Graphene-wrapped Ag3PO4/LaCO3OH heterostructures for water purification under visible light

We demonstrated a unique synthesis approach of graphene（GR）-wrapped AgPO/LaCOOH（APO/LCO）heterostructures by an in-situ wet chemical method. FEsEM analysis reveals the formation of rhombic dodecahedrons of APO decorated with LCO and later wrapped with GR flakes. Optical studies shows two absorption edges corresponding to the band gap energies of APO（2.41 eV） and LCO（4.1 eV）. Considering the absorption edge of the heterostructures in the visible region, the photocatalytic activities of photocatalysts containing different APO/LCO mass ratios were evaluated by the degradation of MB. GR-decorated composite with 20% LCO（APO/LCO20/GR） exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity for MB degradation, with a rate constant, k of 0.541 min. The photocatalytic activity of APO/LCO20/GR more greatly enhanced than those of the individual constituents（APO, LCO, APO/LCO20）. The enhanced photocatalytic activity of the heterostructure can be attributed to the co-catalytic effect of LCO as well as intriguing physicochemical properties of GR. To understand the enhanced photocatalytic activity of the heterostructures the photocatalytic reaction mechanism is proposed in detail. The recyclability of the APO/LCO/GR composite photocatalyst is further evaluated by reusing the catalyst in replicate photocatalytic experiments which shows consistent photocatalytic activity thereby confirms the stability and reusability of heterostructure photocatalyst.

Improved region growing segmentation for breast cancer detection:progression of optimized fuzzy classifier

Purpose-Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women,which badly have an effect on women’s physical and psychological health and even danger to ***,mammography is considered as a fundamental criterion for medical practitioners to recognize breast ***,due to the intricate formation of mammogram images,it is reasonably hard for practitioners to spot breast cancer ***/methodology/approach-Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women,which badly have an effect on women’s physical and psychological health and even danger to ***,mammography is considered as a fundamental criterion for medical practitioners to recognize breast ***,due to the intricate formation of mammogram images,it is reasonably hard for practitioners to spot breast cancer ***-The performance analysis was done for both segmentation and *** the analysis,the accuracy of the proposed IAP-CsA-based fuzzy was 41.9%improved than the fuzzy classifier,2.80%improved than PsO,WOA,and CsA,and 2.32%improved than GWO-based fuzzy ***,the accuracy of the developed IAP-CsA-fuzzy was 9.54%better than NN,35.8%better than sVM,and 41.9%better than the existing fuzzy ***,it is concluded that the implemented breast cancer detection model was efficient in determining the normal,benign and malignant ***/value-This paper adopts the latest Improved Awareness Probability-based Crow search Algorithm(IAP-CsA)-based Region growing and fuzzy classifier for enhancing the breast cancer detection of mammogram images,and this is the first work that utilizes this method.

The intact data transmission to the authentic user is becoming crucial at every moment in the current ***;is a technique for concealing the hidden message in any cover media such as image,video;and audio to increase the protection of *** resilience and imperceptibility are improved by choosing an appropriate embedding *** paper gives a novel system to immerse the secret information in different videos with different *** audio and video steganography with novel amalgamations are implemented to immerse the confidential auditory information and the authentic user’s face image.A hidden message is first included in the audio from the multimedia file;using LsB *** stego-video is created in the second stage by merging the authorized user’s face into the frame of the video;by using PVD ***-audio is linked again with the stego-video in the third *** incorporated perspective techniques(LsB-ss and PVD-ss algorithms)with more significant data immersing capacity,good robustness and imperceptibility are proposed in this research *** spread spectrum approach is used to increase the complexity of secret data *** different video files are tested with different voice files with the results such as PsNR,ssIM,RMsE and MsE as 52.3,0.9963,0.0024 and 0.0000059,respectively.

A mild, efficient and high yielding protocol for the synthesis of 2,2＇-arylmethelene dicyclohexane- 1,3-dione derivatives at room temperature and 9-aryl-1,8-dihydrooctahydroxanthene at conventional heating using cesium fluoride as a catalyst is reported. The major advantages of this reaction are excellent yield, very short reaction time and use of inexpensive catalyst.

A rapid, one-pot and highly efficient protocol for the synthesis of pharmaceutically interesting functionalized 2-amino-3-cyano-4H-pyran and spirooxindole derivatives has been developed using commercially available Cs F as a catalyst in the reaction of malononitrile and aryl aldehydes or isatins with 1,3-cyclohexanediones. The major advantages of this methodology are excellent yield at ambient temperature, very short reaction time（5–10 min）, and use of an inexpensive catalyst.

Video inpainting is a technique that fills in the missing regions or gaps in a video by using its known *** existing video inpainting algorithms are computationally expensive and introduce seam in the target region that arises due to variation in brightness or contrast of the *** overcome these drawbacks,the authors propose a novel two-stage *** the first step,sub-bands of wavelets of a low-resolution image are obtained using the dualtree complex wavelet *** algorithm and auto-regression technique are then applied to these subbands to inpaint the missing *** fuzzy logic-based histogram equalisation is used to further enhance the image by preserving the image brightness and improve the local *** the second step,the image is enhanced using super-resolution *** process of down-sampling,inpainting and subsequently enhancing the video using the super-resolution technique reduces the video inpainting *** framework is tested on video sequences by comparing and analysing the structural similarity index matrix,peak-signal-to-noise ratio,visual information fidelity in pixel domain and execution time with the state-of-the-art *** experimental analysis gives visually pleasing results for object removal and error concealment.

Post-deposition-annealed lanthanum-doped cerium oxide thin films:structural and electrical properties

The metal-organic-decomposed lanthanum cerium oxide(LaCeO_(2))solution was spin-coated on p-type si substrate to form thin *** method of microwave-assisted annealing was adopted to modify the surface properties of the deposited thin *** post-deposition annealing(PDA)at different microwave powers and thermal annealing temperature of 400℃was performed on LaCeO_(2)thin films spin-coated on *** of this PDA on structural and electrical properties of deposited LaCeO_(2)thin films was studied and compared.X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)results reveal the great improvement in the structural properties in terms of removal of residual impurities from LaCeO_(2)films,reduced roughness and improvement in crystalline properties as compared to those of hot-plate-annealed *** electrical properties of Al/LaCeO_(2)/si stack were also *** different electrical parameters such as k value,interface trap density(Dit)and effective oxide charges(Qeff)were extracted and found to be improved with the increase in microwave annealing power.
