Lag/lead analyses for phot.n emissions bet.een t.e t.o hemispheres indicat.d a weak but.st.t.st.cally significant.correlat.on bet.een t.e amplit.de fluct.at.ons t.at.were separat.d by about.800 t. 900 ms. Analyses of t.e spect.al power densit.es of phot.n amplit.de variat.ons from t.e left.and right.hemispheres revealed peak values bet.een 2 and 3 Hz which were equivalent.t. a difference of about.900 ms. t.e radiant.flux densit.es were est.mat.d t. be in t.e order of 10?12 W?m?2 and t. include t.e equivalence of about.107 neurons. Our calculat.ons, which account.d for t.e small magnit.de of t.e st.engt. of t.e int.rhemispheric coefficient., suggest.t.at.t.e coherence could be st.ongly correlat.d wit. processes associat.d wit. t.e unmyelinat.d axons wit. diamet.rs bet.een 400 t. 800 nm, t.e visible wavelengt.s, wit.in t.e corpus callosum. When t.e rat.o of t.e phase shift.was applied t. t.e Aharanov-Bohm equat.on, t.e t.me required for a phot.n-relat.d elect.on t. be wit.in a cerebral magnet.c field was t.e same durat.on as a single orbit.of an elect.on and a phot.n’s t.aversal lat.ncy across a neuronal plasma membrane. We suggest.t.at.t.e peak phot.n decoherence bet.een t.e t.o cerebral hemispheres may reveal a neuronal-quant. subst.at. t. t.e condit.ons associat.d wit. consciousness.

PURPOSE: Bowel funct.on aft.r low ant.rior resect.on for rect.l cancer wit. co lonic J-pouch reconst.uct.on is more normal t.an aft.r convent.onal st.aight.an ast.mosis. However, few report. have examined t.e funct.on of colonic J-pouch r econst.uct.on in t.e elderly. Good funct.on would obviat. t.e need for colost.my , which is somet.mes performed because of concern about.fecal incont.nence, whic h increases wit. age. t.is st.dy evaluat.d t.e funct.on of colonic J-pouch reco nst.uct.on in elderly pat.ent. aged 75 years or older. MEt.ODS: Funct.onal out.o me was compared in 20 pat.ent. aged 75 years or older (older group) and 27 pat.e nt. aged 60 t. 74 years (old group) and 60 pat.ent. aged 59 years or younger (yo ung group), 3 years aft.r colonic J-pouch reconst.uct.on, using a funct.onal sc oring syst.m wit. a 17-it.m quest.onnaire (score range, 0 (overall good) t. 26 (overall poor)). RESULt.: t.e funct.onal scores in t.e t.ree age groups were sat.isfact.ry and similar. Among pat.ent. wit. anast.moses 1 cm t. 4 cm from t.e ana l verge, all 17 cat.gories on t.e quest.onnaire in t.e t.ree age groups were sim ilar. Among pat.ent. wit. anast.moses 5 cm t. 8 cm from t.e anal verge, only t.e use of laxat.ves or glycerine enemas was more common in t.e older group t.an in t.e old and young group (90 vs. 38.5 percent.and 43.3 percent. P = 0.01). CONCL USIONS: Low ant.rior resect.on wit. colonic J-pouch reconst.uct.on provides exc ellent.funct.onal out.ome, including cont.nence, for elderly pat.ent.. Colonic J -pouch reconst.uct.on is a highly preferable alt.rnat.ve t. permanent.colost.my in elderly pat.ent. undergoing low ant.rior resect.on.

t.is st.dy invest.gat.d t.e drivers and physical processes for t.e abrupt.decadal summer surface warming and increases in hot.t.mperat.re ext.emes t.at.occurred over Nort.east.Asia in t.e mid-1990s. Observat.ons indicat. an abrupt.increase in summer mean surface air t.mperat.re （sat. over Nort.east.Asia since t.e mid-1990s. Accompanying t.is abrupt.surface wanning, significant.changes in some t.mperat.re ext.emes, charact.rized by increases in summer mean daily maximum t.mperat.re （t.ax）, daily minimum t.mperat.re （t.ain）, annual hot.est.day t.mperat.re （t.x）, and annual warmest.night.t.mperat.re （t.x） were observed. t.ere were also increases in t.e frequency of summer days （SU） and t.opical night. （t.）. At.ospheric general circulat.on model experiment. forced by changes in sea surface t.mperat.re （SSt./sea ice ext.nt.（SIE）, ant.ropogenic greenhouse gas （GHG） concent.at.ons, and ant.ropogenic aerosol （AA） forcing, relat.ve t. t.e period 1964- 93, reproduced t.e general pat.erns of observed summer mean sat.changes and associat.d changes in t.mperat.re ext.emes, alt.ough t.e abrupt.decrease in precipit.t.on since t.e mid-1990s was not.simulat.d. Addit.onal model experiment. wit. different.forcings indicat.d t.at.changes in SSt.SIE explained 76% of t.e area-averaged summer mean surface warming signal over Nort.east.Asia, while t.e direct.impact.of changes in GHG and AA explained t.e remaining 24% of t.e surface warming signal. Analysis of physical processes indicat.d t.at.t.e direct.impact.of t.e changes in AA （t.rough aerosol- radiat.on and aerosol-cloud int.ract.ons）, mainly relat.d t. t.e reduct.on of AA precursor emissions over Europe, played a dominant.role in t.e increase in t.x and a similarly import.nt.role as SSt.SIE changes in t.e increase in t.e frequency of SU over Nort.east.Asia via AA-induced coupled at.osphere-land surface and cloud feedbacks, rat.er t.an t.rough a direct.impact.of AA changes on cloud condensat.on nuclei. t.e modelling result. also imply

氧化硅填充环氧树脂在作为芯片封装的密封中对微电子器件的可靠性与功能起着一种主要影响。在帮助了解铝引线键合内部类似功率MOS场效应晶体管的一种含铅电子组件的可靠性,在热力学机械特性试验结果表明由于栅离层的焊线接近引线框架,在键合后从-40℃到125℃的功率热循环下,导致了键合样品的一种电气开路。采用有限元模型模拟了这种封装应力,根据经验检验结果本模拟预示那些在引线键合支撑的焊跟处具有较高的平面剪切力。由数字模拟和试验数据获得的结果可作为选定适当模塑添加剂的一种指导路线。
