A novel, sensitive and precise UHPLC method has been developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of the all the active components of a Polypill viz Zycad, i.e., Aspirin (ASP) Atorvastatin (ATV), Ramipril (RMP) and Metoprolol (MTP) in Zycad tablet dosage form in the presence of degradation products. Forced degradation of individual as well as combination of all the drug substances components of Polypill was conducted in accordance with ICH guidelines. Acidic, basic, neutral, and oxidative hydrolysis, thermal stress, and photolytic degradation were used to assess the stability-indicating power of the method. Use of 100 × 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm stationary phases with simple mobile phase combination buffer consisting of 0.1% Perchloric acid (adjusted to pH 2.5) and Acetonitrile, delivered in a gradient mode and quantitation was carried out using ultraviolet detection at 215 nm with a flow rate of 0.6 mL?min–1. The method was optimized using samples generated by forced degradation studies. The method was validated for linearity, accuracy (recovery), precision, Specificity and robustness. The method was linear in the range of 37.5 to 150.0 μg?mL–1 for ASP, 5.0 to 20.0 μg?mL–1 for ATV and 2.5 to 10.0 μg?mL–1 for RMP and 25.0 to 100.0 μg?mL–1 for MTP.

In a multi-stage manufacturing system,defective components are generated due to deteriorating machine parts and failure to install the feed *** these circumstances,the system requires inspection counters to distinguish imperfect items and takes a few discreet decisions to produce impeccable *** the prioritisation of employee appreciation and working on reward is one of the important policies to improve *** we look at the multistage manufacturing system as an M/PH/1 queue model and rewards are given for using certain inspection strategies to produce the quality items.A matrix analytical method is proposed to explain a continuous-time Markov process in which the reward points are given to the strategy of inspection in each state of the *** constructing the value functions of this dynamic programming model,we derive the optimal policy and the optimal average reward of the entire system in the long *** addition,we obtain the percentage of time spent on each system state for the probability of conformity and non-conformity of the product over the long *** results of our computational experiments and case study suggest that the average reward increases due to the actions are taken at each decision epoch for rework and disposal of the non-conformity items.

The introduction of in-pipe robots for sewage cleaning provides researchers with new options for pipe inspection,such as leakage,crack,gas,and corrosion detection,which are standard applications common in the current industrial *** question that is frequently overlooked in all these cases is the inherent resistance of the robots to *** mechanical,microstructural,and corrosion properties of aluminum 7075 incorporated with various weight percentages(0,0.5wt%,1wt%,and 1.5wt%)of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)are *** is fabricated using a rotational ultrasonication with mechanical stirring(RUMS)-based casting method for improved corrosion resistance without compromising the mechanical properties of the robot.1wt%CNTs-aluminum nanocomposite shows good corrosion and mechanical properties,meeting the requirements imposed by the sewage environment of the robot.

In this paper,we discuss some important aspects of the bivariate alternative zero inflated log-arithmic series distribution(BAZILSD)of which the marginals are the alternative zero-inflated logarithmic series ditributions of kumar and Riyaz(*** alternative version of zero-inflated logarithmic series distribution and some of its *** of Statistical Computation and Simulation,85(6),1117-1127).We study some important properties of the distribution by deriving expressions for its probability mass function,factorial moments,conditional probabil-ity generating functions,and recursion formulae for its probilities,raw moments and factorial *** parameters of the BAZILSD are estimated by the method of maximum likelihood and certain test procedures are also *** certain real-life data applications are cited for ilustrating the usefulness of the model.A simulation study is conducted for assessing the performance of the maximum likelihood estimators of the parameters of the BAZILSD.

The cerium （Ce3＋） doped yttrium aluminium borate （YAB） phosphor was synthesized by modified solid state reaction. The phosphor＇s phase purity and its emission properties were studied using powder X-ray diffraction pattern and photoluminescence spectroscopy. The synthesized YAB had rhomobohedral crystal structure. The phosphor had two different excitation and emission spectra. By 325 nm excitation, the phosphor had emission at 373 nm and with 363 nm excitation; the phosphor gave violet-blue emission at 418 nm. The UV emission of the phosphor originated due to Ce3＋ ions at the yttrium site and violet-blue emission owing to Ce3＋ ions at non-regular sites viz., A13＋ and interstitial sites. The emission intensity of the phosphor was enhanced when monovalent ions （K＋, Na＋, and F） were added as co-dopants. The crucial role of ionic radii of monovalent co-dopants on the emission enhancement of the YAB：Ce3＋ phosphor was reported. Thermogravimetric study showed that the YAB possessed high thermal stability at up to 900 ℃.

Sturgeons are the most important principal market species in the Caspian Sea. In the present study, measurement of blood parameters was carried out with the aim of evaluating the normal value of hematological and serum biochemical parameters of brood stocks Acipenser persicus during spawning season. Blood samples were collected from 36 brood stocks of A. persicus（18 males and 18 females） during the spawning season. Higher value of red blood cells, white blood cells, haemoglobin, haematocrit was observed in male breeders with significant differences between female breeders（p〉0.05）. Haemoglobin and haematocrit value in this study was within the range of 8.70 to 9.2 g/d L and 29.73% to 30.26%, respectively. The statistically significant differences between mean corpuscular volumes, mean corpuscular haemoglobin, lymphocyte and neutrophil percentages, aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase and creatine kinase were observed in the male and female brood *** is concluded from this study, some of the hematological and serum biochemical parameters of male and female A. persicus breeders were significantly varied from each other. In comparative investigation with earlier reports,the values of red blood cells, haemoglobin and haematocrit are highly varied due to age variations of ***, further studies are necessary to understand the impact of sexual, age, size, length, and season and habitat variation. Serum biochemical parameters can be used for confirming the maturity of A. persicus and monitoring any changes in the water quality parameters and soil.
