Process analytics is one of the popular research domains that advanced in the recent *** analytics encompasses identification,monitoring,and improvement of the processes through knowledge extraction from historical *** evolution of Artificial Intelligence(AI)-enabled Electronic Health Records(EHRs)revolutionized the medical *** 2 Diabetes Mellitus(T2DM)is a syndrome characterized by the lack of insulin *** not diagnosed and managed at early stages,it may produce severe outcomes and at times,death *** kidney Disease(CkD)and Coronary Heart Disease(CHD)are the most common,long-term and life-threatening diseases caused by ***-fore,it becomes inevitable to predict the risks of CkD and CHD in T2DM *** current research article presents automated Deep Learning(DL)-based Deep Neural Network(DNN)with Adagrad Optimization Algorithm i.e.,DNN-AGOA model to predict CkD and CHD risks in T2DM *** paper proposes a risk prediction model for T2DM patients who may develop CkD or *** model helps in alarming both T2DM patients and clinicians in *** first,the proposed DNN-AGOA model performs data preprocessing to improve the quality of data and make it compatible for further ***,a Deep Neural Network(DNN)is employed for feature extraction,after which sigmoid function is used for ***,Adagrad optimizer is applied to improve the performance of DNN *** experimental validation,benchmark medical datasets were used and the results were validated under sev-eral *** proposed model achieved a maximum precision of 93.99%,recall of 94.63%,specificity of 73.34%,accuracy of 92.58%,and F-score of 94.22%.The results attained through experimentation established that the pro-posed DNN-AGOA model has good prediction capability over other methods.

Magnetic Flux Alignment Studies on Entrapped Ferrofuid Nanoparticles in Poly Vinyl Alcohol Matrix

Highly surface active super paramagnetic colloidal suspensions of nano crystalline ferrofluid have been synthesized through wet-chemical route. Entrapment of magnetic domains presented in the nano ferrofluid in a polymer matrix like poly vinyl alcohol film was accomplished by developing polymer composite film in between two magnetic poles by solvent casting method. Similarly poly vinyl alcohol-ferrofluid composite films were also developed in the absence of magnetic field. Atomic force microscopy image of nano-composite film makes it clear that the film developed in the absence of magnetic field possesses randomly oriented domains, whereas film developed with magnetic field shows well aligned flux lines. The characteristics and nature of forces acting between magnetic domains along the magnetic flux lines were explored from magnetic force microscopy imaging. The number of flux lines developed in the polymer matrix was observed to be directly proportional to applied external magnetic field. Approximate number of magnetic lines passing through unit area of composite film was evaluated from line profile data analysis of atomic force microscopy image. The particle sizes of the nanoparticles encapsulated in the polymer matrix were found to be in the range of 10- 20 nm. Scanning electron microscopy micrographs confirm aggregation of ferrofluid particles of ribbon like morphology along the magnetic flux lines. Magnetic properties of the entrapped nanoparticles in polymer matrix film were analyzed using vibrating sample magnetometer at room temperature. The super paramagnetic nature and other magnetic properties were evaluated from the hysteresis loop.

Exploring novel versatile electrode materials with outstanding electrochemical performance is the key to the development of advanced energy conversion and storage *** this work,we aim to construct new-fangled one-dimensional(1D)quasi-layered patronite vanadium tetrasulfide(VS_(4))nanostructures by using different sulfur sources,namely thiourea,thioacetamide,and L-cysteine through an ethyleneaminetetraacetic-acid(EDTA)-mediated solvothermal *** as-prepared VS4exhibits several unique morphologies such as urchin,fluffy nanoflower,and polyhedron with appropriate surface *** the prepared nanostructures,the VS_(4)-1@NF nanostructure exhibited excellent electrochemical properties in 6 M kOH solution,and we explored its redox electrochemistry in *** asprepared VS_(4)-1@NF electrode exhibited battery-type redox characteristics with the highest capacity of280 C g^(-1)in a three-electrode ***,it offered a capacity of 123 F g^(-1)in a hybrid twoelectrode set-up at 1 A g^(-1)with the highest specific energy and specific power of 38.5 W h kg^(-1)and750 W kg^(-1),***,to ensure the practical applicability and real-world performance of the prepared hybrid AC@NF//VS_(4)-1@NF cell,we performed a cycling stability test with more than 5,000galvanostatic charge–discharge cycles at 2 A g^(-1),and the cell retained around 84.7%of its capacitance even after 5,000 cycles with a CE of 96.1%.

Larvicidal and repellent activity of medicinal plant extracts from Eastern Ghats of South India against malaria and filariasis vectors

Objective:To evaluate the larvicidal and repellent activities of ethyl acetate and methanol extracts of Acacia concinna（***）,Cassia siamea（***）.Conundrum sativum（C. sativum）,Cuminum cyminum（***）,Lantana camma（***）,Nelumbo nucifera （***） Phyllanlhus amarus（***）.Piper nigrum（***） and Trachyspermum ammi（***） against Anopheles stephensi（***） and Culex quinquefasciatus（Cx. quinquefasciatus）.Methods:The larvicidal activity of medicinal plant extracts were tested against earl) fourth-instar larvae of malaria and filariasis *** mortality was observed 24 h and 48 h after treatment,data were subjected to probit analysis to determine the lethal concentrations(LC50 and LC90) to kill 50 and 90 per cent of the treated larvae of the tested species. Objective: To assess the response of African marigold (Tagetes erecta L.) to exposed different concentration of chlorpyrifos by evaluating morphology (root and shoot length), biomass (fresh weight and dry weight), photosynthetic pigments (chlorophyll a and b), protein and microbial diversity in root ***: The study was carried out in pot culture and treated with various concentrations (0.5%, 1.0%, 2.0%, and 2.5%) as well as control treatments. The morphological, biomass,photosynthetic pigments, protein, and microbial diversity were analyzed on 30, 60, and 90 ***: The obtained results revealed that the tested pesticide reduced the growth, biomass and photosynthetic pigment of African marigold when applied at higher concentration than the optimum dosage. But the lower dose the pesticide had some stimulatory effect of analyzed parameters. A similar effect of pesticide was observed on the microbial population of root rhizosphere that is decreased in microbial population was caused at higher doses. But it was increased at lower ***: It can be concluded that pesticide above the certain dosage level adversely affect all the analyzed parameters at higher doses. The application of recommended doses should be discouraged. Further study is needed for the effect of pesticide use on microbial diversity, since these studies are carried out in a controlled pot experiment, including the current study. Thus,future study directed towards by studying the phyoremediation of theses contaminted site with intraction of microbes.

