The excitation function of the 58ni(n,p)58Co reaction was measured using the well-established neutron activation technique andγ-ray *** in the energy range of 1.7 to 2.7 MeV were generated using the 7Li(p,n)*** neutron flux was measured using the standard 115In(n,n’)115mIn monitor *** results of the neutron spectrum averaged cross-section of 58ni(n,p)58Co reactions were compared with existing cross-section data available in the EXFOR data library as well as with various evaluated data libraries such as EnDF/B-VIII.0,JEFF-3.3,JEnDL-4.0,and *** calculations were performed using the nuclear reaction code *** nuclear level density(nLD)models were tested,and their results were compared with the present *** nLDs were also obtained through the spectral distribution method(SDM).The cross-section results,along with the absolute errors,were obtained by investigating the uncertainty propagation and using the covariance *** forγ-ray true coincidence summing,low-energy background neutrons,andγ-ray self attenuation were *** experimental cross-section obtained in the present study is consistent with previously published experimental data,evaluated libraries,and theoretical calculations carried out using the TALYS code.

VehicularAd hoc network(VAnET)has become an integral part of Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS)in today’s *** is a network that can be heavily scaled up with a number of vehicles and road side units that keep fluctuating in real *** is susceptible to security issues,particularly DoS attacks,owing to maximum unpredictability in ***,effective identification and the classification of attacks have become the major requirements for secure data transmission in *** the same time,congestion control is also one of the key research problems in VAnET which aims at minimizing the time expended on roads and calculating travel time as well as waiting time at intersections,for a *** this motivation,the current research paper presents an intelligent DoS attack detection with Congestion Control(IDoS-CC)technique for *** presented IDoSCC technique involves two-stage processes namely,Teach.ng and Learning Based Optimization(TLBO)-based Congestion Control(TLBO-CC)and Gated Recurrent Unit(GRU)-based DoS detection(GRU-DoSD).The goal of IDoS-CC technique is to reduce the level of congestion and detect the attacks that exist in the *** algorithm is also involved in IDoS-CC technique for optimization of the routes taken by vehicles via traffic signals and to minimize the congestion on a particular route instantaneously so as to assure minimal fuel *** is applied to avoid congestion on ***,GRU-DoSD model is employed as a classification model to effectively discriminate the compromised and genuine vehicles in the *** outcomes from a series of simulation analyses highlight the supremacy of the proposed IDoS-CC technique as it reduced the congestion and successfully identified the DoS attacks in network.

Antioxidant and Antimicrobial Activities of Essential Oils Extracted from Laurus nobilis *** by Using Solvent-Free Microwave and Hydrodistillation

In this study, laurel essential oils were obtained by using solvent-free microwave extraction (SFME) and hydrodistillation (HD) methods from Laurus nobilis leaves and determined their antioxidant and antimicrobial activity. Extraction time was reduced by about 43% in SFME at 622 W and 67% in SFME at 249 W compared to hydrodistillation. Essential oil of laurel was extracted by SFME at 622 W (100%) and 249 W (40%) power levels and HD inhibited oxidation generated by ABTS radical by 93.88%, 94.13% and 92.06%, respectively. Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacities (TEAC) of essential oils were 0.18 mM/mL oil for SFME at 622 W, 1.36 mM/mL oil for SFME at 249 W and 2.40 mM/mL oil for HD (p ntial oils of L. nobilis were extracted by SFME at 100% and 40% power levels and HD inhibited linoleic acid peroxidation by 70.57%, 63.53% and 89.18% respectively. Inhibition effects of laurel essential oils obtained by SFME at different power levels and HD on DPPH radical cation oxidation were not significantly different. The strongest antioxidant activity against DPPH radical was found in the essential oil obtained by SFME at 100% power level. Essential oils displayed antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus 6538P, Escherichia coli O157:H7 and Salmonella typhimurium nRRL E 4463 except for Listeria monocytogenes. The inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus 6538P survival of laurel oil obtained from SFME by using lower power level was found to be lower than that obtained from SFME at 100% power level and HD

Electrical conductivity of Gd doped BiFeO3-PbZrO3 composite

The composite, 0.5（BiGd0.15Fe0.85O3）-0.5（PbZrO3）, was synthesized using the solid-state reaction technique. The formation of the compound was confirmed by XRD with an orthorhombic structure at room temperature. The impedance parameters were studied using an impedance analyzer in a wide range of frequency （10z-106Hz） at different temperatures. The nyquist plot suggests the contribution of bulk effect and a slight indication of grain boundary effect and the bulk resistance decreases with a rise in temperature. The presence of temperature-dependent relaxation process occurs in the material. Electrical modulus reveals the presence of the hopping mech.nism in the materials. The value of exponent n, pre-factor A and adc were obtained by fitting ac conductivity data with Jonscher＇s universal power law. The activation energies calculated from the ac conductivity were found to be 0.50, 0.46, 0.44, 0.43, 0.42 and 0.38 eV at 1, 10, 50, 100, 500 kHz and I MHz respectively in the temperature region of 110℃-350℃. The dc conductivity was found to increase with the rise in temperature. The activation energy calculated from complex impedance plot and from the fitted Jonscher＇s power law are very close, which results similar type of charge carrier exist in conduction mech.nism of the material.

