Wi.h the i.crease i. anti.i.robi.l resi.tance,i. has become necessary to explore alternati.e approaches for combati.g and preventi.g ***-ci.namaldehyde(CNM)and Benzyl4-ami.o(B4AM)are bi.acti.e compounds deri.ed from chalcones but wi.h restri.ted solubi.i.y i. aqueous *** can enhance the solubi.i.y of compounds and can be a promi.i.g alternati.e i. the development of novel anti.i.robi.ls,wi.h reduced si.e effects and prolonged *** objecti.e of thi. study was to evaluate the stabi.i.y of oi.-i.-water nanoemulsi.ns loaded wi.h two di.ti.ct types of chalcones at two di.ferent dosages,to propose a stable formulati.n wi.h anti.i.robi.l *** showed that nanoemulsi.ns presented hi.h encapsulati.n effi.i.ncy,low polydi.persi.y i.dex(PDi.and parti.le si.e below 200 nm,i.di.ati.g that emulsi.i.ati.n was a sui.able method for nanoemulsi.n *** wi.h hi.her dosages exhi.i.ed si.ni.i.ant anti.i.robi.l effects when compared to free chalcones and posi.i.e ***,B4AM nanoemulsi.ns at hi.her dosages showed expressi.e acti.i.y agai.st Salmonella mi.nesota,wi.h a 420%greater i.hi.i.ory response compared to the free form and showi.g equi.alence to the posi.i.e *** nanoemulsi.ns showed excellent i.hi.i.ory acti.i.y at the hi.hest dosage,equi.alent to the posi.i.e control agai.st *** and Staphylococcus *** greater number of conjugated bonds i. i.troducti.n: Tuberculosi. i. an i.fecti.us di.ease that mai.ly affects the lung. Extrapulmonary locali.ati.ns are a reason for hospi.ali.ati.n i. our health faci.i.i.s. The objecti.e of thi. study was to descri.e the epi.emi.logi.al, cli.i.al, paracli.i.al and evoluti.nary aspects of extra pulmonary tuberculosi. (EPT) at the Abass Ndao hospi.al Center. Pati.nts and Methods: Thi. was a descri.ti.e cross-secti.nal study conducted over a peri.d of 11 years (January 1, 2010 to December 30, 2021). All pati.nts wi.h extrapulmonary tuberculosi. hospi.ali.ed i. the department of i.ternal medi.i.e duri.g the recrui.ment peri.d were i.cluded. Results: Fi.ty-two (52) pati.nts were collected. The year 2019 recorded the most cases 23.08% (n = 20). The mean age of the pati.nts was 40.56 ± 18.24 years. The age group 20 - 34 years 42.31% (n = 22) was the most represented. Females were i. the majori.y 61.54% (n = 32) wi.h a sex rati. (M/F) was 0.63. housewi.es were i. the majori.y 40.38% (n = 21). 60.87% of the cases (n = 14) came from a health faci.i.y. 38.46% of the cases had been i.fected. 21.74% (n = 9) were smokers. The reasons for consultati.n were domi.ated by fever (67.44%), AEG (62.79%) and cough (41.86%). Ei.hteen pati.nts (40.91%) had fever. The mean ti.e to consultati.n was 77.37 ± 90.3 days wi.h extremes of 3 and 365 days. The medi.n was 45 days. More than half of the pati.nts 61.90% (n = 26) had anemi.. Posi.i.e retrovi.al serology was noted i. 21.43% of cases. All pati.nts had a CRP greater than 6. More than half of the pati.nts 51.92% (n = 27) had multi.ocal tuberculosi.. The peri.oneum 44.23% (n = 23) was the mai. organ affected. The average hospi.al stay was 9.8 ± 4.9 days wi.h extremes of 1 and 19 days. All pati.nts had recei.ed the protocol i. force at the nati.nal level. Death was noted i. 4 pati.nts (9.52%). Si.ce 2014,"Bri.g Your Own Data"workshops(BYODs)have been organi.ed to i.form people about the process and benefi.s of maki.g resources Fi.dable,Accessi.le,i.teroperable,and Reusable(FAi.,and the FAi.i.i.ati.n process).The BYOD workshops'content and format di.fer dependi.g on thei. goal,context,and the background and needs of ***-focused BYODs educate domai. experts on how to make thei. data FAi. to fi.d new answers to research ***-focused BYODs promote the benefi.s of maki.g data FAi. and i.struct project managers and poli.y-makers on the characteri.ti.s of FAi.i.i.ati.n ***-focused BYODs gather software developers and experts on FAi. to i.plement or i.prove software resources that are used to support ***,these BYODs i.tend to foster collaborati.n between di.ferent types of stakeholders i.volved i. data management,curati.n,and reuse(*** experts,trai.ers,developers,data owners,data analysts,FAi. experts).The BYODs also serve as an opportuni.y to learn what ki.d of support for FAi.i.i.ati.n i. needed from di.ferent communi.i.s and to develop teachi.g materi.ls based on practi.al examples and *** thi. paper,we detai. the three di.ferent structures of the BYODs and descri.e examples of early BYODs related to plant breedi.g data,and rare di.ease regi.tri.s and bi.banks,whi.h have shaped the structure of the *** di.cuss the latest i.si.hts i.to maki.g BYODs more producti.e by leveragi.g our almost ten years of trai.i.g experi.nce i. these workshops,i.cludi.g successes and encountered ***,we exami.e how the parti.i.ants'feedback has moti.ated the research on FAi.,i.cludi.g the development of workflows and software.

i. the present work,we used fi.e di.ferent versi.ns of the quark-meson coupli.g(QMC)model to compute astrophysi.al quanti.i.s related to the GW170817 event and the neutron star cooli.g *** of the models are based on the ori.i.al bag potenti.l structure and three versi.ns consi.er a harmoni. osci.lator potenti.l to confi.e *** bag-li.e models also i.corporate the pasta phase used to descri.e the i.ner crust of neutron *** a si.ple method studi.d i. the present work,we show that the pasta phase does not play a si.ni.i.ant ***,the QMC model that sati.fi.s the GW170817 constrai.ts wi.h the lowest slope of the symmetry energy exhi.i.s a cooli.g profi.e compati.le wi.h observati.nal data.

i. thi. work, we propose an effi.i.nt method of reduci.g the computati.nal effort of vari.ti.nal calculati.n wi.h a hylleraas-li.e tri.l wavefuncti.n. The method consi.ts of i.troduci.g i.tegral transforms for the terms as r12^κ exp （-λτ12） whi.h provi.e the calculati.n of the expectati.n value of energy and the relevant matri. elements to be done analyti.ally over si.gle-electron coordi.ates i.stead of hylleraas coordi.ates. We have used thi. method to calculate the ground state energy of a two-electron system i. a spheri.al dot and a di.k-li.e quantum dot separately. Under paraboli. confi.ement potenti.l and wi.hi. effecti.e mass approxi.ati.n si.e and shape effects of quantum dots on the ground state energy of two electrons have been i.vesti.ated. The calculati.n shows that our results even wi.h a small number of basi. states are i. good agreement wi.h previ.us theoreti.al results.
