随着细胞生物学和材料科学的发展,纳米粒子能够被精确制备和优化,从而得到性能优化的材料。特别是,细胞治疗受到越来越多的关注,因为它们能够在整个循环系统中运输各种物质;它们被装载到纳米粒子的表面或内部。细胞膜伪装纳米粒子是一类新型的仿生纳米粒子,它结合了细胞膜的独特功能和合成纳米材料的多功能性,能够有效传递治疗药物。血细胞包括红细胞、白细胞和血小板已经广泛地用作药物载体,它们具有许多独特的优点,如循环时间长(尤其是红细胞),靶向释放能力(特别是血小板)和天然粘合剂性质(白细胞和血小板)。这些性能使得血细胞修饰递送系统以及基于细胞膜载体优于其他药物递送系统。本论文利用红细胞制备了红细胞囊泡,并合成了双硫键改性聚乙烯亚胺基因载体,并将红细胞囊泡通过静电相互作用,修饰聚乙烯亚胺载体,得到仿生基因递送系统。通过马尔文粒度仪对其粒径和电位进行了表征,并通过透射电镜对超声处理的红细胞进行了形貌表征,并用荧光标记表征了该基因载体递送系统的基因递送过程。

Human activity detection and recognition is a challenging *** surveillance can benefit greatly by advances in Internet of Things(IoT)and cloud *** intelligence IoT(AIoT)based devices form the basis of a smart *** research presents Intelligent dynamic gesture recognition(IDGR)using a Convolutional neural network(CNN)empowered by edit distance for video *** proposed system has been evaluated using AIoT enabled devices for static and dynamic gestures of Pakistani sign language(PSL).However,the proposed methodology can work efficiently for any type of *** proposed research concludes that deep learning and convolutional neural networks give a most appropriate solution retaining discriminative and dynamic information of the input *** research proposes recognition of dynamic gestures using image recognition of the keyframes based on CNN extracted from the human *** distance is used to find out the label of the word to which those sets of frames belong *** simulation results have shown that at 400 videos per human action,100 epochs,234×234 image size,the accuracy of the system is 90.79%,which is a reasonable accuracy for a relatively small dataset as compared to the previously published techniques.

The nutritional value of perishable food items,such as fruits and vegetables,depends on their freshness *** existing approaches solve a binary class problem by classifying a known fruit\vegetable class into fresh or rotten *** propose an automated fruits and vegetables categorization approach that first recognizes the class of object in an image and then categorizes that fruit or vegetable into one of the three categories:purefresh,medium-fresh,and *** gathered a dataset comprising of 60K images of 11 fruits and vegetables,each is further divided into three categories of freshness,using hand-held *** recognition and categorization of fruits and vegetables are performed through two deep learning models:Visual Geometry Group(VGG-16)and You Only Look Once(YOLO),and their results are ***-16 classifies fruits and vegetables and categorizes their freshness,while YOLO also localizes them within the ***,we have developed an android based application that takes the image of the fruit or vegetable as input and returns its class label and its freshness degree.A comprehensive experimental evaluation of proposed approach demonstrates that the proposed approach can achieve a high accuracy and F1score on gathered FruitVeg Freshness *** dataset is publicly available for further evaluation by the research community.

Sweet and sour are the most important taste of blueberries,and they are produced by sugar and acid,*** contributions to the taste depend not only on the levels of sugar and acid,but also on the types and relative proportions of sugar and ***,it is very important to evaluate the composition and levels of sugar and acid in *** differences and variety diversity also affect the sugar and acid characteristics of ***,this study selected two main producing regions in northern China(Weihai and Yingkou)to examine the sugar and acid characteristics of 11 common blueberry *** indexes measured included soluble sugars,organic acids,soluble solid content and titratable *** results showed that glucose and fructose were the major sugars,and citric acid and quinic acid were the major organic *** analysis showed that glucose,fructose,and sucrose were positively correlated with total sugar content;the citric acid content was positively correlated with the titratable acidity and total organic *** acidity,glucose,fructose,sucrose,total sugar content,citric acid,shikimic acid and total acid content of the blueberries varied significantly between regions(P<0.05).In general,compared with Weihai blueberries,Yingkou blueberries had higher sugar content and lower acid *** results of this study may provide useful references for the evaluation of sweet and sour flavors and cultivar selection of blueberries.

Mobile computing has increased quite rapidly over the past few years. The major drivers of mobile computing are large number of mobile phone users. As their number is increasing worldwide, different organizations are offering their services using the mobile devices. Oman is a developing country that strives to adapt M-services. The number of mobile phone users in Oman increased substantially since its launch in 1996. Prepaid mobile services and SMS （Short Message Services） were introduced in 2001 and both are currently popular with subscribers. Such fine appeal influenced many government organizations to go mobile with their services. This paper describes the SMS-Parking service, which is introduced recently by a joint venture of the Muscat Municipality and the Oman Mobile company offering mobile services to its citizens and reports the initial feedback of its users. This study shows that the new service is not yet popular among its users and may need their more positive attitudes toward it for its quick adoption.

The forests of Pakistan replicate plentiful climatic, physiographic and edaphic differences in the country and these forests face a serious problem of deforestation. Geographic information system (GIS) techniques and remote sensing (RS) from satellite platforms offer a best way to identify those areas of deforestation, and thus a GIS and RS based study was conducted in tehsil Barawal, district Dir (U) to analyze forest cover change. The main objectives of the study were to: 1) identify different classes of land use and land cover, and its spatial distribution in the study area;2) determine the trend, nature, location and magnitude of forest cover change;and 3) prepare maps of forest-cover change in different time periods in the study area. To assess the objectives remote sensing and GIS techniques were utilized. A supervised image classification technique was applied on Landsat 5 satellite images of 2000 and 2012. Five main classes such as agriculture, forest, barren land, snow and water were identified. The results showed that the area of forest, barren land, agriculture, water and snow in year 2000 was 49.54%, 43.38%, 5.19%, 1.40% and 0.49% and the area in 2012 was 37.17%, 41.36%, 12.69%, 5.05% and 3.72% respectively. Furthermore 2.02% decrease in barren land, 12.37% decrease in forest and 7.5% increase in agriculture land were identified. Due to high deforestation rate and increased agricultural activities, it is recommended that awareness campaign should be launched in the study area to protect and conserve this forest from further deforestation.
