Early non-invasive diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD)is ***,it is challenging to achieve accurate CHD diagnosis via detecting *** this work,heterostructured complexes of black phosphorus(BP)and two-dimensional carbide and nitride(MXene)with high gas sensitivity and photo responsiveness were formulated using a self-assembly strategy.A light-activated virtual sensor array(LAVSA)based on BP/Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx was prepared under photomodulation and further assembled into an instant gas sensing platform(IGSP).In addition,a machine learning(ML)algorithm was introduced to help the IGSP detect and recognize the signals of breath samples to diagnose *** to the synergistic effect of BP and Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx as well as photo excitation,the synthesized heterostructured complexes exhibited higher performance than pristine Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx,with a response value 26%higher than that of pristine Ti_(3)C_(2)*** addition,with the help of a pattern recognition algorithm,LAVSA successfully detected and identified 15 odor molecules affiliated with alcohols,ketones,aldehydes,esters,and ***,with the assistance of ML,the IGSP achieved 69.2%accuracy in detecting the breath odor of 45 volunteers from healthy people and CHD *** conclusion,an immediate,low-cost,and accurate prototype was designed and fabricated for the noninvasive diagnosis of CHD,which provided a generalized solution for diagnosing other diseases and other more complex application scenarios.

Early non-invasive diagnosis of coronary heart disease（CHD） is critical. However, it is challenging to achieve accurate CHD diagnosis via detecting breath. In this work, heterostructured complexes of black phosphorus（BP） and two-dimensional carbide and nitride（MXene） with high gas sensitivity and photo responsiveness were formulated using a self-assembly strategy. A light-activated virtual sensor array（LAVSA） based on BP/Ti3C2Txwas prepared under photomodulation and further assembled into an instant gas sensing platform（IGSP）. In addition, a machine learning（ML） algorithm was introduced to help the IGSP detect and recognize the signals of breath samples to diagnose CHD. Due to the synergistic effect of BP and Ti3C2Txas well as photo excitation, the synthesized heterostructured complexes exhibited higher performance than pristine Ti3C2Tx, with a response value 26% higher than that of pristine Ti3C2Tx. In addition, with the help of a pattern recognition algorithm, LAVSA successfully detected and identified 15 odor molecules affiliated with alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, esters, and acids. Meanwhile, with the assistance of ML, the IGSP achieved 69.2% accuracy in detecting the breath odor of 45 volunteers from healthy people and CHD patients. In conclusion, an immediate, low-cost, and accurate prototype was designed and fabricated for the noninvasive diagnosis of CHD, which provided a generalized solution for diagnosing other diseases and other more complex application scenarios.

Gut microbiome(GM)is closely related to the overall health status for the human *** dysfunction of microbiome can lead to many diseases such as inflammation,cancer and neurodegenerative ***,it's of great importance to develop effective strategy to regulate *** lumen-targeted oral delivery system(GLT-ODS)has been extensively investigated and widely used in food science and engineering in these years,due to the targeted delivery property,controlled release profile,high biocompatibility and enhanced bioavailability of ***,we comprehensively summarized the current advances in GLT-ODS for bioactive ***,we systematically summarize the GLT-ODS for pre-agents(prebiotics and probiotics)and anti-agents(antibiotics and bacteriophages)according to the type of *** in-depth discussion of representative researches,we refined the limitations of existing research in carrier material and target selection,and drew a blueprint for the future technological research and *** believe that GLT-ODS will become a safe,efficient,simple and precise GM management strategy for improvement of health and shine in the development of precision food and pharmaceutical engineering in future.

Effect of ternary transition metal sulfide FeNi_(2)S_(4)on hydrogen storage performance of MgH_(2)

Hydrogen storage is a key link in hydrogen economy,where solid-state hydrogen storage is considered as the most promising approach because it can meet the requirement of high density and ***,magnesium-based materials(MgH_(2))are currently deemed as an attractive candidate due to the potentially high hydrogen storage density(7.6 wt%),however,the stable thermodynamics and slow kinetics limit the practical *** this study,we design a ternary transition metal sulfide FeNi_(2)S_(4)with a hollow balloon structure as a catalyst of MgH_(2)to address the above issues by constructing a MgH_(2)/Mg_(2)NiH_(4)-MgS/Fe ***,the dehydrogenation/hydrogenation of MgH_(2)has been significantly improved due to the synergistic catalysis of active species of Mg_(2)Ni/Mg_(2)NiH_(4),MgS and Fe originated from the MgH_(2)-FeNi_(2)S_(4)*** hydrogen absorption capacity of the MgH_(2)-FeNi_(2)S_(4)composite reaches to 4.02 wt%at 373 K for 1 h,a sharp contrast to the milled-MgH_(2)(0.67 wt%).In terms of dehydrogenation process,the initial dehydrogenation temperature of the composite is 80 K lower than that of the milled-MgH_(2),and the dehydrogenation activation energy decreases by 95.7 kJ·mol-1 compared with the milled-MgH_(2)(161.2 kJ·mol^(-1)).This method provides a new strategy for improving the dehydrogenation/hydrogenation performance of the MgH_(2)material.

