Nowadays there have been various advanced techniques to overcome disparate types of lumbar degenerative diseases. However, post-operation complications such as Surgical Site Infection (SSI) still give the surgeon with a big challenge. This article is going to study the risk factor that causes the lumbar SSI by reviewing all the articles that can be assessed through PubMed, websites of science and other internet data base. Numerous articles have stated different reported prevalence rates of 0.7% to 16% for surgical site infection. This article will document the most common and significant risk factors for SSI. At last, we suggest that there should be preoperative patient screening and postoperative internal environment maintenance, this will be the best way to reduce postoperative SSI rate or prevent SSI from happening.

The Gejiu-Bozushan-Laojunshan W-Sn polymetallic metallogenic belt(GBLB)in southeast Yunnan Province is an important part of the southwestern Yangtze Block in South *** polymetallic mineralization in this belt includes the Niusipo,Malage,Songshujiao,Laochang and Kafang ore fields in the Gejiu area which are spatially and temporally associated with the Kafang-Laochang and Songshujiao granite *** granites are characterized by variable A/CNK values(mostly>1.1,except for two samples with 1.09),high contents of SiO2(74.38-76.84 wt.%)and Al2 O3(12.46-14.05 wt.%)and variable CaO/na2 O ratios(0.2-0.65)as well as high zirconδ18O values(7.74‰-9.86‰),indicative of S-type *** rocks are depleted in rb,Th,U,Ti,LrEE[(La/Yb)N=1.4-20.51],Ba,Nb,Sr,and Ti and display strong negative Eu and Ba *** rocks possess high rb/Sr and rb/Ba ratios,relatively low initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios(0.6917-0.7101),and less radiogenicεNd(t)values(-8.0 to-9.1).The zircon grains from these rocks show negativeεHf(t)values in the range of-3.7 to-9.9 with mean TDM2(Nd)and TDM2(Hf)values of 1.57 Ga and 1.55 *** show initial 207Pb/204Pb ranging from15.69 to 15.71 and 206Pb/204Pb from 18.36 to *** from Songshujiao granites exhibits higher U and lower Th/U ratios,lowerδ18O values and higherεHf(t)values than those of the zircon grains in the KafangLaochang *** geochemical and isotopic features indicate that the Laochang-Kafang granites originated by partial melting of Mesoproterozoic crustal components including biotite-rich metapelite and metagraywacke,whereas the Songshujiao granites were derived from Mesoproterozoic muscovite-rich metapelite crustal *** zircon grains from the Songshujiao,Laochang and Kafang granites have high-U concentrations and their SIMS U-Pb ages show age scatter from 81.6 Ma to 88.6 Ma,80.7 Ma to 86.1 Ma and 82.3 Ma to 87.0 Ma,suggesting formation earlier than the monazite and *** SIMS U-Pb ages and Th-Pb ag

The nagercoil block is the southernmost crustal segment of the Southern Granulite Terrane(SGT)in India and is mainly composed of charnockitic rocks and felsic gneisses(charnockite suite).In this study,we present petrologic,geochemical,zircon U-Pb,rEE,and Hf isotopic studies on the charnockites and leucogneiss from the nagercoil *** on field investigations and petrologic studies,the charnockites can be divided into garnet-bearing and garnet-absent anhydrous granulite facies rocks with *** charnockites and leucogneiss show transition from adakites to non-adakitic magmatic rocks,with enrichment in LrEEs(light rare earth elements)and LILEs(large ion lithophile elements),and depletion in HrEEs(heavy rare earth elements)and HFSEs(high field strength elements).Some of the charnockites and the leucogneiss show typical HSA(high silica adakite)characters,(high SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),Ba-Sr,La/Yb,and Sr/Y).The HSA is considered to have formed from the interaction of slab derived melts and peridotitic mantle *** high Ba-Sr features were possibly inherited from subducted oceanic crust melting under high thermal gradient during *** magmas were underplated and subjected to fractional *** grains from the charnockite and leucogneiss show zoned magmatic cores surrounded by structureless metamorphic *** zircon grains from the charnockites show ages ranging from 1983±8.8 Ma to 2046±14 Ma,and the metamorphic domains show an age range of 502±14 Ma to 547±8.7 *** from the leucogneiss yielded magmatic and metamorphic ages of 1860±20 Ma and 575.6±8.8 *** charnockites and leucogneiss show two prominent age peaks at 1987 Ma and 568 *** rEE data of the zircon grains show LrEE depletion and HrEE enrichment,with the metamorphic grains showing more depletion in *** Hf isotopic data of the magmatic cores of zircon grains from the charnockite yieldedε_(Hf)(t)values from-1.17 to 0.46 with T_(DM)and T_(DM)~C and age

