Mental health is a significant issue worldwide,and the utilization of technology to assist mental health has seen a growing *** aims to alleviate the workload on healthcare professionals and aid *** applications have been developed to support the challenges in intelligent healthcare ***,because mental health data is sensitive,privacy concerns have *** learning has gotten some *** research reviews the studies on federated learning and mental health related to solving the issue of intelligent healthcare *** explores various dimensions of federated learning in mental health,such as datasets(their types and sources),applications categorized based on mental health symptoms,federated mental health frameworks,federated machine learning,federated deep learning,and the benefits of federated learning in mental health *** research conducts surveys to evaluate the current state of mental health applications,mainly focusing on the role of Federated Learning(FL)and related privacy and data security *** survey provides valuable insights into how these applications are emerging and evolving,specifically emphasizing FL’s impact.

Brain targeted delivery of paclitaxel using endogenous ligand

The objective of the present investigation was to formulate nanoparticles constructed using PLGA polymer for the effective targeted delivery to brain via nasal route. The PLGA nanoparticles were optimized using novel design of experiment technique by 23 full factorial design. Drug: polymer ratio（X1）, surfactant concentration（X2） and stirring speed（X3） were identified as critical process parameters, and its impact on particle size（Y1） and % entrapment efficiency（Y2） was studied. The optimized nanoparticle formulation was conjugated with glutathione as an endogenous ligand by using carbodiimide chemistry using(1-Ethyl-3-（3-dimethylaminopropyl）carbodiimide)（EDAC） as linker molecule. From Ellman's assay,it was found that a total of 691.27 ± 151 units of glutathione were conjugated upon each PLGA nanoparticle. The in vitro release studies as well as ex vivo studies revealed biphasic pattern of drug release with initial burst release followed by slow exponential release of drug over a period of 24 h. The in vivo biodistribution studies were conducted on rat following nasal administration of the nanoparticle formulation（conjugated and unconjugated）and were compared with plain paclitaxel suspension. The results clearly demonstrated that the brain targeting efficiency was enhanced with the glutathione conjugated formulation（387.474%） as compared to the unconjugated nanoparticle formulation（224.327%）. Further,the in vitro in vivo correlation studies revealed good relationship（r2> 0.95） as obtained from the levy plot. Glutathione proves to be an efficient vector for the successful transport of poor bioavailable drug to the brain.

Objective:To discuss phytopharmacological potential and anti-asthmatic activity of Ficus religiosa(***)(L.).Methods:Fresh leaves of *** were obtained from Vastrapur Lake,Ahmedabad,and dried to obtain *** and acetylcholine were used to guinea pigs to establish bronchospasm *** in vivo study,the aqueous extract of *** leaves (AEFr) at doses of 150 and 300 mg/ kg was administrated to guinea pigs,and the broncho-protective activity of AEFr was compared with aminophylline at 25 mg/*** in in vitro study,and 10 g/mL,20 g/mL,30 g/mL of AEFrL was administrated to guinea pigs,respectively, and mast cell stabilizing activity of AEFr was compared with ketotifen at 10 g/***: In the in-vivo model,pre-treatment with aminophylline(25 mg/kg,ip.) could significantly delay the onset of histamine induced pre-convulsive dyspnea,compared with vehicle control. Administration of AEFrL(150 and 300 mg/kg,ip.) also produced significant effect on latency to develop histamine & acetylcholine induced pre-convulsive *** the mast cell stabilizing model,AEFrL at 10,20 and 30μg/mL could significantly increase the number of intact cells. Conclusions:It can be concluded that AEFrL is effective on histamine & acetylcholine induced bronchospasm in guinea *** addition,AEFrL can potentiate the number of intact cells in the mast cell stabilizing model._____________________________________________________

Systematic Study on System Size Dependence of Global Stopping： role of Momentum-Dependent Interactions and Symmetry Energy

Using the isospin-dependent quantum molecular dynamical model, we systematically study the role of symme- try energy with and without momentum-dependent interactions on the global nuclear stopping. We simulate the reactions by varying the total mass of the system from 80 to 394 at different beam energies from 30 to 1000 Me V/nucleon over central and semi-central geometries. The nuclear stopping is found to be sensitive towards the momentum-dependent interactions and symmetry energy at low incident energies. The momentum-dependent interactions are found to weaken the finite size effects in nuclear stopping.

Comprehending drivers of land use land cover change from 1999 to 2021 in the Pithoragarh District,Kumaon Himalaya,Uttarakhand,India

The Himalayan region has been experiencing stark impacts of climate change,demographic and livelihood pattern *** analysis of land use and land cover(LULC)change provides insights into the shifts in spatial and temporal patterns of *** changes are the combined effects of anthropogenic and natural/climatic *** present study attempts to monitor and comprehend the main drivers behind LULC changes(1999-2021)in the Himalayan region of Pithoragarh district,*** district is a border district,remotely located in the north-east region of Uttarakhand,*** study draws upon primary and secondary data sources.A total of 400 household surveys and five group discussions from 38 villages were conducted randomly to understand the climate perception of the local community and the drivers of *** imagery,CrU(Climatic research Unit)climate data and climate perception data from the field have been used to comprehensively comprehend,analyze,and discuss the trends and reasons for LULC *** and remote sensing techniques were used to construct LULC *** multifaceted approach ensures comprehensive and corroborated *** classes were identified and formed viz-cultivation,barren,settlement,snow,and *** show that vegetation and builtup have increased whereas cultivation,barren land,and snow cover have *** study further aims to elucidate the causes behind LULC changes in the spatially heterogeneous region,distinguishing between those attributed to human activities,climate shifts,and the interconnected impacts of *** study provides a comprehensive picture of the study area and delivers a targeted understanding of local drivers and their potential remedies by offering a foundation for formulating sustainable adaptation policies in the region.