Catalytic effect of MOF-derived transition metal catalyst FeCoS@C on hydrogen storage of magnesium

The introduction of the heterogeneous catalysts with high activity can significantly improve hydrogen storage performance of MgH_(2),therefore,in this paper,we synthesize a carbon-supported transition metal compound,FeCoS@C derivative from ZIF-67,by utilizing the in situ formed C dispersive multiphase Mg_(2)Co,α-Fe,Co_(3)Fe_(7),and MgS to implement catalysis to MgH_(2).Noteworthily,MgH_(2)-FeCoS@C rapidly ab-sorbs 6.78 wt%H_(2)within 60 s at 573 K and can also absorb 4.56 wt%H_(2)in 900 s at 473 ***,the addition of FeCoS@C results in decreasing of the initial dehydrogenation temperatures of MgH_(2)from 620 to 550 *** dehydrogenation activation energy of MgH_(2)decreases from 160.7 to 91.9 kJ mol^(-1).Studies show that the Mg_(2)Co,α-Fe,and Co_(3)Fe_(7)act as“hydrogen channels”to accelerate hydrogen transfer due to the presence of transition metals,and MgS with excellent catalytic effect formed from MgH_(2)-FeCoS@C provides a strong and stable catalytic ***,the carbon skeleton obtained by the carbonization of ZIF-67 not only serves as a dispersion for the multiphase catalytic system,but also provides more active sites for the *** study shows that the multiphase and multiscale catalytic system provides an effective strategy for improving the hydrogen storage performance of MgH_(2).

目的探讨微小RNA-491(miR-491)在宫颈癌(CC)细胞增殖、侵袭及迁移中的作用及分子机制。方法收集CC患者的58对癌组织及癌旁组织标本;采用实时荧光定量反转录聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)检测CC组织和癌旁组织(对照组)中miR-491和爪蟾驱动蛋白样蛋白2的靶向蛋白(TPX2)的表达水平。将CC细胞系中的Hela和HT-3细胞随机分为NC组[磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)处理]、miR-491组(过表达miR-491处理)、si-TPX2组(抑制TPX2)、TPX2组(过表达TPX2)及miR-491+TPX2组(同时过表达miR-491和TPX2)。采用细胞活力和克隆形成实验测定miR-491对CC细胞增殖能力的影响;采用双荧光素酶报告实验验证miR-491和TPX2的靶向关系;采用划痕和侵袭实验检测miR-491对CC细胞侵袭和迁移能力的影响;构建裸鼠成瘤模型验证miR-491和TPX2对肿瘤生长的影响。结果miR-491在CC组织和细胞中的表达降低,而TPX2的表达升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。过表达miR-491能够抑制CC细胞的细胞增殖。双荧光素酶报告结果表明,与NC组比较,miR-491模拟物可以降低PmirGLO-TPX2-3′UTR WT的荧光素酶活性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细胞活力和凋亡检测结果发现,miR-491能够通过调控TPX2抑制细胞增殖来增高细胞凋亡率。进一步的划痕和transwell检测结果发现,miR-491过表达能够抑制细胞的迁移和侵袭,而TPX2过表达能够促进细胞迁移和侵袭。肿瘤体积和质量检测结果发现,miR-491能够抑制肿瘤生长,而TPX2过表达能够促进肿瘤生长且这种促进作用能够被miR-491逆转。苏木精-伊红染色(HE)检测发现,miR-491组的肿瘤组织出现部分坏死,而TPX2组肿瘤细胞增殖明显。结论miR-491能够通过调控TPX2的表达影响CC进程,为未来CC生物标志物的选择及治疗靶点提供理论依据。