Geochemistry and petrogenesis of Rajahmundry trap basalts of Krishna-Godavari Basin,India

The Rajahmundry Trap Basalts （RTB） are erupted through fault-controlled fissures in the Krishna-Godavari Basin （K-G Basin） of Godavari Triple Junction, occurring as a unique outcrop sandwiched between Cretaceous and Tertiary sediments along the east coast of India. Detailed geochemical studies have revealed that RTB are mid-Ti （1.74-1.92） to high-Ti （2.04-2.81） basalts with a distinct quartz tholeiitic parentage. MgO （6.2-13.12 wt.%）, Mg# （29-50） and Zr （109-202 ppm） suggest that these basalts evolved by fractional crystallization during the ascent of the parent magma along deep-seated fractures. Mod- erate to high fractionation of HREE, as indicated by （Gd/Yb）n ratios （1.71-2.31） of RTB, suggest their generation through 3-5% melting of a Fe-rich mantle corresponding to the stability fields of spinel and garnet peridotite at depths of 60-100 km. Low K2O/P2O5 （0.26-1.26）, high TiO2/P2O5 （6.74-16.79）, La/nb （0.89-1.45）, nb/Th 〉 8 （8.35-13）, negative anomalies at Rb reflect minimum contamination by granitic continental crust. （nb/La）PM ratios （0.66-1.1） of RTB are attributed to endogenic contamination resulted through recycling of subducted oceanic slab into the mantle. Pronounced Ba enrichment with relative depletion in Rb indicates assimilation of Infra- and Inter-trappean sediments of estuarine to shallow marine character. Geochemical compositions such as A1203/TiO2 （3.88-6.83）, medium to high TiO2 （1.74 -2.81 wt.%）, positive nb anomalies and LREE enrichment of these RTB attest to their mantle plume origin and indicate the generation of parent magma from a plume-related enriched mantle source with EM 1 signature. Ba/Th （46-247）, Ba/La （3.96-28.51） and Th/nb （0.08-0.13） ratios suggest that the source enrichment process was marked by recycling of subduction-processed oceanic crust and lithospheric components into the mantle. Zr/Hf （37-41） and Zr/Ba （0.51-3.24） indicate involvement of an asthenospheric mantle source. The Rajahmundry basalts show affinity towards FOZO （

Bright anti-Stokes fluorescence(ASF)in the first near-infrared spectral region(nIR-I,800 nm–900 nm)under the excitation of a 915 nm continuous wave(CW)laser,is observed in Indocyanine Green(ICG),a dye approved by the Food and Drug Administration for clinical *** dependence of fluorescence intensity on excitation light power and temperature,together with fluorescence lifetime measurement,establish this ASF to be originated from absorption from a thermally excited vibrational level(hot-band absorption),as shown in our experiments,which is stronger than the upconversion fluorescence from widely-used rare-earth ion doped *** test the utility of this ASF nIR-I probe for advanced bioimaging,we successively apply it for biothermal sensing,cerebral blood vessel tomography and blood stream ***,in combination with L1057 nanoparticles,which absorb the ASF of ICG and emit beyond 1100 nm,these two probes generate multi-mode images in two fluorescent ch.nnels under the excitation of a single 915 nm CW *** ch.nnel is used to monitor two overlapping organs,urinary system&blood vessel of a live mouse,while the other shows urinary system *** in intraoperative real-time monitoring,such multi-mode imaging method can be beneficial for visual guiding in anatomy of the urinary system to avoid any accidental injury to the surrounding blood vessels during surgery.

Here,we describe a combination strategy of black phosphorus(BP)-based photothermal therapy together with anti-CD47 antibody(aCD47)-based immunotherapy to synergistically enhance cancer *** resistance to immune checkpoint blockades in most cancers due to immune escape from host surveillance,along with the initiation of metastasis through immunosuppressive cells in the tumour microenvironment,remains a significant challenge for cancer ***47,an agent for CD47/SIRPαaxis blockade,induces modest phagocytic activity and a low response rate for monotherapy,resulting in failures in clinical *** showed that BP-mediated ablation of tumours through photothermal effects could serve as an effective strategy for specific immunological stimulation,improving the inherently poor immunogenicity of tumours,which is particularly useful for enhancing cancer *** in combination with aCD47 blockade activates both innate and adaptive immunities and promotes local and systemic anticancer immune responses,thus offering a synergistically enhanced effect in suppression of tumour progression and in inducing abscopal effects for inhibition of metastatic *** combination strategy provides a promising platform in which photothermal agents could help to enhance the therapeutic efficacy of immunotherapy.

Deep Learned Singular Residual network for Super Resolution Reconstruction

Single image super resolution(SISR)techniques produce images of high resolution(HR)as output from input images of low resolution(LR).Motivated by the effectiveness of deep learning methods,we provide a framework based on deep learning to achieve super resolution(SR)by utilizing deep singular-residual neural network(DSRnn)in training *** are obtained from the difference between HR and LR images to generate LR-residual example *** value decomposition(SVD)is applied to each LR-residual image pair to decompose into subbands of low and high frequency ***,DSRnn is trained on these subbands through input and output ch.nnels by optimizing the weights and biases of the *** fewer layers in DSRnn,the influence of exploding gradients is *** speeds up the learning process and also improves accuracy by using skip *** trained DSRnn parameters yield residuals to recover the HR subbands in the testing *** analysis shows that the proposed method results in superior performance to existingmethods in terms of subjective *** testing results on popular benchmark datasets such as set5,set14,and urban100 for a scaling factor of 4 show the effectiveness of the proposed method across different qualitative evaluation metrics.

Effect of aggressive pH media on peat treated by cement and sodium silicate grout

The effects of aggressive peat nature (pH) on the strength of peat treated by cement and cement-sodium silicate grout were investigated by evaluating the ch.nges in unconfined compressive strength,moisture content,and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of samples with time in different pH *** results indicate that peats treated by cement-silicate have higher strength than peats treated by cement,due to an increase in pH value of the ***,cement and cement-silicate are highly effective in reducing the moisture content and void ratio of the treated *** microstructures of treated peats support the laboratory test results.
