Cellulose is the main structural component of lignocellulosic wastes that can be converted to sugars and biofuels by *** to wide applications of this enzyme in various industries around the world,cellulase is considered as the third industrial *** ability of thermophilic bacteria in the production of heat-stable cellulases has made them valuable tools in *** aim of this study was isolation and molecular identification of cellulolytic thermophile bacteria from Dig Rostam hot spring and investigating their cellulase *** were taken from water and sediments of this hot spring,and cellulolytic bacteria were enriched in media containing cellulose as the only carbon *** bacteria were incubated at 60℃,and single colonies were then isolated on solid *** red assay was used as a quick test for the qualitative screening of cellulase *** to these qualitative results,four colonies named CDB1,CDB2,CDB3,and CDB4 were isolated,and their growth curve and some other characteristics were determined by biochemical ***,endoglucanase,exoglucanase,and FPase activities of the isolates were investigated *** indicated that CDB1 exhibited the highest endoglucanase(0.096 U/mL)and exoglucanase(0.156 U/mL)activities among other isolates.16S rDNA partial sequencing indicated that CDB1 had 99%similarity to the genus Anoxybacillus,and the other isolates showed the highest similarity to the genus *** cellulase gene of CDB1 isolate with the highest cellulase activity was also cloned,and its sequence is reported for the first *** studies on this thermophilic enzyme might be useful for industrial applications.

Locational marginal price share: a new structural market power index

Market power is known as the ability of units and generation companies(GenCos)to change electricity price *** cleared in the definition,locational marginal price(LMP)is the most important key in market power ***,the main objective of the paper is to analyze market power of units and GenCos based on their abilities to change electricity *** the first step,using Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)conditions of Lagrangian method,LMP is decomposed into four main *** components indicate the share of each unit at the LMP of each *** values are calculated by the proposed analytical method,and cannot be obtained using simulation *** the second step,"unit-based LMP share(LMP_S)"index,which indicates the contribution factor of each unit at LMP of each bus,is proposed as a new structural market power *** index is also used as an effective tool to determine the most profitable coalition between two *** that,the market operator can predict highly potential ***,"GenCosbased LMP_S"index is *** this effective tool,the contribution of each GenCo,which owns multiple units at various buses,at the LMP of each bus is *** proposed market power indices are calculated on the IEEE24-bus test system and compared with some conventional structural market power *** profits of units due to change of unit’s strategies verify the accuracy of the proposed method.

Numerical and Experimental Investigation of the Aero-Hydrodynamic Effect on the Behavior of a High-Speed Catamaran in Calm Water

In this paper,the effect of water and air fluids on the behavior of a planing catamaran in calm water was studied separately in calm water by using experimental and numerical *** were conducted in a towing tank over the Froude number range of 0.49–2.9 with two degrees of *** model vessel displacement of 5.3 kg was implemented in experimental *** behavior was evaluated at the displacements of 5.3,4.6,and 4 kg by using the numerical *** numerical simulation results for the hull’s resistance force were validated with similar experimental *** fluid volume model was applied to simulate two-phase *** SST k-ωturbulence model was used to investigate the effect of turbulence on the *** results showed that in the planing mode,the contribution of air to pressure resistance increased by 55%,40%,and 60%at the mentioned displacements,whereas the contribution of air to friction resistance was less than 15%on *** contribution of the air to the total lift force at the abovementioned displacements exceeded 70%,60%,and 50%in the planing mode but was less than 10%in the displacement *** the displacements of 5.3 and 4 kg,the area under the effect of maximum pressure moved around the center of gravity and caused porpoising longitudinal instability at the Froude numbers of 2.9 and 2.4,***,at the displacement of 4.6 kg,this effect did not occur,and the vessel maintained its stability.