Objective:To investigate the larvicidal activity of synthesized silver nanoparticles（Ag NPs） utilizing aqueous bark extract of Ficus racemosa（***） was tested against fourth instar larvae of filariasis vector,Culex quinquefasciatus（***） and japanese encephalitis vectors,Culex gelidus（***）.Methods:The synthesized Ag NPs was characterized by UV-vis spectrum,X-ray diffraction（XRD）,Scanning electron microscopy（SEM） and Fourier transform infrared（FTIR）.The larvicidal activities were assessed for 24 h against the larvae of *** and *** with varying concentrations of aqueous bark extract *** and synthesized Ag ***50 and r2 values were ***:The maximum efficacy was observed in crude aqueous extract of *** against the larvae of *** and ***(LC50=67.72 and 63.70 mg/L;r2=0.995 and 0.985) and the synthesized Ag NPs(LC50=12.00 and 11.21 mg/L;r2=0.997 and 0.990).*** Ag NPs showed the XRD peaks at 2θvalues of 27.61,29.60,35.48,43.48 and 79.68 were identified as （210）,（121）,（220）,（200） and（311） reflections,*** FTIR spectra of Ag NPs exhibited prominent peaks at 3 425,2 878,1 627 and 1 382 in the region 500-3 000 cm-1.The peaks correspond to the presence of a stretching vibration of（NH） C=O *** analysis showed shape in cylindrical,uniform and rod with the average size of 250.60 ***:The biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles using bark aqueous extract of *** and its larvicidal activity against the larvae of disease spreading *** maximum larvicidal efficacy was observed in the synthesized Ag NPs.

Biomass Productivity and Fatty Acid Composition of Chlorella lobophora V M Andreyeva, a Potential Feed Stock for Biodiesel Production

Green algae represent the fastest producible source of biomass that has diverse uses as biofuel, food, feed-stocks and the like. The biomass is rich in oils, which can be used as biofuel and the cultivation may be used to purify water as well. Productivity and quality of algal biomass depends on species and strains as well as environmental conditions of growth. Therefore, identification of new species and strains as well as standardization of media composition and environmental conditions for optimum yield of specific products, especially oil has a high relevance in algal technological research. In this connection, biomass productivity and oil yield of a local strain of Chlorella lobophora in BBM and modified BBM media are compared. Chemical characterization of the oil and feasibility of biodiesel production from the extracted oil is also assessed. Biomass productivity and the lipid productivity of the alga in both the media are found to be significantly different (P < 0.05). Fatty acid profiling of the oil extracted from the dried algal biomass using GC-MS analysis reveals that Palmitic acid (16:0) and Oleic acid (18:1) are the major fatty acids and nutraceutically important fatty acids are also present. The oil can be effectively transesterified to methyl esters. FTIR spectroscopy confirms the quality of the biodiesel produced. As the potentials of this local algal strain for biomass production and oil yield is confirmed, further standardization of environment conditions for better oil yield and quality biomass production is progressing to optimize its value as globally competent nutraceutical and biofuel resource.

Objective:To determine the efficacies of antibacterial and antioxidant activities of aqueous leaf extract of Psidium guajava mediated biosynthesis of titanium dioxide nanoparticles(TiO_2,NPs).Methods:Synthesized TiO_2 NPs were tested by disc diffusion method against against human pathogenic *** total antioxidant activity and phenolic content(Folin—Ciocalteau method) of synthesized TiO_2 NTs and aqueous plant extract were *** scavenging radicals were estimated hv DPPH *** synthesized TiO_2 NPs were characterized by XRD,*** and EDX,Results:FTIR spectra of synthesized TiO_2 NPs exhibited prominent peaks at 3410 cm^(-1)(alkynes),1 578 cm^(-1).1 451 cm^(-1)(alkanes),and 1 123 cm^(-1)(C-O absorption).The morphological characterization of synthesized TiO_2 NPs was analysed by FESEM which showed spherical shape and clusters with an average size of 32.58 *** maximum zone of inhibition was observed in the synthesized TiO_2 NPs(20 μg/mL) against Staphylococcus aureus(25 mm) and Escherichia coli(23 mm).The synthesized TiO_2 NPs showed more antibacterial activity than the standard antibiotic disk,tetracycline which drastically reduces the chances for the development of antibiotics resistance of bacterial *** plant aqueous extract and synthesized TiO_2NPs were found to possess maximum antioxidant activity when compared with ascorbic *** content of phenolic compounds(mg/g) in Leaf aqueous extract and synthesized TiO_2 NPs were found to be 85.4 and 18.3 mgTA/g,***:Green synthesized TiO_2 NPs provides a promising approach can satisfy the requirement of large-scale industrial production hearing the advantage of low—cost,eco—friendly and reproducible.
