Soybean(Glycine max(L.)Merr)is an agro-economic crop growing across the world to cater nutrition for both human and animal feed due to the high oil and protein content in its edible *** genes and QTLs associated with important agronomic traits in this crop have already been identified and validated for soybean cyst nematode(SCN),Phytophthora root and stem rot,Pythium root rot and aphid resistance,seed quality,nutrient values,and also employed for genetic improvement in *** the last decade,micro RNAs(miRNAs)have been considered the effector molecules,so the detection and characterization of novel miRNAs in soybean have been taken up by several *** advancement in the strategy of sequencing and tools of bioinformatics during last decade has contributed to the discovery of many soybean miRNAs,thus miRNA can be used as a tool in molecular breeding studies,and this has opened new vistas for miRNA mediated genetic improvement of soybean to augment crop productivity as well as nutritional *** review addresses the current state of understanding of miRNAmediated stress responses,nutrient acquisition,plant development and crop production processes in soybean.

Biogenic coalbed methane(BCBM)reservoirs aim to produce methane from in situ coal deposits following microbial conversion of *** of BCBM reservoirs requires economic methane production within an acceptable *** work reported here quantifies the findings of previously published qualitative work,where it was found that bioconversion induces strains in the pore,matrix and bulk *** imaging and dynamic strain monitoring techniques,the bioconversion induced strain is quantified *** understand the effect of these strains from a reservoir geomechanics perspective,a corresponding poromechanical model is ***,findings of imaging experiments are validated using core-flooding flow ***,expected field-scale behavior of the permeability response of a BCBM operation is modeled and *** results of the study indicated that,for Illinois coals,bioconversion induced strains result in a decrease in fracture porosity,resulting in a detrimental permeability drop in excess of 60%during bioconversion,which festers itself exponentially throughout its producing *** indicate that reservoirs with high initial permeability that will support higher Darcian flowrates,would be better suited for coal bioconversion,thereby providing a site-selection criteria for BCBM operations.

Herein,a colorimetric chemosensor （probe 7） was designed and synthesized for sensing diethyl cyanophosphonate （DCNP）,a Tabun nerve agent *** sensitive,selective,fast response and photostable probe 7 in dimethylsulfoxide （DMSO）responded to DCNP at low concentrations with visual naked eye color change from pink to pale yellow and displayed unresponsive behaviour against various interferences except for copper ions,which can be di?erentiated by adding ethylene diamine where the yellow color persisted in the case of DCNP but turned to pink in the case of copper ***,the yellow aqueous solution of probe 7 at pH 10 and 12 turned colorless against the response of *** limit of detection（LOD） of probe 7 was found to be 50 nmol/L in an aqueous basic solution at pH 10 for the detection of *** formation of the cyclized product was elucidated by1H and31P NMR nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR,31P NMR),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR）,and high-resolution mass spectrometry （HRMS） ***?lter paper and silica plate loaded with probe 7 were fabricated for real-time and on-site detection of DCNP.

Gamma-ray bursts(GRBs) are among the brightest objects in the Universe and, hence, can be observed up to a very high redshift. Properly calibrated empirical correlations between intensity and spectral correlations of GRBs can be used to estimate the cosmological parameters. However, the possibility of the evolution of GRBs with redshift is a long-standing puzzle. In this work, we used 162 long-duration GRBs to determine whether GRBs below and above a certain redshift have different properties. The GRBs are split into two groups, and we fit the Amati relation for each group separately. Our findings demonstrate that estimations of the Amati parameters for the two groups are substantially dissimilar. We perform simulations to investigate whether the selection effects could cause the difference. Our analysis shows that the differences may be either intrinsic or due to systematic errors in the data, and the selection effects are not their true origin. However, in-depth analysis with a new data set comprised of 119 long GRBs shows that intrinsic scatter may partly be responsible for such effects.
