriched melts and channelization of melt fractions/fluids into crustal depths that occurred due to plume-lithosphere *** variations in electrical resistivity observed across the profile indicate that the impact of Reunion plume on lithospheric structures of the Cambay rift basin is more dominant at western continental margin of India(WCMI)and thus support the hypothesis proposed by Campbell&Griffiths about the plume-lithosphere interactions.

The present method gives a detailed description for the development and validation of a simple stability indicating reverse phase liquid chromatographic method for 10-hydroxycamptothecin(10-HCTN) in the presence of its impurities namely Imp A and Imp B along with degradation products generated from forced degradation studies. The drug was subjected to stress conditions of hydrolysis (acid, base and neutral), oxidative, photolytic and thermal stress degradation. Degradation was observed when subjected to treatment with peroxides or under conditions normally used for typical acid and base hydrolysis. The drug was found to be stable under other stress conditions attempted such as photolytic and thermal. Successful separation and isolation of the drug from related impurities and degradation products formed under stress conditions was achieved on an Inertsil ODS-3v (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column using a phosphate buffer, acetonitrile, methanol and Nanopure water. The developed HPLC method was validated with respect to specificity, linearity, accuracy, precision, sensitivity, robustness and solution stability. The assay method was found to be linear in the range of 0.16 mg/mL to 0.24 mg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 and the linearity of the impurities was established from 0.02% (LOQ) to 0.3%. Recoveries of assay and impurities were found between 99.4% and 100.3%. The developed HPLC method can be used to determine the related substances and assay determinations of 10-HCTN and also to evaluate the quality and long term stability of production samples.

Traditional noise reduction techniques have the drawback of generating an annoying musical noise. A new scheme for speech enhancement in high noise environment is developed by considering human auditory system masking characteristics. The new scheme considers the masking threshold of both noisy speech and the denoised one, to detect musical noise components. To make them inaudible, they are set under the noise masking threshold. The improved signal is subjected to extensive subjective and objective tests. It is ob-served that the musical noise is appreciably reduced even at very low signal to noise ratios.

The vTLLS microscopy studies were made on high purity gold and commercial grade zinc grains in a temperature range of 30-230?C. Differential area ω and surface activity Sa were estimated from photomicrographs. The ω vs dT/dt (rate of heating) curve was seen to differ from those of silver and titanium. The nature of curve between normalized ω and dT/dt was seen to be non-exponential. The characteristic relation between sectorized differential area ωsec and mean temperature was examined. The present study further establishes the simplicity and versatility of the vTLLS technique, in studying the defect-sub-structure of metal particles such as Au and Zn in presence of an imposed temperature gradient in a reasonable way. As such an attempt was made to connect the ω and defect-sub-structure related parameters.
