Heat transport has been significantly enhanced by the widespread usage of extended surfaces in various engi-neering *** turbine blade cooling,refrigerat.o.,and elect.o.ic equipment cooling are a few prevalent ***,the thermal analysis of extended surfaces has been the subject.o. a significant assessment by *** by this,the present study describes the unsteady thermal dispersal phenomena in a wavy fin with the presence of convect.o. heat *** analysis also emphasizes a novel mathematical model in accordance with transient thermal change in a wavy profiled fin resulting from convect.o. using the finite difference met.o.(FDM)and physics informed neural net.o.k(PINN).the time and space-dependent governing partial differential equat.o.(PDE)for the suggested heat problem has been translated into a dimensionless form using the relevant dimensionless *** graph depicts the effect.o. thermal parameters on the fin’s thermal *** temperature dispersion in the fin decreases as the dimensionless convect.o.-conduct.o. variable *** heat dispersion in the fin is decreased by increasing the aspect rat.o.whereas the reverse behavior is seen with the time ***,FDM-PINN results are validated against the out.o.es of the FDM.

thyroid disorders represent a significant global health challenge with hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism as t.o.common condit.o.s arising from dysfunct.o. in the thyroid *** and timely diagnosis of these disorders is crucial for effective treatment and patient *** research int.o.uces a comprehensive approach to improve the accuracy of thyroid disorder diagnosis through the integrat.o. of ensemble stacking and advanced feature select.o. *** forward feature select.o.,sequential backward feature eliminat.o.,and bidirect.o.al feature eliminat.o. are investigated in this *** ensemble learning,random forest,adaptive boosting,and bagging classifiers are *** effectiveness of these techniques is evaluated using t.o.different datasets obtained from the University of California Irvine-Machine Learning Repository,both of which undergo preprocessing steps,including outlier removal,addressing missing data,data cleansing,and feature *** experimentat.o. demonstrates the remarkable success of proposed ensemble stacking and bidirect.o.al feature eliminat.o. achieving 100%and 99.86%accuracy in identifying hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism,*** enhancing detect.o. accuracy,the ensemble stacking model also demonstrated a streamlined computat.o.al complexity which is pivotal for practical medical *** significantly outperformed existing studies with similar objectives underscoring the viability and effectiveness of the proposed *** research offers an innovative perspective and sets the plat.o.m for improved thyroid disorder diagnosis with broader implicat.o.s for healthcare and patient well-being.

objective:to explore the efficacy of earthworm’s coelomic fluid against gentamicin-induced hepatic and renal toxicity in ***:the animals were divided randomly into three groups(n=6 per group):cont.o.,gentamicin,and Allolobophora caliginosa coelomic fluid-treated *** was established after inject.o. of gentamicin daily for 8 days at a dose of 100 mg/*** aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,total proteins,albumin,creatinine,urea,uric acid,malondialdehyde,glutathione,catalase and histopat.o.ogy of tissues were investigated in the ***:Allolobophora caliginosa coelomic fluid significantly decreased urea,creatinine,uric acid,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,and malondialdehyde levels while significantly increasing levels of total proteins,albumin,glutathione and *** histopat.o.ogical investigat.o. showed partial restorat.o. of renal and hepatic ***:this study shows the potency of Allolobophora caliginosa coelomic fluid in improving the biochemical and histopat.o.ogical changes induced by gentamicin in the liver and kidney of the rats.

Perceived Barriers to Cervical Cancer Screening Using Pap Smear test among Women Attending saad Abu Al Ella Hospital in Khartoum State, 2022

Background: Cervical cancer is the second common cancer among women worldwide. It is a preventable cancer, and early detect.o. of precancerous condit.o.s through the Papanicolaou cytology screening (Pap smear) is a key aspect.o. prevent.o.;it is accepted worldwide as an efficient t.o. for secondary prevent.o.. While the PS test is simple, inexpensive, and relatively reliable as a met.o. of diagnosing cervical cancer, most women do not take the test. therefore, this study is sought to describe the barriers to pap smear uptake among Sudanese women. Materials and Met.o.: this total coverage observat.o.al, analytical and cross sect.o.al, hospital-based study was conducted in saad Abu El Ella Hospital in April 2022. the study was conducted using an anonymous quest.o.naire to assess the perceived barriers of 93 participants. All data were computerized using Microsoft Excel’17 and the data were described and analyzed using statistical package for social science (SPSS23). Results: the findings revealed that the mean age of the participants was 39.5 years and only 3.2% had ever undergone a pap smear test. Identified barriers were lack of informat.o., not knowing where to go, and fear of pain. the majority, 72% are willing to routinely perform a pap smear test if well informed about it. the study also demonstrates that there is a significant correlat.o. between perceived barriers score and willingness to perform the pap smear test (p value = 0.008), and between the perceived barriers score and the sociodemographic factors: Age (p value = 0.006), educat.o.al level (p value = 0.028) and occupat.o. (p value = 0.040), but no associat.o. with the economic status was found (p value = 0.378). Conclusion: the detect.o. rate is t.o.low compared to the nat.o.al target.o. over 70%. therefore, more work is needed to reduce perceived barriers to cervical cancer screening by providing educat.o./raising for popular awareness;addressing misconcept.o.s and false beliefs;informing women about
