Ptychographic extreme ultraviolet(EUV)diffractive imaging has emerged as a promising candidate for the next generationmetrology solutions in the semiconductor industry,as it can image wafer samples in reflection geometry at the *** technique has surged attention recently,owing to the significant progress in high-harmonic generation(hhG)EUV sources and advancements in both hardware and software for *** this study,a novel algorithm is introduced and tested,which enables wavelength-multiplexed reconstruction that enhances the measurement throughput and introduces data diversity,allowing the accurate characterisation of sample *** tackle the inherent instabilities of the hhG source,a modal approach was adopted,which represents the crossdensity function of the illumination by a series of mutually incoherent and independent spatial *** proposed algorithm was implemented on a mainstream machine learning platform,which leverages automatic differentiation to manage the drastic growth in model complexity and expedites the computation using GPU *** optimising over 2oo million parameters,we demonstrate the algorithm's capacity to accommodate experimental uncertainties and achieve a resolution approaching the diffraction limit in reflection *** reconstruction of wafer samples with 20-nm high patterned gold structures on a silicon substrate highlights our ability to handle complex physical interrelations involving a multitude of *** results establish ptychography as an efficient and accurate metrology tool.

Objective:To determine the chemical composition of essential oils and lipid constituents of Ballola andreuzziana(***),Teucrium zanonii(***) and Verbena tenuisecta(V. tenuisecta) growing in Libya,and to test the antibacterial activity of different extracts of Teucrium ***:The volatile oils of all plants were extracted by hydrodistillation method and analyzed by GC/MS *** lipid constituents of plants were obtained by extraction with petroleum ether and fractionated into fatty alcohols,fatty acids and unsapoinfiable matters. Antibacterial activity of *** extracts and antioxidant activity of different extracts of T. zanonii were also ***:The volate oil of *** was found to consists of 20 compounds in which caryophyllin is the main one(63.1%),the volatile oil of *** consists of 74 compounds in which germacrene-D was the main compound,while the volatile oil of V. tenuisecta consists of 13 compounds with l-octen-3- ol as a major constituent(52.87%).The study of antimicrobial activity of different extracts of *** showed that,both methanol and butanol extracts exhibited the highest activity against Mycobacterium phlei(***) and Candida albicans(***) respectively,while petroleum ether,fatty alcohols and unsaponifiable fractions had no antimicrobial activity against all the tested microorganisms. Investigation of the antioxidant activity of different extracts of *** using DPPh method proved that,the ethyl acetate and butanol fractions showed the highest activity where the inhibition percentage(1%) are 93.6 and 92.1 ***:This is the first report about the volatile oils of these plants where *** have the highest content and the highest number of the identified *** study of antioxidant *** extracts proved that,the ethyl acetate,butanol and aqueous extracts have the highest antioxidant *** and butanol extracts of *** exhibi

Due to the climate change debate, a lot of research and maps of external climate parameters are availtabte. however, maps of indoor climate performance parameters are still Lacking. This paper presents a methodology for obtaining maps of performances of similar buitdings that are virtually spread over whole Europe. The produced maps are useful for anaty-zing regional climate influence on building performance indicators such as energy use and indoor climate. This is shown using the Bestest building as a reference benchmark. An important application of the mapping tool is the visualization of potential building measures over the EU. Also the performances of singte building components can be simulated and mapped. It is concluded that the presented method is efficient as it takes less than 15min to simulate and produce the maps on a 2.6Ghz/4GB computer. Moreover, the approach is applicable for any type of building.

Improving the cracking resistance of steel-normal concrete(NC)composite beams in the negative moment region is one of the main tasks in designing continuous composite beam(CCB)bridges due to the low tensile strength of the NC deck at pier *** study proposed an innovative structural configuration for the negative bending moment region in a steel-concrete CCB bridge with the aid of ultrahigh performance concrete(UhPC)*** order to investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of this new UhPC jointed structure in the negative bending moment region,field load testing was conducted on a newly built full-scale *** newly designed structural configuration was described in detail regarding the structural characteristics(cracking resistance,economy,durability,and constructability).In the field investigation,strains on the surface of the concrete bridge deck,rebar,and steel beam in the negative bending moment region,as well as mid-span deflection,were measured under different load ***,a finite element model for the four-span superstructure of the full-scale bridge was established and validated by the field test *** simulated results in terms of strains and mid-span deflection showed moderate consistency with the test *** field test and the finite element model results demonstrated that the new configuration with the UhPC layer provided an effective alternative for the negative bending moment region of the composite beam.
