背景与目的卵巢癌是在妇科恶性肿瘤中死亡率最高的肿瘤,主要原因是由于缺乏有效的早期诊断方法。为了发现新的、特异性癌基因和进一步探索上皮性卵巢癌的临床意义,本文探索出一种新方法,通过结合cDNA微阵列和RNA原位杂交冰冻组织微阵列的方法寻找特异性卵巢癌基因。方法利用cDNA微阵列筛选在3种不同卵巢癌中(卵巢浆液性交界性肿瘤、卵巢浆液性腺癌和卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌)显示有意义表达的基因,并由RNA原位杂交冰冻组织微阵列证实其结果。结果40个基因和ESTs显示出在卵巢浆液性交界性肿瘤、浆液性和子宫内膜样卵巢癌3种类型之间基因表达有明显的差异;EPHB6、PTPRF、gFER、ERg25、PLRP1,FLJ22060和WISP2被进一步用于RNA原位杂交冰冻组织微阵列研究,其结果与cDNA微阵列研究结果相符合。结论cDNA微阵列和RNA原位杂交冰冻组织微阵列相结合是一种理想的寻找癌相关基因的方法,EPHB6,PTPRF,gFER,ERg25,PLRP1,FLJ22060和WISP2有可能成为新的上皮性卵巢癌候选基因。

Frothers facilitate the reduction of bubbles size by preventing bubbles coalescence and produce more stable *** collision probability of the bubbles and particles substantially increases by decreasing bubble *** the same volume system,fewer bubbles result from a distribution of large-sized bubbles,and more bubbles result from a distribution of small-sized *** this research,fundamental two-phase frother characterization parameters were aimed to link with three-phase coal and talc flotation *** this purpose,the effect of single and dual frother systems on inhibiting bubble coalescence was investigated with methyl isobutyl carbinol(MIBC),isooctanol(2 ethyl hexanol),pine oil,and Dowfroth *** on the results of single frothers,isooctanol at the lowest critical coalescence concentration(CCC)value of 6×10^(−6) achieved the smallest bubbles with sauter mean diameter of 0.80 *** blending Dowfroth 250 and pine oil,the bubbles size decreased significantly,reaching 0.45 *** the highest recoveries in coal flotation were obtained in single and frother blends where the bubbles size was measured as the smallest in two-phase system,and such a relationship was not found for talc flotation.

Sexual reproduction in flowering plants requires that two sperm cells are delivered to the embryo sac where double fertilization of an egg cell and of a central cell results in the formation of a diploid embryo and of the triploid nutritional endosperm tissue. The immobile male gametes are delivered to the immobile female gametophyte by a single cell, the pollen tube. The pollen tube must be able to germinate on a genetically appropriate stigma and it must be directed through the transmitting tract of the style from where it must target an ovule. Moreover, the pollen tube must enter the ovule at a defined opening, the micropyle, grow toward one of the two synergids and release the two sperm cells upon contact. This complex process requires recognition events with chemically based or physically supported cell-cell communication as well as directional cues for the growing pollen tube. A number of molecules and mechanisms have been implicated in pollen tube guidance which are summarized in this review.

This paper presents a real-time mechanism to tolerate faults occurring in a wind turbine （WT） system. This system is composed of a FAST coded simulator designed by the U.S. National Renewable Energy Laboratory. The demonstrated mechanism lies under the taxonomy of active fault-tolerant control （FTC） systems, namely online redesign based approach. In the proposed approach, we do not use any a priori information about the model of the turbine in real-time. In fact, we use online measurements generated by the WT. Based on the given control specifications, and the observed measurement an occurred fault is accommodated by reconfiguring the online controller such that the WT generates rated power even under faulty conditions. Second, no explicit fault diagnosis （FD） module is used in this approach. As a result, issues of model uncertainty, false alarms, etc. associated with an integrated FD and controller reconfiguration approach to FTC systems are not experienced here.

Ecosystem services(ES)are highly impacted by human-induced land-use *** urbanization and agricultural land abandonment in Western Europe necessitate assessments of future land-change impacts on ES to ensure sustainable service *** present study aims at evaluating future demand and supply of three key services(flood protection,nearby recreation and biodiversity)in the mountainous region of Vorarlberg,*** mapped the ES for the referenced time step 2016 and two scenarios for 2050,assuming the continuation of current land-change trends and pressure on landscape *** for the referenced landscape in 2016 show the highest ES supply for intermediate levels,while ES supply was low in the lowlands and valley bottoms and in high-elevation *** found a high positive correlation of ES with the distribution of forested *** contrast,service demand was highest in lowelevation areas and decreased with increasing *** indicates that densely settled and intensively used agricultural areas currently suffer from ES *** projected future development of land use showed an increase in both supply and demand of the selected *** overall service supply increased more than the respective demand due to some reforestation of open *** forests were found to be important synergistic areas for overall service provision,we expect decreasing demand on related ***,demand was found to exceed the supply of ES,especially in the densely populated Rhine valley-requiring further policy *** ES-related information may contribute to regional policy making and ensure the long-term provision of ESs for future generations.
