Graphene derivatives as efficient hole transport materials for lead-free double perovskite（Cs2SnI6） solar cells: a numerical study

The double perovskite Cs2SnI6has notable optical and electrical characteristics, rendering it a highly prospective candidate for deployment as the absorber layer in perovskite solar cells （PSCs）. We simulated the performance of PSCs using lead-free Cs2SnI6double perovskite absorber layer and graphene derivatives, namely graphene oxide （GO） and reduced graphene oxide （rGO）, as hole transport layers （HTLs）. Our findings show that r GO offers an excellent hole extraction property with minimal interfacial recombination compared to GO.

The emergence of orthopedic tissue engineering devices as viable clinical solutions demands that the field address significant clinical complications associated with the implantation of foreign materials in the body,especially *** tissue engineering has focused on the development of methods to regenerate and repair,until recently there has been a relative dearth of literature regarding the intersection of tissue engineering and *** particular,local delivery of antimicrobials has long been of clinical interest,but only recently has that been translated into the realm of tissue *** this perspective,we briefly review major modes of local delivery for infection prevention and treatment and discuss possible strategies for preventing implant-associated infections.

The aim of this paper is to study the relationship among Minty vector variational-like inequality problem, Stampacchia vector variational-like inequality problem and vector optimization problem involving (G, α)-invex functions. Furthermore, we establish equivalence among the solutions of weak formulations of Minty vector variational-like inequality problem, Stampacchia vector variational-like inequality problem and weak efficient solution of vector optimization problem under the assumption of (G, α)-invex functions. Examples are provided to elucidate our results.

This study compares the accumulation of Cr（VI） and biochemical changes （total chlorophyll, carotenoid, protein, malondialdehyde （MDA） and cysteine contents） and roles of antioxidant enzymes （superoxide dismutase （SOD）, guaiacol peroxidase （GPX）, ascorbate peroxidase （APX）） in tolerance to metal induced stress in Cucumis utiUissimus L. grown in Cr contaminated soil （CS） with garden soil （GS）. Furthermore, Cr bioavailability was enhanced by ethylene diamine tetra-acetic acid （EDTA） addition to the soil to forecast the plant＇s accumulation pattern at elevated Cr environment. Accumulation of Cr in the leaves of the plant increased with increase in substrate metals concentration. It further increased with the addition of EDTA by 1437% and 487% in GS and CS, respectively at the highest treatment level. The lipid peroxidation increased proportionately with increase in Cr accumulation in the leaves. All the activity of antioxidant enzymes （SOD, GPX and APX） and the level of cysteine increased with dose dependant manner. SOD and cysteine were observed to be higher in the GS than in CS, but APX and GPX were found to be higher in CS than in GS, The increase in GPX and APX activities with the increase in Cr concentration could be assumed that these two enzymes have a major role in the defense mechanism towards stress induced by Cr in C. utillissimus.

The whole world has been challenged by the COVID-19,where people with poor immune status became the *** is high time for us to strengthen our immunity through some safe,efficient and cost-effective immune *** cordifolia(Thunb.)Miers is a well-known medicinal plant as the whole plant(leaves,stems and roots)is used extensively for different ailments,since it is rich in many bioactive secondary *** immunomodulatory efficacy of Tinospora cordifolia was reported by several workers and this plant is considered to be a“rasayana”herb in Ayurveda because of its potential cell renewal,health re-establishment and physical equilibrium maintenance capabilities.1,4-Linked arabinogalactan polysaccharide(G1-4A),an acidic polysaccharide and arabinogalactan polymer is reported to strengthen host innate immunity by multifactorial *** induces immune cells(neutrophil,macrophage,T lymphocyte)proliferation and increases cytokine/chemokine production and reactive oxygen species generation thereby contributing to boost our immunity.G1-4A activates macrophages by a classical pathway in toll-like receptor 4-myeloid differentiation primary response 88 dependent manner,natural killer cells and cytotoxic T cells to destroy pathogens,virus-infected cells,or tumor *** of G1-4A to the toll-like receptor or mannose receptor activates a cascade of events along with nuclear translocation of nuclear factor-kappa B leading to the synthesis of different cytokine/chemokine and reactive oxygen species *** immunomodulators like G1-4A are safer and cheaper,when extracted from botanical ***,such phytocompounds can be taken as a daily supplement to enhance immunity,which might be beneficial to fight and survive in this ongoing pandemic health crisis.

Electrical conductivity has been measured at different temperatures for ZrO2 doped with various molar ratios of CuO. The conductivity increases due to migration of vacancies, created by doping. The conductivity was found to increase with increase in temperature till 220℃ and thereafter decrease due to collapse of the fluorite framework. A second rise in conductivity around 500 ℃ was observed due to phase transition of ZrO2. X-ray powder diffraction, DTA and Ir studies were carried out for confirming doping effect and phase transition in ZrO2.

Objective:To formulate silver nanocomposites from Achyranthes aspera leaf extracts and evaluate its larvicidal activity against Aedes ***:The silver nanocomposites were synthesized from Achyranthes aspera leaf *** process was optimized and traced through UV-visible and photon correlation *** larvicidal potential of silver nanocomposites of Achyranthes aspera leaf extracts was assessed against the early fourth instars of Aedes aegypti and three non-target ***,the most effective and eco-safe nanocomposite was characterized by different biophysical techniques including scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray(EDX)spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XrD)and Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy(FT-Ir).results:The formulated silver nanocomposites exhibited efficient larvicidal efficacy against Aedes *** with silver nanocomposites formulated using different Ag NO3 concentrations(3,4,and 5 m M)revealed respective LC50 values of 37.570,6.262 and 1.041μg/m L;5.819,1.412 and 0.489μg/m L;and 5.519,1.302 and 0.267μg/m L after 24,48 and 72 *** silver nanocomposites with 4 m M Ag NO3 were selected for *** and TEM analysis revealed spherical,poly-dispersed structure with varied diameters of 1-25 *** XrD analysis established the crystalline and face-centred-cubic structure of silver nanocomposites with the maximum peak at a 2θvalue of 37.42°.The EDX pattern showed the presence of Ag,O and C in the nanocomposites in their order of weight%.The FT-Ir displayed visibly distinct peaks in different ranges demonstrating the intricacy of silver *** addition,the lethal concentrations of silver nanocomposites of Achyranthes aspera leaf extracts against Aedes aegypti larvae were non-toxic to non-target organisms including Gambusia affinis,Daphnia magna and Moina ***:Silver nanocomposites synthesized with leaf extract of Achy
