Background:Synovial sarcoma(SS)is an SS18-SSX fusion gene-driven soft tissue sarcoma with mesenchymal characteristics,associated with a poor prognosis due to frequent metastasis to a distant organ,such as the *** deacetylase(HDAC)inhibitors(HDACis)are arising as potent molecular targeted drugs,as HDACi treatment disrupts the SS oncoprotein complex,which includes HDACs,in addition to general HDACi *** provide further molecular evidence for the advantages of HDACi treatment and its limitations due to drug resistance induced by the microenvironment in SS cells,we examined cellular responses to HDACi treatment in combination with two-dimensional(2D)and 3D culture ***:Using several SS cell lines,biochemical and cell biological assays were performed with romidepsin,an HDAC1/2 selective ***38 was concomitantly used as an ameliorant drug with romidepsin ***,apoptosis induction,and MHC class I polypeptide-related sequence A/B(MICA/B)induction were monitored to evaluate the drug *** addition to the conventional 2D culture condition,spheroid culture was adopted to evaluate the influence of cell-mass microenvironment on ***:By monitoring the cellular behavior with romidepsin and/or SN38 in SS cells,we observed that responsiveness is diverse in each cell *** the apoptotic inducible cells,co-treatment with SN38 enhanced cell *** nonapoptotic inducible cells,cytostasis and MICA/B induction were observed,and SN38 improved MICA/B induction *** a novel efficacy of SN38,we revealed TWIST1 suppression in SS *** the spheroid(3D)condition,romidepsin efficacy was severely restricted in TWIST1-positive *** demonstrated that TWIST1 downregulation restored romidepsin efficacy even in spheroid form,and concomitant SN38 treatment along with romidepsin reproduced the ***:The current study demonstrated the benefits and concerns of using HDACi for SS treatment in 2D and

A charged particle array named MATE-PA,which serves as an auxiliary detector system for a Multi-purpose Active-target Time projection chamber used in nuclear astrophysical and exotic beam Experiments(MATE),was *** array comprised of 20 single-sided strip-silicon detectors covering approximately 10%of the solid *** detectors facilitated the detection of reaction-induced charged particles that penetrate the active volume of the *** performance of MATE-PA has been experimentally studied using an alpha source and a 36-MeV 14 N beam injected into the MATE chamber on the radioactive ion beam line in Lanzhou(RIBLL).The chamber was filled with a gas mixture of 95%4 He and 5%CO_(2) at a pressure of 500 *** results indicated good separation of light-charged particles using the forward double-layer silicon detectors of *** energy resolution of the Si detectors was deduced to be approximately 1%(σ)for an energy loss of approximately 10 MeV caused by theα*** inclusion of MATE-PA improves particle identification and increases the dynamic range of the kinetic energy of charged particles,particularly that of theαparticles,up to approximately 15 MeV.

The variability of projectile jump is the long-term issue to improve weapon *** we have many simulation codes to predict ***,these codes cannot explain explicitly how the variability of jump *** aims of this paper are,(1)to give fundamental explanations for the variability of Jump,and (2)to offer design factors to make the variability of Jump *** model presented here was formulated in accordance with the transition of the system in reverse way commencing from the target impact stage to the chambering *** of the simulation are generic 120mm smooth bore and long rod system which are extremely simplified to the vibration of tube,the spring effect by sabot,and the free-ends beam of *** calculations clarified that high Jump-variability is generated only when the last rebound is on the muzzle *** particular state of rebound is achieved by many combinations of *** map named JV-Chart is proposed to show the high Jumpvariability zone.

Sustainable meat consumption is critical to achieve a sustainable food system because meat products are among the most energy-intensive, ecologically burdensome, and ethically concerned foods. This paper focuses on the case of China and discusses the difficulties and possibilities to achieve sustainable meat consumption in China by reviewing previous empirical studies and descriptive statistics, particularly considering consumers＇ dietary transitions in quantity and quality following China＇s rapid economic growth. Given China＇s sheer size of population and meat demand, the sustainable meat consumption in China is also a relevant topic in the global food system.

Attenuation of PKP（DF） in the Eastern Hemisphere is examined in terms of multiple scattering to simultaneously explain a puzzling relationship, a relatively fast velocity anomaly corre- sponding to strong attenuation. Reflectivity synthetics with one-dimensional random velocity fluctua- tions are compared with observations of PKP（DF）/PKP（Cdiff） amplitude ratios and differential travel times of PKP（Cdiff）-PKP（DF） for the equatorial paths. A Gaussian distribution of P-wave velocity fluctuations with the standard deviations of 5%, 6%, and 7% in the uppermost 200 km of the inner core is superimposed on the velocity structure that is slightly faster than the typical structure in the Eastern Hemisphere, which is likely to explain both the travel time and amplitude data as far as only the one-dimensional structure is considered. Further examinations of the statistic characteristic of scat- terer distribution in two and three-dimensions are required to obtain a realistic conclusion.

This paper analyzed the consistency of some parameters of soils in the literature and experimental results from fall cone test and its application to soil plasticity *** 500 data from both literatures and experiments using fall cone and Casagrande methods were compiled to assess the relationships among specified water content,cone penetration index ebT,and plasticity angle eaT of finegrained *** results indicate that no unique correlation exists among b,liquid limit of the fall cone test(LLc)and *** water content at 1 mm cone penetration eC0T correlates well with b,plasticity ratio eRpT(*** ratio of plastic limit to liquid limit),and ***,the potential of using the btan a diagram to classify soil plasticity was also discussed.
