AIM: To inves.igate the prevalence of enteric paras.te contamination on hands.and the potential role naturally contaminated hands.may have in their trans.is.ion. METHODs. Prior to initiating the s.rvey, the protocol was.reviewed and approved by res.ective Ins.itutional Review Boards.of each s.rvey s.te(Dhaka, Banglades. and Kolkata, India). Both s.ool and corres.onding hand was. s.mples.collected, were analyzed for the pres.nce of enteric paras.tic ova/(oo)cys.s.employing conventional micros.opy coupled with permanent s.aining techniques. Additionally molecular approaches.uch as.polymeras. chain reaction(PCR) of enteric paras.tes.recovered from both s.ool and corres.onding hand was. s.mples. were als. us.d to further confirm their identity. REs.LTs. A total of 972 s.ool s.mples.were collected from both s.tes.s.rveyed(300 volunteers.from Kolkata, India and 672 from Dhaka, Banglades.). Paras.tic analys.s.revealed, 113(38%) from Kolkata, India and 267(40%) of s.ool s.mples.from Dhaka, Banglades. were pos.tive for paras.tic ova/(oo)cys.s. When the corres.onding hand was. s.mples.were analyzed, 43(14%) s.ool-pos.tive volunteers.in Kolkata, India and 47(7%) in Dhaka, Banglades. were pos.tive for enteric paras.tic ova/(oo)cys.s. As.aris.lumbricoides.A. lumbricoides. ova and Giardia lamblia(G. lamblia) cys.s.predominated in hands.was. s.mples.from both s.tes.s.rveyed(from India, A. lumbricoides.ova, 53%; G. lamblia cys.s.31% and from Banglades., A. lumbricoides.ova, 47%; G. lamblia cys.s.19%). Genotypic analys.s.of enteric paras.tic ova/(oo)cys.s.obtained from both s.ool and corres.onding hand was. s.mples.taken from the s.me pers.n were found to be identical. CONCLUs.ON: Thes. res.lts.s.gges. a pos.ible role of hands.contaminated with enteric paras.tes. ova/(oo)cys.s.in the trans.is.ion of thes. paras.tes.highlighting another role of hand hygiene/proper hand was.ing in reducing the dis.as. burden in low s.cioeconomic communities.

How the dynamics.in s.il los.(s.) and s.dimentation are affected by land us./cover change(LULCC) has.long been one of the mos. important is.ues.in waters.ed management worldwide, es.ecially in fragile mountainous.river bas.ns. This.s.udy aimed to inves.igate the impact of LULCC on s. and s.diment export(s.) in eas.ern regions.of the Kos.i River bas.n(KRB), Nepal, from 1990 to 2021. The Random Fores. clas.ifier in the Google Earth Engine platform was.employed for land us./land cover(LULC) clas.ification, and the Integrated Valuation Ecos.s.em s.rvices.and Trade-offs.InVEs.) s.diment Delivery Ratio model was.us.d for s. and s. modeling. The res.lts.s.owed that there was.a pronounced increas. in fores. land(4.12%), gras.land(2.35%), and s.rubland(3.68%) at the expens. of agricultural land(10.32%) in KRB over the las. three decades. Thus. the mean s. and s. rates.decreas.d by 48% and 60%, res.ectively, from 1990 to 2021. The convers.on of farmland to vegetated lands.has.greatly contributed to the decreas. in s. and s. rates. Furthermore, the rates.of s. and s. s.owed cons.derable s.atiotemporal variations.under different LULC types. topographic factors.s.ope as.ect and gradient), and s.b-waters.eds. The higher rates.of s. and s. in the s.udy area were obs.rved mos.ly in s.ope gradient clas.es.between 8° and 35°(accounting for 83%–91%) and s.nny and s.mi-s.nny s.ope as.ects.s., s. E, and s.)(accounting for 57%–65%). Although the general mean rate of s. pres.nted a decreas.ng trend in the s.udy area, the current mean s. rate(23.33 t ha^(-1)yr^(-1)) in 2021 is.s.ill far beyond the tolerable s. rate of both the global(10 Mg ha^(-1)yr^(-1)) and the Himalayan region(15 t ha^(-1)yr^(-1)). Therefore, lands.ape res.oration meas.res.s.ould be integrated with other waters.ed management s.rategies.and ups.aled to hots.ot areas.to regulate bas.n s.diment flux and s.cure ecos.s.em s.rvice s.s.ainability.

随着我国经济的持续快速发展和人民生活水平不断提高,城市生活垃圾的产生量越来越大,易腐有机垃圾作为居民生活垃圾的主体部分,在分类收集的大背景下,其无害化处理与资源化利用已经成为生活垃圾处理的重点和难点。垃圾分类是在粗放式垃圾回收的模式出现较大诟病时顺势提出的一个全新概念,是在传统垃圾收集方式基础上的改革创新,是垃圾能否得到有效处置的基础。围绕易腐有机垃圾的处理现状,深度剖析了现存处理方式的优劣,展望了易腐有机垃圾无害化、资源化和减量化处理的发展趋势,以期为资源的可持续利用与发展提供理论支持。

背景抗栓药的使用，包括抗凝药、抗血小板药和溶栓药，在过去10年中日益增多并且预计将继续上升。虽然抗栓药相关性颅内出血可能是灾难性的，但快速逆转凝血功能障碍可能有助于限制血肿增大和改善转归。方法美国神经重症监护学会联合美国重症医学会组建了一个国际性多机构委员会，涉及的专业领域包括神经重症监护、神经内科、神经外科、卒中、血液学、血液病理学、急诊医学、药学、护理和指南制定，目的是进行文献评价并制定一份循证实践指南。该委员会进行了正式的文献检索，并对符合标准的研究进行了评价。结果利用GRADE方法学，委员会提出了在颅内出血情况下逆转维生素K拮抗药、直接Xa因子拮抗药、直接凝血酶抑制药、普通肝素、低分子肝素、类肝素、戊多糖、溶栓药和抗血小板药的推荐意见。结论该指南提供了及时和循证的抗栓药逆转策略以协助临床医生治疗抗栓药相关性颅内出血。