ABO新生儿溶血与O型血产妇产前抗体效价关系研究

目的观察ABO新生儿溶血病发病情况并分析其与产妇产前抗体效价关系。方法将2021年1月至2022年12月海口市妇幼保健院和儋州市妇幼保健院产检并生育的夫妇血型不合的O型血孕妇作为研究对象,采用抗人球蛋白微柱凝胶法测定抗体效价,并对其产后ABO新生儿溶血病情况进行检测和统计,分析ABO新生儿溶血与O型血产妇产前抗体效价关系。结果获得有效研究对象1006例,有效率91.70%。夫妇血型O-A型398例、O-B型371例、O-AB型237例,分别占比39.56%、36.88%、23.56%。孕妇IgG抗体效价≤1∶32、1∶64、1∶128、1∶256、1∶512、>1∶512者分别占17.20%、22.56%、20.38%、22.37%、10.04%、7.46%。共检出ABO新生儿溶血病251例,阳性率24.95%。夫妇血型O-A型、O-B型、O-AB型的ABO新生儿溶血病阳性率分别为22.36%、24.26%、30.38%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。孕妇IgG抗体效价≤1∶32、1∶64、1∶128、1∶256、1∶512、>1∶512者产后ABO新生儿溶血病检出率分别为0.00%、11.45%、32.68%、38.67%、39.60%、41.33%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示孕妇中IgG抗体效价(OR=2.415,95%CI:1.329~5.974)是ABO新生儿溶血病的相关影响因素。结论ABO新生儿溶血与O型血产妇产前抗体效价密切相关,随着抗体效价增高、ABO新生儿溶血患病率增加,产前对孕妇进行血型IgG抗体效价检测对ABO新生儿溶血的防治具有重要意义。

为了探讨太湖湿地昆虫群落的结构和变化规律,对太湖湿地各生境样点昆虫群落进行了调查研究。调查共获得昆虫标本24968号,隶属于13目88科301属318种;半翅目、鳞翅目、鞘翅目和直翅目等为优势类群。各样点昆虫群落多样性指数和均匀度指数特征值为湿地恢复示范区>渔阳山>三山岛>三洋村>灵湖村,优势集中性指数的特征值比较为:湿地恢复示范区<渔阳山<三洋村<三山岛<灵湖村。各样点昆虫群落的多样性指数与均匀度指数和丰富度指数表现一致。在时间序列上渔阳山样点昆虫群落的多样性指数波动最小。昆虫群落的极点排序表明渔阳山和湿地恢复示范区样点昆虫群落是最相近的。主分量分析的结果显示太湖湿地昆虫群落主要受捕食性和植食性昆虫群落的影响。湿地恢复示范区样点昆虫群落内天敌昆虫比例偏低,降低了昆虫群落对外界扰动的缓冲能力。综合昆虫群落的各项分析结果发现渔阳山样点昆虫群落稳定性最高,三洋村样点昆虫群落稳定性最低。

台风利奇马对城市淡水系统中微生物群落和抗生素耐药性基因的影响(英文)

【背景】极端天气事件(如台风)带来的强风和降水,会给水生生态系统造成短暂和持久的影响。然而,很少有研究关注台风对水生微生物群落和抗生素耐药性基因(antibiotic resistance genes,ARGs)的影响。【目的】对台风前后城市淡水水域的微生物群落和抗性基因组成进行研究分析,更好地认识极端天气对淡水生态系统的干扰。【方法】在台风前后从4个地点采集了水样,通过宏基因组分析,检测了台风利奇马对温州休闲水域微生物群落和抗性基因的影响。除水生微生物群落和抗性基因外,还分析了每个采样点的物理、化学参数,包括温度、pH、溶解氧、叶绿素a、可溶性活性磷、硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐和铵。【结果】台风登陆后,大多数地点的pH、溶解氧和叶绿素a都有所增加。然而,台风对九山湖的影响要弱于对三垟湿地的影响。台风登陆后,变形菌门、蓝菌门和拟杆菌门的相对丰度增加,而放线菌门的相对丰度下降。在属水平上,栖湖菌的微生物多样性和相对丰度显著增加。在所有的环境因子中,铵是影响微生物群落结构的最重要的环境因子。另外,在所有样本中均检测到35个机会性致病菌类群。台风后,铜绿假单胞菌的相对丰度增加。ARGs显示了空间(采样点间)和时间(台风前后)的变化。冗余分析表明,水总无机氮是影响抗性基因分布的主要环境因子。【结论】这些发现为极端天气(如台风)如何影响淡水系统中的微生物群落和抗性基因提供了新的见解。台风登陆增加了城市淡水系统的公共安全风险,因此,检验检疫方法和手段应该前移,加强对环境健康安全的评价和分析,这将有助于减轻抗生素耐药性和致病菌扩散的风险。
