This paper suggests a combined novel control strategy for DFIG based wind power systems(WPS)under both nonlinear and unbalanced load *** combined control approach is designed by coordinating the machine side converter(MSC)and the load side converter(LSC)control *** proposed MSC control approach is designed by using a model predictive control(MPC)approach to generate appropriate real and reactive *** MSC controller selects an appropriate rotor voltage vector by using a minimized optimization cost function for the converter *** shows its superiority by eliminating the requirement of transformation,switching table,and the PWM *** proposed MSC reduces the cost,complexity,and computational burden of the *** the other hand,the LSC control approach is designed by using a mathematical morphological technique(MMT)for appropriate DC component *** to the appropriate DC-component extraction,the WPS can compensate the harmonics during both steady and dynamic ***,the LSC controller also provides active power filter operation even under the shutdown of WPS *** verify the applicability of coordinated control operation,the WPS-based microgrid system is tested under various test *** proposed WPS is designed by using a MATLAB/Simulink software.

This paper presents a combined control and modulation technique to enhance the power quality(PQ)and power reliability(PR)of a hybrid energy system(HES)through a single-phase 11-level cascaded H-bridge inverter(11-CHBI).The controller and inverter specifically regulate the HES and meet the load *** track optimum power,a Modified Perturb and Observe(MP&O)technique is used for ***-capacitor(UCAP)based energy storage device and a novel current control strategy are proposed to provide additional active power support during both voltage sag and swell *** an improved PQ and PR,a two-way current control strategy such as the main controller(MC)and auxiliary controller(AC)is suggested for the 11-CHBI *** is used to regulate the active current component through the fuzzy controller(FC),and AC is used to regulate the dc-link voltage of CHBI through a neural network-based PI controller(ANN-PI).By tracking the reference signals fromMC and AC,a novel hybrid pulse widthmodulation(HPWM)technique is proposed for the 11-CHBI *** justify and analyze the MATLAB/Simulink software-based designed model,the robust controller performance is tested through numerous steady-state and dynamic state case studies.

We obtained a new class of solutions for a relativistic anisotropic compact star by utilizing the Karmarkar embedding *** obtain the closed-form solution a suitable form of one of the gravitational potentials has been chosen to determine the other by analyzing the Karmarkar *** resulting solutions are found to be well-behaved and regular and could describe a compact stellar *** the current estimated values of the mass and radius of the pulsar 4U1820-30 as input parameters,all the physically relevant parameters are shown to be well-behaved to a very good degree of accuracy.

背景与目的:目前胃癌化疗疗效尚不理想,通过预测个体肿瘤对药物的敏感性来指导临床治疗,以提高疗效,早已成为化疗界瞩目的问题。本研究通过三维培养药敏实验测定胃癌的药物敏感性,并通过测定多药耐药基因表达产物水平,分析两者之间的关系。方法:应用三维培养体外药敏实验技术,测定表阿霉素、顺铂、草酸铂、5-FU、泰素帝、伊立替康6种单药和5-FU+表阿霉素+顺铂、5-FU+伊立替康、5-FU+草酸铂、5-FU+泰素帝+顺铂4组联合用药对22例胃癌组织的抑制率,并计算敏感率;应用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)和免疫组化法检测胃癌组织中MDR1、MRP1、ABCG2基因蛋白的表达。结果:单药组中5-FU对胃癌组织的抑制率和敏感率最高,分别为29.8%和50.0%;联合用药组抑制率最高为5-FU+泰素帝+顺铂(59.8%),敏感率最高为5-FU+表阿霉素+顺铂(77.3%);联合用药组抑制率和敏感率均高于单药组(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中MDR1、MRP1、ABCG2mRNA的阳性率分别为90.9%、54.5%、77.3%,MDR1、MRP1、ABCG2蛋白的阳性率分别为36.4%、54.5%、36.4%;多药耐药蛋白高表达与胃癌对表阿霉素的耐药有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌组织中多药耐药基因MDR1、MRP1、ABCG2蛋白高表达与胃癌组织对表阿霉素的耐药有关,提示这三种耐药基因可能参与介导表阿霉素的耐药。

In the replacement of genetic probes,there is increasing interest in labeling living cells with high-quality extrinsic labels,which avoid over-expression artifacts and are available in a wide spectral *** calls for a broadly applicable technology that can deliver such labels unambiguously to the cytosol of living ***,we demonstrate that nanoparticle-sensitized photoporation can be used to this end as an emerging intracellular delivery *** replace the traditionally used gold nanoparticles with graphene nanoparticles as photothermal sensitizers to permeabilize the cell membrane upon laser *** demonstrate that the enhanced thermal stability of graphene quantum dots allows the formation of multiple vapor nanobubbles upon irradiation with short laser pulses,allowing the delivery of a variety of extrinsic cell labels efficiently and homogeneously into live *** demonstrate high-quality time-lapse imaging with confocal,total internal reflection fluorescence(TIRF),and Airyscan superresolution *** the entire procedure is readily compatible with fluorescence(super resolution)microscopy,photoporation with graphene quantum dots has the potential to become the long-awaited generic platform for controlled intracellular delivery of fluorescent labels for live-cell imaging.

AIM:To evaluate the effect of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection on liver metastasis of colorectal ***:A total of 1298 colorectal cancer patients were recruited from January 2001 to March 2005 in this ***-linked immunosorbent assay was used to test serum HBV markers for colorectal *** were divided into study (infection) group and control (non-infection) *** features of patients in two groups were ***:Liver metastasis was found in 319 out of the 1298 colorectal cancer *** incidence of liver metastasis was significantly lower in study group than in control group (14.2% vs 28.2%,P < 0.01).HBV infection significantly decreased the risk of liver metastasis [hazard ratio (HR):0.50,95% confidence interval (95% CI):0.38-0.66],but the incidence of extrahepatic metastasis was significantly higher in study group than in control group (31.9% vs 17.0%,P < 0.01).The HR was the lowest in chronic hepatitis B group (HR:0.29,95% CI:0.12-0.72).The number of liver metastatic lesions was significantly less in study group than in control group with a higher surgical resection ***,no significant difference was found in survival rate between the two groups (P=0.95).CONCLUSION:HBV infection decreases the risk of liver metastasis in patients with colorectal cancer and elevates the surgical resection rate of liver metastatic lesions.

在出钢过程中向钢包内添加改质剂，调整炉渣性能使BOF产生流动性更好的炉渣，改质剂即是将熟矾土添加到熔剂混合物中。在精炼过程中，将其与铁合金和碳一起加入钢包炉内使炉渣泡沫化，在起弧过程中具有降低噪音的效果，可使气体消耗减少30％，在较短时间内提高精炼效果并且可将炉渣从空罐内清除干净。

Foot-and-mouth disease(FMD) is a highly contagious and economically devastating disease of livestock, primarily affecting cattle, buffalo and pigs. FMD virus serotypes O, A and Asia1 are prevalent in India and systematic efforts are on to control and eventually eradicate the disease from the country. FMD epidemiology is complex due to factors like co-circulation, extinction, emergence and re-emergence of genotypes/lineages within the three serotypes, animal movement, diverse farm practices and large number of susceptible livestock in the country. Systematic vaccination, prompt diagnosis, strict biosecurity measures, and regular monitoring of vaccinal immunity and surveillance of virus circulation are indispensible features for the effective implementation of the control measures. Availability of suitable companion diagnostic tests is very important in this endeavour. In this review, the diagnostic assays developed and validated in India and their contribution in FMD control programme is presented.