Effects of the type of forest alteration on gross nitrogen mineralization in soils of southern India

Change in land-use practices can result in major shifts in the cycling of various elements,particularly nitrogen(N),which is prone to anthropogenic *** quantifying these shifts,accurate measurements of rates of biogeochemical transformations of N are *** used the(^(15)N) isotope dilution technique to understand the effects of the types of forest alteration on(N) transformation rates by comparing gross N mineralization and ammonium(NH_(4)^(+)) consumption rates in soils of a managed forest,an unmanaged forest,and a rubber plantation in Kerala,***,nitrate(NO_3~-) dominated soils of the managed and unmanaged forests,whereas soils in the rubber plantation showed relatively higher NH_(4)^(+) *** N(TN) and total organic carbon(TOC) concentrations were the highest under the rubber canopy(TN:1.49±0.02 mg N g^(-1);TOC:7.96±0.86 mg C g^(-1)).In soils of all three forest types,gross N mineralization rates were higher compared to NH_(4)^(+) consumption *** high TN and TOC concentrations,the rates of gross N mineralization and NH_(4)^(+) consumption were considerably lower in the rubber plantation(mineralization:1.08±0.08 mg N kg^(-1)d^(-1);consumption:0.85±0.09 mg N kg^(-1) d^(-)) compared to the managed(mineralization:3.71±0.35 mg N kg^(-1) d^(-1);consumption:2.20±1.41 mg N kg^(-1) d^(-1)) and unmanaged(mineralization:2.20±1.07 mg N kg^(-1) d^(-1);consumption:1.39±0.27 mg N kg^(-1) d^(-1)) *** lower NH_(4)^(+) consumption rates in the rubber plantation led to significantly higher(presidence time of NH_(4)^(+)(~4 days) compared to the managed and unmanaged forests(ributing to acidification of rubber soils(pH~4.8).These results together suggest that replacement of naturally grown forests with a mono-cropped plantation such as rubber negatively impact rates of N transformation processes in tropical soils and imply that change in tree species composition of naturally grown forests can adve

In the defense-in-depth concept employed for the safety of nuclear installations,maintaining integrity of containment as the last barrier is of high importance to limit the release of radioactivity to the environment in case of a severe *** active and passive safety systems implemented in containments of light water reactors(LWrs)are designed to limit the consequences of such *** the performance and reliability of such systems under accident conditions is critical to the safety of nuclear *** the aftermath of the Fukushima accident,there has been focus on re-examining the existing safety systems to demonstrate their capabilities for a broader range of boundary conditions comprising both the early as well as the late phases of an *** addition to the performance testing of safety systems,their interaction with containment atmosphere needs detailed investigations to evaluate the effects of operation of safety systems on H2 risk and fission product(FP)behavior in containment,which may ultimately have an impact on the source term to the *** this context,an extensive containment safety related experimental research has been conducted in a thermalhydraulics,hydrogen,aerosols,and iodine test facility(THAI,60 m3,single vessel)/(THAI+,80 m3,two interconnected vessels).related to the subject of this paper,experimental investigations covered performance testing of various safety and mitigation systems,i.e.,containment spray,passive autocatalytic recombiner(PAr),pressure suppression pool(water pools),and effects of their operation on H2 risk and in-containment FP *** experimental results have provided a better phenomenological understanding and database for validation and further improvement of a safety analysis tool based on computation fluid dynamic(CFD)and lumped parameter(LP)modeling *** paper summarizes the main insights obtained from the aforesaid THAI experimental research covering safety systems

Directed flow of isospin sensitive fragments within a modified clusterization algorithm in heavy-ion collisions

By extending the minimum spanning tree(MST)clusterization algorithm for the binding energy cut,the isospin asymmetry dependence of directed flow for isospin sensitive isobar pairs(neutrons-protons,3H-3He) is studied from low towards high incident *** modified clusterization method(MSTB) has the advantage to identify the fragments at quite early *** enhances(reduces) the production of free nucleons(fragments) over MST *** directed flow of isobaric pair3H-3He is more sensitive towards isospin asymmetry caused by MSTB than isobaric pair *** sensitivity becomes quite strong towards the high incident energy and neutron-rich reaction *** conclusion,the inclusion of binding energy in clusterization method for the flow studies has been uniquely important for understanding the isospin physics,especially for high density behavior of symmetry energy.

2D matrix based indexing with color spectralhistogram for efficient image retrieval

A novel content based image retrieval （CBIr） algorithmusing relevant feedback is presented. The proposed frameworkhas three major contributions： a novel feature descriptor calledcolor spectral histogram （CSH） to measure the similarity betweenimages; two-dimensional matrix based indexing approach proposedfor short-term learning （STL）; and long-term learning （LTL）.In general, image similarities are measured from feature representationwhich includes color quantization, texture, color, shapeand edges. However, CSH can describe the image feature onlywith the histogram. Typically the image retrieval process starts byfinding the similarity between the query image and the imagesin the database; the major computation involved here is that theselection of top ranking images requires a sorting algorithm to beemployed at least with the lower bound of O（n log n）. A 2D matrixbased indexing of images can enormously reduce the searchtime in STL. The same structure is used for LTL with an aim toreduce the amount of log to be maintained. The performance ofthe proposed framework is analyzed and compared with the existingapproaches, the quantified results indicates that the proposedfeature descriptor is more effectual than the existing feature descriptorsthat were originally developed for CBIr. In terms of STL,the proposed 2D matrix based indexing minimizes the computationeffort for retrieving similar images and for LTL, the proposed algorithmtakes minimum log information than the existing approaches.
