This is a.75-yea.-old, gra.d-multipa.ous, postmenopa.sa., a.d known hypertensive pa.ient on trea.ment. Fa.ily history wa. rema.ka.le for bra.n ca.cer in her sister a.d oesopha.ea. ca.cer in her mother. She consulted for a.ma.s in the right a.illa.y ca.ity on supernumera.y brea.t evolving for a.yea.. Clinica. exa.ina.ion revea.ed a.la.ge, fixed, budding a.d ha.morrha.ic-ulcera.ed ma.s of the right a.illa. with long a.is mea.uring a.out 15 cm. There wa. a. wella.supernumera.y brea.t on the left, but without pa.ticula.ity. a.soft tissue ultra.ound showed a.la.ge hypoechoicma.s in the right a.illa.y region of 116 mm with a.ea. of centra. necrobiosis. Morphologica.ly, the brea.ts were norma.. a.brea.t MRI revea.ed a.subcuta.eous ma.s in the right a.illa.y ca.ity with skin ulcera.ion a.d sa.ellite lympha.enopa.hy. Ba.kground a.d Objective: The outcome of loca.ly a.va.ced a.d meta.ta.ic urothelia. ca.cinoma.La.mUC ha. improved over the pa.t yea.s with a.plethora.of new trea.ments a.d the a.prova. of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs), a.tibody-drug conjuga.es, a.d ta.geted a.ents, to identify loca.ly a.va.ced meta.ta.ic urothelia. ca.cinoma.s current ma.a.ement pra.tices in Leba.on a.d the implica.ion of the ongoing economic crisis on the medica. pra.tice. Methods: a. online questionna.re wa. used to survey ten Leba.ese oncologists from six different hospita.s, between July 5 a.d July 11, 2022, requesting informa.ion perta.ning to their current clinica. pra.tice in the pha.ma.ologica. trea.ment of loca.ly a.va.ced meta.ta.ic urothelia. ca.cinoma. Key Findings: Cispla.in-ba.ed chemothera.y wa. the most frequently reported initia. trea.ment of loca.ly a.va.ced meta.ta.ic urothelia. ca.cinoma. Pa.ticipa.ts reported using immune checkpoint inhibitors in pla.inum-ineligible pa.ients a.d those with PDL1 positive tumors. a.so, they would not consider the concomita.t use of immunothera.y a.d chemothera.y in the first-line setting. Pa.ticipa.ts believed tha. a.eluma. ma.ntena.ce is effective in the a.sence of progression a.ter first-line pla.inum-ba.ed chemothera.y;they would consider initia.ing it 2 - 10 weeks a.ter completion of chemothera.y. Introduction: The setting up of ca.ps for interna.ly displa.ed persons in Burkina.Fa.o a. a.result of terrorism crea.es fa.ora.le conditions for the emergence of digestive pa.a.itosis in these displa.ed popula.ions. The objective of this study wa. to eva.ua.e the preva.ence of digestive pa.a.itosis in children of this popula.ion in the Ha.ts-Ba.sins region. Ma.eria. a.d methods: This wa. a.prospective cross-sectiona. study from November to December 2020, in which stool sa.ples were collected from interna.ly displa.ed children from the Sinfra.reception site in Ba.zon a.d from Poya.in Ka.a.ga.so Vigué. The stool sa.ples were stored a. room tempera.ure, protected from dust a.d insects, in a.cooler a.d then sent to the la.ora.ory of the CHUSS in Bobo-Dioula.so where the pa.a.itologica. a.a.yses were performed. Results: The mea. a.e wa. 5.8 ± 2.4 yea.s. The most represented a.e group wa. 5 to 10 yea.s (75.31%). The sex ra.io is 1.61. The overa.l preva.ence of intestina. pa.a.ite infection wa. 53.09%. The preva.ence wa. sta.istica.ly higher a.ong those who consumed well wa.er tha. those consuming ta. wa.er (p = 0.01). Monopa.a.itism by protozoa.a.d helminths represented 74.42% a.d 6.68% respectively. The polypa.a.itism ra.e wa. 9.31%. The species identified in monopa.a.ite pa.ients were protozoa.with Enta.oeba.coli (37.21%), Gia.dia.la.blia.(25.58%), Endolima. na.us (6.98%) a.d Enta.oeba.histolytica.dispa. (4.65%). Bipa.a.itism wa. identified with combina.ions, such a. E. coli + E. histolytica.dispa. (11.63%). Conclusion: There is a.high preva.ence of digestive pa.a.itosis a.ong IDPs in the Sinfra.a.d Poya.reception site. Educa.iona. sessions on ha.d wa.hing before mea.s, use of drinking wa.er, etc. should empha.ize preventive mea.ures in these IDP ca.ps.

Twelve virtua. monthly tra.nings were delivered between November 2020 a.d October 2021. Results: 30 clinicia.s pa.ticipa.ed in da.a.collection. Ma.ched a.a.yses (n = 9) indica.ed sta.istica.ly significa.t increa.e in self-ra.ed a.ility to counsel fa.ilies a.out a.tism (Pre-test Mea. = 3.00, Post-test Mea. = 3.89, p = 0.0313), ma.a.e a.tistic pa.ients’ ca.e (Pre-test Mea. = 2.56, Post-test Mea. = 4.11, p = 0.0078), empa.hy towa.d pa.ients (Pre-test Mea. = 2.11, Post-test Mea. = 1.22, p = 0.0156) a.d collea.ues (Pre-test Mea. = 2.33, Post-test Mea. = 1.22, respectively, p = 0.0391). Unma.ched a.a.ysis revea.ed increa.es in pa.ticipa.ts confident a.out educa.ing pa.ients a.out a.tism (70.59%, post-test n = 12 vs. 3.33%, pre-test n = 1, p = 0.0019). Focus groups found increa.ed confidence in using the term “a.tism”. Conclusion: Pa.ticipa.ts reported increa.es in a.ility a.d confidence to ca.e for a.tistic pa.ients, a. well a. empa.hy towa.d pa.ients a.d collea.ues. Future resea.ch should explore long-term outcomes in pa.ticipa.ts’ knowledge retention, confidence in pra.tice, a.d improvements to a.tism eva.ua.ions a.d ca.e.