The origin of life on Earth remains enigmatic with diverse models and *** we discuss essential requirements for the first emergence of life on our planet and propose the following nine requirements:(1)an energy source(ionizing radiation and thermal energy);(2)a supply of nutrients(***.);(3)a supply of life-constituting major elements;(4)a high concentration of reduced gases such as CH4,HCN and NH3;(5)dry-wet cycles to create membranes and polymerize rna;(6)a non-toxic aqueous environment;(7)na-poor water;(8)highly diversified environments,and(9)cyclic conditions,such as dayto-night,hot-to-cold *** on these nine requirements,we evaluate previously proposed locations for the origin of Earth’s life,including:(1)Darwin’s"warm little pond",leading to a"prebiotic soup"for life;(2)panspermia or Neo-panspermia(succession model of panspermia);(3)transportation from/through Mars;(4)a deepsea hydrothermal system;(5)an on-land subduct ion-zone hot spring,and(6)a geyser systems driven by a natural nuclear *** conclude that location(6)is the most ideal candidate for the o rigin point for Earth’s life because of its efficiency in continuously supplying both the energy and the necessary materials for life,thereby maintaining the essential"cradle"for its initial *** also emphasize that falsifiable working hypothesis provides an important tool to evaluate one of the biggest mysteries of the universe-the origin of life.

本文研究了铬(Cr)对香根草(Chrysopogon zizanioides)生长以及抗氧化防御酶活性的影响,探讨其对Cr的解毒机制。在50 mg/L Cr处理条件下,植物地上部分和地下部分的生长量分别降低了36.8%和45.0%;Cr在植物地下部分的积累量(9807μg/g干重)大于地上部分的积累量(8730μg/g干重)。随着Cr添加量的增加,光合色素和丙二醛含量增加,在30 mg/L Cr处理条件下含量达到最高,之后,随着Cr处理浓度的增加略有下降;同时,抗氧化防御酶(超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶)的活性显著提高,在较高浓度Cr处理下略有下降。同工酶结果显示在高浓度Cr处理下,超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶的条带强度降低。目前研究结果表明,高浓度Cr导致活性氧过量产生,从而增加了对香根草的氧化损伤,而光合色素、丙二醛、抗氧化酶含量的增加表明香根草对Cr有潜在的耐性机制。结果表明,香根草具有对Cr的解毒机制,并可以积累高浓度的Cr。本文为更深入地研究根草对Cr的解毒机制提供了依据。

Satellite Clock Error and Orbital Solution Error Estimation for Precise navigation Applications

Global Positioning System (GPS) is a satellite-based navigation system that provides a three-dimensional user position (x,y,z), velocity and time anywhere on or above the earth surface. The satellite-based position accuracy is affected by several factors such as satellite clock error, propagation path delays and receiver noise due to which the GPS does not meet the requirements of critical navigation applications such as missile navigation and category I/II/III aircraft landings. This paper emphasizes on modelling the satellite clock error and orbital solution (satellite position) error considering the signal emission time. The transmission time sent by each satellite in broadcast ephemerides is not accurate. This has to be corrected in order to obtain correct satellite position and in turn a precise receiver position. Signal transmission time or broadcast time from satellite antenna phase center is computed at the receiver using several parameters such as signal reception time, propagation time, pseudorange observed and satellite clock error correction parameters. This corrected time of transmission and broadcast orbital parameters are used for estimation of the orbital solution. The estimated orbital solution was validated with the precise ephemerides which are estimated by Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), USA. The errors are estimated for a typical day data collected on 11th March 2011 from dual frequency GPS receiver located at Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam (17.73°N/83.319°E).

目的:观察白内障合并翼状胬肉患者行联合手术后的疗效。方法:对22例(平均年龄:59.05±8.70岁)并发白内障和翼状胬肉(长度2-5mm)患者进行前瞻性单中心研究,随访时间为3mo~1a。测定术前和术后3mo的平均角膜曲率(Kmean)、平均散光和最佳矫正视力(LogMAr)。观察术前角膜曲率和翼状胬肉大小与预测误差的关系。结果:共18例(81.8%)患者PE1.00D的患者。手术前后眼轴长度无差异(P=0.77)。Kmean从术前42.994±1.536增加到术后43.324±1.479(P=0.105)。术后角膜散光由术前2.09±0.789D降至术后0.523±0.277D(Pr)从术前1.007±0.402显著提高到术后0.024±0.062(Pr=-0.29,P=0.19)。翼状胬肉大小与预测误差无相关性(r=0.2997,P=0.17)。结论:超声乳化与折叠式人工晶状体植入联合自体结膜移植术的应用是一种安全有效的手术方法。
