The structure, transport, and magnetic properties of ***0.5MnO3 （LBSMO）（x=0.1 and 0.4） were studied through X-ray diffraction, magnetization, and electron spin resonance （ESR） measurements. The structural analysis showed that the LBSMO crystallized in an orthorhombic perovskite structure with Pbnm space group for x=-0.1 and Imma space group for x=0.4 and the highly polarizable 6s^2 lone pair of Bi^3＋ was the ttming factor for the structural variations. Magnetic studies revealed that the replacement of Bi ions by La ions resulted in the collapse high temperature charge ordering state of BSMO and it order Ferro Magnetically （FM） with Tc around 355 and 330 K for x=0.1 and 0.4, respectively. Both ESR, temperature and field dependant magnetization suggested that there was a coexistence of FM and the paramagnetic phases well below Tc and the FM and CO-AFM phases below 250 K of LBSMO.

Meglumine efficiently catalyzes the one-pot,five-component reaction of hydrazine,ethyl acetoacetate,aryl aldehydes,substituted phenylacetonitriles and ammonium acetate in ethanol at room temperature to afford novel 4,7-dihydro-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-6-amine *** present approach offers several advantages such as shorter reaction durations,low cost,excellent yields,milder reaction conditions,simple workup procedure and is environment *** the synthesized derivatives are characterized by IR,^1H NMR,^13C NMR,HRMS and CHN analysis.

Objective:To evaluate the anti-hyperlipidemic activity of lemongrass oil against in dexamethasone induced hyperlipidemia in ***:Administration of dexamethasone was given at 10 mg/kg,*** the adult rats for 8 d induces hyperlipidemia characterized by marked increase in serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels along with increase in atherogenic ***:Lemongrass oil(100 and 200 mg/kg,po.) treatment has showed significant inhibition against dexamethasone hyperlipidemia by maintaining the serum levels of cholesterol, triglycerides and atherogenic index near to the normal levels and the antihyperlipidemic effect of the lemongross oil was comparable with atorvastatin 10 mg/kg,*** possible mechanism may be associated with decrease in lecithin cholesterol acetyl transferase(LCAT) ***:These results suggested that Lemon gross oil possess significant antihyperlipidemic activity.

Objective:To identify necrophagous fly speies from different regions in China using inter simple sequenc repeat(ISSR) and sequence-characterized amplified region(SCAR) melocular markers and to analyze their gene difference and genetic ***:Five carrion fly species were collected from 12 cities and regions in China,including Musca domestica(***), Lucilia sericata(***),Chrysomya megacephala(***),Helicophagella melanura(***),Boethcherisca peregrina,and they were studied using ISSR and SCAR ***:Eight ISSR primers were used for amplification of 121 samples.679 clear and stable bands were identified,of which 516 bands were *** species-specific ISSR fragment were cloned and sequenced as an initial effort to derive the SCAR *** *** SCAR specific primers,SCAR-PCR amplification was performed for 8 *** population sample DNA from different regions in China as well as L sericata,***, *** and Lucillia *** result showed only *** produced specificalty 600 bp fragment,but L sericata,***,*** and Lucillia cupirina did not produce the same specific *** analysis showed clustering of most flies of M. domestica,*** and L *** samples from different regions in China yielded different banding ***:Application of ISSR-PCR and SCAR markers to identify necrophagous fly species from 12 cities and regions in China is first ***-PCR and SCAR markers provide a quick reliable molecular marker technique for the identification of different species of necrophagous fly.

Geochemical Orientation Study of Stream Sediment Samples in the Southern Part of Nuggihalli Schist Belt: Ore Mineral Phases and Their Implications on the Bedrock Potential for Ores

Stream sediment sampling is a significant tool in geochemical exploration. The stream sediment composition reflects the bedrock geology, overburden cover, and metalliferous mineralization. This research article focuses on assessing selected trace element concentrations in stream sediments and interpreting their inter-element relationships using multivariate statistical methods. Tagadur Ranganathaswamy Gudda and its surroundings in the Nuggihalli schist belt of southern India have been investigated in the present work. The geology of the study area is complex, with a diverse range of litho units and evidence of strong structural deformation. The area is known for its mineralization potential for chromite, vanadiferous titanomagnetite, and sulfides. The topography of the region is characterized by an undulating terrain with a radial drainage pattern. Most part of the schist belt is soil covered except the Tagadur Ranganathaswamy Gudda area. For this study, a discrete stream sediment sampling method was adopted to collect the samples. Stream sediment samples were collected using a discrete sampling method and analyzed for trace elements using an ICP-AES spectrophotometer: Fe, Cr, Ti, V, Cu, Ni, Zn, Pb, Mn, Cd, and As have been analyzed. The analytical data were statistically treated using the SPSS software, including descriptive statistics, normalization of data using natural log transformation, and factor analysis with varimax rotation. The transformed data showed a log-normal distribution, indicating the presence of geochemical anomalies. The results of the study provide valuable insights into the geochemical processes and mineralization potential of the study area. The statistical analysis helps in understanding the inter-element relationships and identifying element groups and their implications on bedrock potential mineralization. The Jayachamarajapura schist belt in western Dharwar craton, southern India, is predominantly an ultramafics dominant terrain. These rocks have been extensively metamorphosed and altered to serpentinite. The komatiite nature of ultramafics is conspicuous. In most of the areas of the belt these ultramafics are massive in nature. However, some of the ultramafic units show layered nature. But, their outcrops are encompassed within the massive komatiitic bodies. These komatiitic ultramafics are predominantly Mg-rich in nature. The layered rocks are also Mg-rich, and their field setting and geochemistry suggest their intermittent occurrence as sills, during the differentiation of peridotitic magma. The layered rocks, which have been intensely serpentinisation show homogenous nature. They are almost wholly made of serpentine with occasional relics of pyroxene. Secondary carbonate mineral is often noticed. Their higher MgO content indicates Mg-rich ultramafic magmatism during Archaean orogeny.

Energy transfer in co-and tri-doped Y3Al5O12 phosphors

Single-doped（Ce3＋,Tb3＋）, co-doped（Ce3＋-Tb3＋, Ce3＋-Yb3＋, Tb3＋-Yb3＋） and tri-doped（Ce3＋-Tb3＋-Yb3＋） Y3Al5O12 phosphors were synthesized by a solid-state reaction method. The XRD, excitation and emission spectra and the fluorescence lifetime of the samples were measured. The energy transfer mechanism was also investigated. The results showed that the energy transfer efficiency from Tb3＋ to Ce3＋ was 51% and the energy transfer efficiency from Ce3＋ to Yb3＋ was 63.1%. Concomitantly, both were more efficient than that from Ce3＋ to Tb3＋（7%） and from Tb3＋ to Yb3＋（10.2%）. Also, the Yb3＋ ions received energy mainly from Ce3＋ ions in Ce3＋-Tb3＋-Yb3＋ tri-doped Y3Al5O12 phosphors. Among these materials, Ce3＋-Yb3＋ co-doped YAG phosphors are a better choice than others as a down-conversion material due to their higher energy transfer efficiency.
