Cancer poses a significant threat due to its aggressive nature,potential for widespread metastasis,and inherent heterogeneity,which often leads to resistance to *** cancer ranks among the most prevalent forms of cancer worldwide,affecting individuals of all *** and accurate lung cancer detection is critical for improving cancer patients’treatment outcomes and survival *** examinations for lung cancer detection,however,frequently fall short of detecting small polyps and *** address these limitations,computer-aided techniques for lung cancer detection prove to be invaluable resources for both healthcare practitioners and patients *** research implements an enhanced EfficientNetB1 deep learning model for accurate detection and classification using histopathological *** proposed technique accurately classifies the histopathological images into three distinct classes:(1)no cancer(benign),(2)adenocarcinomas,and(3)squamous cell *** evaluated the performance of the proposed technique using the histopathological(LC25000)lung *** preprocessing steps,such as image resizing and augmentation,are followed by loading a pretrained model and applying transfer *** dataset is then split into training and validation sets,with fine-tuning and retraining performed on the training *** model’s performance is evaluated on the validation dataset,and the results of lung cancer detection and classification into three classes are *** study’s findings show that an enhanced model achieves exceptional classification accuracy of 99.8%.

Educational Videos Subtitles’Summarization Using Latent Dirichlet allocation and Length Enhancement

As internet technology use is on the rise globally,phishing constitutes a considerable share of the threats that may attack individuals and organizations,leading to significant losses from personal and confidential information to substantial financial ***,much research has been dedicated in recent years to developing effective and robust mechanisms to enhance the ability to trace illegitimate web pages and to distinguish them from non-phishing sites as accurately as *** to conclude whether a universally accepted model can detect phishing attempts with 100%accuracy,we conduct a systematic review of research carried out in 2018-2021 published in well-known journals published by Elsevier,IEEE,Springer,and *** researchers studied different Data Mining(DM)algorithms,some of which created a whole new model,while others compared the performance of several *** studies combined two or more algorithms to enhance the detection *** reveal that while most algorithms achieve accuracies higher than 90%,only some specific models can achieve 100%accurate results.

Green Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles and Their Reduced Graphene Oxide Nanocomposites as Antibacterial Agents:A Bio-inspired Approach

In this paper, silver nanoparticles （AgNPs） and AgNPs/reduced graphene oxide （RGO） nanocomposites were prepared using lemon juice under microwave irradiation （MWI） and UV light irradiation. AgNPs with face-centered cubic structure RGO peaks were observed by X-ray diffraction. The UV-Vis spectrum showed modifications in the absorption peaks of the AgNPs with the concentration of the precursor solution and irradiation time, and the optimized condition was obtained for 20 min MWI and 60 s of UV light. Raman analysis confirmed the presence of RGO as D and G bands in the spectrum. Transmission electron microscopy analyses confirmed that the AgNPs of size ranging from 3 to 8 nm were anchored onto the RGO sheets. The antibacterial properties of the AgNPs/RGO nanocomposites were investigated using gram-negative bacteria. The results revealed that AgNPs/RGO nanocomposites consisting of approximately 5 wt% AgNPs can achieve antibacterial performance similar to that of neat AgNPS. This method can be useful for the applications of AgNPs-based nanocomposites, where minute amount of silver will be utilized.

Isolation and identification of desert habituated arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi newly reported from the Arabian Peninsula

Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi（AMF） are known to facilitate the growth and vigour of many plants, particularly in arid ecosystems. In a survey of AMF in a date palm plantation and two natural sites of a desert in Oman, we generated many single spore-derived cultures of AMF. We identified a number of these isolates based on spore morphotyping and molecular phylogenetic analysis using the sequence of the LSU-rDNA. Here, we presented the characteristics of four species of AMF recovered, namely Claroideoglomus drummondii, Diversispora aurantia, Diversispora spurca and Funneliformis africanum. The four species have been described previously, but for the Arabian Peninsula they are reported here for the first time. Our endeavor of isolation and characterization of some AMF habituated to arid sites of Arabia represents a first step towards application for environmental conservation and sustainable agriculture in this region.

Infection with Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV) emerged in 2012 as an important respiratory disease with high fatality rates of 40%—60%. Despite the increased number of cases over subsequent years, the number of pediatric cases remained low. A review of studies conducted from June 2012 to April 19, 2016 reported 31 pediatric MERS-CoV cases. In this paper, we present the clinical and laboratory features of seven patients with pediatric MERS. Five patients had no underlying medical illnesses, and three patients were asymptomatic. Of the seven cases, four (57%) patients sought medical advice within 1-7 days from the onset of symptoms. The three other patients (43%) were asymptomatic and were in contact with patients with confirmed diagnosis of MERS-CoV. The most common presenting symptoms were fever (57%), cough (14%), shortness of breath (14%), vomiting (28%), and diarrhea (28%). Two (28.6%) patients had platelet counts of al disease. The remaining patients presented with normal blood count, liver function, and urea and creatinine levels. The documented MERS-CoV Ct values were 32 38 for four of the seven cases. Two patients (28.6%) had abnormal chest radiographic findings of bilateral infiltration. One patient (14.3%) required ventilator support, and two patients (28.6%) required oxygen supplementation. all the seven patients were discharged without complications.

The nanostructure of barium dititanate prepared by hydrothermal method

The dielectric ceramic of barium dititanate compound BaTi_(2)O_(5) had been prepared through the hydrothermal process by applying different parameters,such as pH-value,reaction time,temperature and *** prepared powders were examined by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The predominant phase was a monoclinic phase with lattice constants(a=16:6381,b=3:555,c=9:3406Å),(β=107:47°,α=γ=90°),and the unit cell volume(527Å^(3)).The surface morphology was demonstrated by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM).It exhibited the grains in spherical and elliptical shapes with high *** shapes of nanostructure were analyzed by Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM).The appearance of nanostructures like the nanoparticles and nano rods were *** size of nanoparticles was in the range of 9–31 nm,and size of nanorods was 32–37 *** dielectric measurements were done by using LCR meter at different temperature and frequencies(10,50 and 100 kHz).It was clear that the Curie temperature had a high value up to(485℃).The relative permittivity was partially changed for two prepared samples regarding high pressure and long reaction time,which were the main preparation conditions of hydrothermal method.
