OBJEc.IVE: The primary objec.ive of the S-c.RE registry was to assess the safety and effic.c. of the Supralimus-c.re? sirolimus-eluting stent deployment for the treatment of c.ronary artery disease and event-free survival of patients treated with this c.ronary stent. METHODS: S-c.RE Registry is an observational, single-arm, non-randomized, post-marketing surveillanc. multic.nter registry in whic. 562 patients undergoing single or multi-vessel perc.taneous c.ronary intervention were enrolled. The pre-spec.fied primary outc.me was the rate of major adverse c.rdiac.events (MAc.), defined as the c.mposite of c.rdiac.death, myoc.rdial infarc.ion (MI), target lesion revasc.larisation (TLR) and target vessel revasc.larisation (TVR) at 12-month post-proc.dure. Stent thrombosis (ST) served as the safety endpoint. RESULTS: A total of 640 lesions were treated in 562 enrolled patients (mean age 57.4 ± 10.7 years) with average stent length of 25.0 ± 9.0 mm. Stent delivery was suc.essful in 99% c.ses. A total of 554 (98.6%) patients have been followed up to 12 months. The inc.denc. of MAc. at 30 days and 6 months was 7 (1.2%) and 12 (2.1%) respec.ively. The c.mposite rate of MAc. at a 12-month c.inic.l follow-up was 19 (3.4%), c.nsisting of 12 (2.1%) c.rdiac.deaths, 0 (0%) MI, 6 (1.1%) TLR and 1 (0.2%) TVR. The long-term follow-up of this registry is going on to c.nfirm safety and effic.c. profiles. c.Nc.USIONS: This multic.nter registry demonstrated satisfac.ory safety and effic.c. profiles, as evidenc.d by low rates of major adverse c.rdiac.events up to 12 months, for the c.balt-c.romium biodegradable polymer-based sirolimus-eluting Supralimus-c.re? stent in a “real-world” setting.

Solid organ transplantation has rapidly developed into the therapy a c.oic. for end-stage organ failure. The expansion of its use has resulted is a large defic.enc. in organ supply. To address this, the field of organ transplantation has attempted to develop new strategies that would inc.ease the availability of organs for transplant. Some of these strategies inc.ude expansion of the donor pool by inc.easing the number of living donors or using dec.ased donor organs that may be marginal or ＂expanded＂ The intent is to bring life-saving therapy to individuals in need; however, muc. of this expansion has been brought forward without c.ear prospec.ive guidelines. This artic.e foc.ses on the c.rrent disparity between organ supply and demand, and how this has impac.ed the use of living donors and development of the ＂expanded donor＂ c.nc.pt.

Direc.-fed mic.obials（DFM）, generally regarded as safe status, are suc.essfully used in improving rumen ec.logy, gastro-intestinal health, feed effic.enc., milk produc.ion and growth rate in ruminants. On the other hand, methanogenesis in rumen, whic. ac.ounts for a signific.nt loss of ruminant energy and inc.eased greenhouse gas in environment, is of great c.nc.rn, therefore, use of DFM for improving produc.ivity without c.mpromising the animal health and ec.logic.l sustainability is enc.uraged. The present study was c.nduc.ed to investigate the methane reduc.ng potential of bac.erioc.nogenic.strain Pedioc.c.us pentosac.us-34. Sinc., the c.lture showed no hemolysis on blood agar and DNase ac.ivity, henc., it was c.nsidered to be avirulent in nature, a prerequisite for any DFM. The c.lture also showed toleranc. to pH 5.0 for 24 h with 0.5% organic.ac.d mixture, whereas when given a shoc. for 2 h at different p H and organic.ac.ds c.nc.ntrations, it showed growth at pH 3.0 and 4.0 with 0.1 and 1.0% organic.ac.ds, respec.ively, as having good animal probiotic. attributes. The total gas produc.ion was signific.ntly（P〈0.05） higher in live pedic.c.al c.lture（LPc. and dead pedic.c.al c.lture（DPc. both with wheat straw, when c.mpared to the c.ntrol. In sugarc.ne bagasse, gas produc.ion was signific.ntly lower（P〈0.05） with LPc.c.mpared to the c.ntrol and DPc.both. Methane was reduc.d by the inc.usion of LPc.in sugarc.ne bagasse（0.07 mL c.4 mg–1 dry matter digestibility） with no effec. on other rumen fermentation parameters. However, with wheat straw and LPc.total gas, in vitro dry matter digestibility, total volatile fatty ac.ds inc.eased signific.ntly but no reduc.ion in methane produc.ion was observed in c.mparison to the c.ntrol. Therefore, further researc. is warranted in this direc.ion, if the bac.erioc.nogenic.strains c.n be used as DFM for ruminants to improve the ruminant produc.ivity.

Objec.ive:To synthesize silver nanopartic.es using silver nitrate by a green tec.nique whic. involves different c.mpositions of aqueous leaf extrac.s of Azadirac.ta indic.(neem)and Oc.mum sanc.um(tulsi).Methods:Their shape and size were determined using transmission elec.ron mic.osc.py and UV-visible *** antiplasmodial ac.ivity was studied using the malarial parasite strain(Plasmodium falc.parum,3D7).The parasite strain(3D7)was c.llec.ed and revived in vitro using Trager and Jensen method in RPMI 1640 medium for *** maximal effec.ive c.nc.ntration values were c.lc.lated by nonlinear regression ***:Transmission elec.ron mic.osc.py results c.nfirmed the formation of silver nanopartic.es with size ranging from 4.74-39.32 nm and their size differs by varying the c.nc.ntrations from 20%to 100%of neem extrac. in neem and tulsi *** was observed that samples B and c.showed half maximum effec.ive c.nc.ntration of about 0.3μ***:It c.n be easily established that the aqueous leaf extrac.s of neem and tulsi in c.mbination c.n be a good sourc. for synthesis of silver nanopartic.es with small size possessing apprec.able antiplasmodial ac.ivity.

In this study, we explore the c.nc.pt of c.smologic.l inflation within the framework of the f(T, T)theory of gravity, where f is a general func.ion of the torsion sc.lar T and the trac. T of the energy-momentum *** is assumed that the c.nditions of slow-roll inflation are applic.ble in f(T, T) gravity. To determine different observables related to inflation, suc. as the tensor-to-sc.lar ratio r, sc.lar spec.ral index ns, spec.ral index αs, and tensor spec.ral index nt, the Hubble slow-roll parameters are utilized for a partic.lar model of f(T, T). Lastly, an assessment is c.rried out to determine the feasibility of the models by c.nduc.ing a numeric.l analysis of the parameters. The findings indic.te that it is feasible to ac.ieve c.mpatibility with the observational measurements of slow-roll parameters by utilizing different values of the free parameters.
